The Peak District Holiday Barn was the perfect venue for our wedding the space is so simple but tastefully done so you can put your own stamp on it really easily. Having space for friends and family to stay was a must for us so having such beautiful accommodation on site was perfect. Throughout the owners were super helpful and accommodating they really helped make the day special.

What a fantastic Wedding Day we had. Such a perfect venue and we wanted for nothing. Very romantic and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue. The food and customer service was excellent. The Ramsdale Team did us proud and if you want that perfect wedding venue it has to be Ramsdale Golf Centre.

What can I say, geetha and her team at colwick hall are absolutely incredible, they made our day everything we ever expected and more, from the moment we booked the venue right until the day of the wedding nothing was ever a problem and communicated effortlessly. We had the best day of our life's and would like to send our biggest to the team for making that happen. Would absolutely recommend. Food was amazing and every guest said how beautiful the food was. From start to finish our day was seamless the staff mad wedding coordinators Sarah and haley are such caring passionate souls who bring your wedding to life ! We stayed over and given them ost beautiful honeymoon suite the hotel looked stunning in our wedding day ! Staff worked tirelessly even lifting my train on bridal gown to the minute I walked down the aisle - we stayed over o make for day night bride the wedding booked a meal in together which was superb 👌 then the wedding day using the spa to relax and myself and 12 bridesmaid’s all had rooms to get ready woke up having breakfast together we were very well looked after, the l gardens outside were beautiful and more than anything we had the perfect day and photos we will cherish forever thankyou sketchley grange you nailed perfection and the kindness and care we received were another level of high standards xx

We recently had a wedding at torr vale and we chose the most perfect place! From The start guests walk down to the view which automatically sets the tone! We had Emma as our wedding coordinator who was amazing, from myself and my husband bombarding her with the littlest of questions everything was answered straight away and no request was too big! From getting ready in the lean top of gave us so much room, that we had the most relaxed wedding morning to start, getting to peep out the window at all your guests arriving made it extra special too! We got to choose all our own vendors, from food, music and got the opportunity to dress the room ourselves too! This was great as we wernt tied to a package and could make this more affordable for ourselves! We got time for a little photo shoot on the millennium bridge during the day, which was amazing for those perfect wedding photos! The room was lit up with fairy lights at the night, in and outside which gave the most magical feel! Emma and her team made the day room so smoothly we just got to enjoy every minute! I can't thank Emma and her team enough and would always recommend Torr Vale! A beautiful place and team! Katie and Dec ❤️

We chose the Belmont Hotel due to great location in leciester. Close to train station and city centre to allow friends and family to come for out of town. Prices were reasonable and the venue had a charm that fitted in well with vibe we were going for our reception. What was a lovely surprise was how great the staff were, Sian the event coordinator took really good care of us. Great communication and flexibility on what choices were available, putting us at ease at every step of the way. On the day of the event the supporting staff could not have been more accommodating to our guests and children. We had a received so many compliments about the food, particularly the buffet which was amazing. Rooms were all excellent, the bridal room was very luxurious (it was a shame we were there only one night). Breakfast the next day had a great selection and again really good. All in all we were spoiled by our experience at the Belmont and would highly recommend them as a venue. Thank you Belmont Hotel for having us!

From the very beginning, The West Mill just felt different. It had all the atmosphere and character we wanted without losing the warmth or humanity that can sometimes disappear in larger wedding venues. The building itself is stunning, but what really made the experience was the people. Jane, our Event Manager, was exceptional throughout. Calm, organised, responsive and endlessly patient, even when we were juggling logistics, table plans, suppliers, family dynamics, paper aeroplanes and the general chaos that comes with trying to bring a very “us” kind of celebration to life. She somehow managed to hold everything together without ever making us feel pressured or like we were just another event in the diary. Most importantly, Jane alleviated so much of my anxiety on the day itself. She created the space for us to actually step back, breathe and enjoy the celebration knowing everything was in hand, organised and being quietly managed behind the scenes. That level of trust is priceless on a wedding day, and I honestly can’t overstate how much that meant. Jason, the night manager, was also brilliant. Quietly attentive, calm and constantly moving things along behind the scenes without ever intruding on the atmosphere of the day. So much of what ran smoothly clearly did because of the care and professionalism of the team around us. The whole team were kind, incredibly good at what they do and always seemed one step ahead. We felt looked after from beginning to end, shielded from any stress behind the scenes and free to actually be present with the people we love. What we created at The West Mill didn’t feel like a formula wedding. It felt personal, joyful, relaxed, emotional, slightly chaotic in all the right ways and completely unapologetically us and the venue gave us the space for that to happen. We honestly couldn’t have imagined celebrating anywhere else.
