Canford was the most amazing venue from start to finish! All through the wedding planning process, the team were attentive, flexible, reassuring and nothing was too much of an issue. They made every one of our ideas come to life! The venue itself is a hidden gem- the kind that completely takes your breath away. Our friends and family audibly gasped with how beautiful the building is! On the day, Caitlin, Chloe and the team were just incredible. The food was a highlight- lots of our guests said it was the best wedding food they have ever had! They checked so carefully that every meal was perfect. The whole day was seamless, completely because of the effort the team put in. We couldn’t have been looked after better, and they absolutely made our day the perfect day. We cannot recommend Canford, or the team, enough!

We got married at Upton a couple of weeks ago and honestly the day was absolutely amazing! Upton were brilliant from day one, always there when you needed them/had a query and their attention to detail throughout, particularly the final planning meeting was superb! Georgia coordinated our day and everything went better than we could have asked for. If there was anything that didn’t go to plan then we had no idea! It was our dream day and our experience with Upton made that 1000x more amazing so thank you so much!

The Wedding Venue of Our Dreams Absolute Perfection! ⭐ Choosing this stunning country house for our wedding venue was the best decision we could have made. The estate itself is absolutely beautiful, but what truly sets it apart is the incredible team. The staff were absolutely amazing from start to finish they had a "say yes to everything" attitude that made the entire planning process and the big day completely stress-free. A massive, heartfelt thank you to Rylene, who is exceptionally talented! The decorations she put together were breathtaking and captured our vision perfectly. On top of her incredible eye for design, she was so sweet and kind, checking in on me throughout the day to ensure I was doing well and had everything I needed. As an added bonus, we got to use the beautiful pool and spa the next day, which was the ultimate way for us and our guests to unwind and recover after dancing the night away. If you want a breathtaking venue with a team that goes above and beyond to make your day perfect, look no further!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We had the most amazing wedding at Harbour Hotel Padstow and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything ran so smoothly on the day, and the whole team made us feel completely looked after from start to finish. A special thank you to Hebe, who was fantastic throughout, her organisation, attention to detail, and support made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, and so many of our guests commented on how perfect everything was. We’re so grateful to everyone involved for making our day so special, and we can’t wait to come back to Padstow soon!

We had the most amazing wedding here at the Crown Hotel in thier dedicated Sealy Suite. Laura and her events team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. We were so well looked after on the day and all the guests commented on how amazing the food was and how lovely the venue is! The private garden is a fantastic space and we could have our ceremony outside and some lawn games for the guests too. The rooms in the hotel are beautifully decorated and it was wonderful to have breakfast with all our family in the morning. We couldn't recommend The Crown enough for anyone planning thier wedding day!

For us, Lusty Glaze was our only choice when we married in April 2025. We love North Cornwall, so being able to celebrate our wedding in such a stunning and familiar place, truly exceeded all expectations. We highly recommend. And yes—the steps are absolutely worth it for the incredible setting, no matter the weather! So much so, we celebrated our first anniversary there too! We, along with our friends and family, had the most amazing day. Even now, guests are telling us it was one of the best weddings they’ve been to - and we could’t be happier with that feedback, especially as most travelled to join us! Despite us not being local to the area, the entire experience was stress-free. Naomi and the whole team made us feel special and supported, every step of the way - from booking, planning and the day itself. Nothing was too much trouble, and we were always met with warmth and positivity. We made sure we attended their open day, which really helped us to visualise what our wedding might look like, as there are a range of options available. It gave us some great ideas and meeting some of the local recommended suppliers beforehand, gave us complete confidence that everything would come together perfectly. Staying in the cottage and chalet at Lusty Glaze, allowed us to enjoy a relaxed evening with friends the night before, soaking up the atmosphere with a music sundowner on the beach. It really did set the tone for a truly magical weekend, with exactly the laid-back, beach vibe we had hoped for. Be mindful that the superb accommodation is booked separately and note their check in/check out times. What can we say about the day itself. Wow, just wow, it was the BEST day! From the venue decor, brilliant Lusty staff, lovely dog nanny (Wedding Day Dog Nanny), hair & makeup (Serendipity Salon) and florist (Cornwall Floral Design), to the DJ (Fistral Stereo), photographer (Debs Alexander), our beautiful ceremony, delicious food (Pickled Chef), gorgeous cake (Craftycakehole), beach cocktails, smooth room turnaround from wedding breakfast to reception, photo-booth (West Country Photo Booths) and all those unforgettable beach photos - it was all incredible. We can’t thank everyone enough, including the medical assistance team (Lifestar Medical) hired to help a less able bodied family member to get down/up safely. Everyone and everything was exceptional and made our day perfect for us, and so much fun! Thank you Lusty Glaze for making our day truly unforgettable and something we’ll treasure forever. A stunning venue and just one of the most magical of places!! We are so grateful that we found this incredible house and gardens for our wedding! The whole day just felt like a dream. The gardens are stunning and made for such a beautiful back drop for our wedding and reception, plus the most amazing of photos!! Holly, Emma and the rest of the team were absolutely wonderful. Holly was so helpful with the planning and helping me to organise the day exactly how we wanted it to be and Emma was a dream on the day, keeping everything going and keeping me calm! The professionalism and hard work of the whole team on the lead up and on the day was brilliant, I never had a doubt in my mind that this was the perfect place for us! They work with great vendors and gave us the freedom to do our day how we wanted, with no ask too big. Our guests had the most fantastic day and are still talking about how beautiful the gardens are! We could not recommend Mapperton enough, if you are unsure... just go and visit, your mind will be made up in seconds!!

The Falmouth hotel has recently been renovated and the views are beautiful, the events manager Samantha Carr was brilliant. Our guests still mention the food from our wedding saying it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. The Falmouth were very accommodating as we wanted it to be very Cornish as we are both Cornish. We had roast/fish/veggie option for main, our favourite desserts including brownie, crumble & cheesecake & in the evening Cornish pasties & homemade scones. They were really helpful and understanding with needing to go outside of the menu for children & for guests with several allergies, we cannot recommend them high enough. They were even accommodating when we wanted to give the option of thunder & lightening on scones which several guests including myself loved! Due to our lack of budget (health reasons) I created a lot of stuff for our wedding, Samantha was very kind to set everything up for us the day of the wedding as we got married in Truro prior.

My wife and I knew that we wanted to get married, we just weren't sure we wanted to do it the traditional way. We found the thought of a big church and lots of guests to be a bit anxiety inducing....so we decided to elope! Frieda and the Moon turned out to be the perfect solution. Joe and Perla made everything feel effortless and welcoming. We just showed up and they did the rest. They went above and beyond to make the whole stay perfect and completely stress free. We stayed in the Observatory, which was warm, cosy, and very comfortable. Outside, we enjoyed using the chimenea (with plenty of seasoned wood) and the hot tub was perfect, and really held its heat. The ceremony itself in the Hornbeam Circle was genuinely magical. It's such a unique, beautiful and peaceful setting that made the day feel really special. Our photoshoot with Paul was fantastic as well. He really knows what hes doing and captured some amazing pictures, especially the ones with the alpacas and sheep, which we absolutely love. Finally, the food. We were concerned about finding a venue that would be able to cater for us, as we're awkward vegans! Joe and Perla did a great job. From breakfast bagels with Buck's Fizz in the morning, to delicious afternoon tea (with a great selection of sanwiches, cakes, and dairy free cream and scones) finishing with the best Indian tiffin we've ever had in the evening. We can wholeheartedly recommend everything about Frieda and the Moon. Joe and Perla are such great hosts, the venue is gorgeous, and the ceremony was so special. We got married at The Cumberland Hotel on 30th May, having booked the venue after visiting their wedding open day in September. From the initial open day onwards Edward was our wedding coordinator and he did an absolutely fantastic job. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he made sure our day ran smoothly. The venue itself was beautiful, with the lovely dome in the Oceana room really setting it off.
