My partner and I choose the Italian Room at the Museum of Making, and it could not have been a better decision. Christine was brilliant, couldn’t have done more for us, really calm and ensured everything went smoothly. She was responsive to our budget as well. All the staff were really friendly and attentive, including getting some cushions out for my 4 year old daughter to have a sleep on during the wedding breakfast. The food was amazing, especially the hog roast. The wedding breakfast was delicious.

We decided to get married at Wollaton Hall because, growing up locally, it is so iconic from our childhoods and already held many happy memories. The Prospect Room is such a beautiful, light, spacious venue, along with amazing 360-degree views of the grounds, that we felt it would not only be a special location for us, but also for our guests to enjoy too. Following the ceremony, Camellia House, with its manicured gardens, was the ideal space to host our reception drinks and canapés, and to capture treasured photos with our family and friends. Finally, how cool is it to get married at Batman's house?!

We were enchanted by Irnham Hall as wedding guests this weekend and could not recommend it more. The staff were charming and it was a perfect country house wedding.

Thank you to all the staff at Leicester Racecourse for making our day! During the planning stages, Tracey and the events team were there to guide us along the way, and provide us with their wealth of knowledge in all things wedding in Leicester. On the day, Tracey and her team made sure that everything went smoothly and just how we wanted it to be........just perfect! The food & drink were absolutely awesome! We got so many compliments regarding the catering, venue and the day in general. It was great to feel confident that our guests felt well looked after, and we can't thank the team enough for this. We hired the Nelson Suite for our day, and the expanse of windows and access to the Grandstand and grounds provided great views over the course for our guests. The grounds are beautifully maintained and provided a beautiful backdrop to the day and of course our photos! There's also a little play area which kept the younger kids happily entertained, and their parents able to relax and enjoy the day too! I would definitely recommend the venue to Bride & Grooms to be!

Couldn't fault the venue, food or service but we were told we were getting a certain room overlooking the gardens where our guests would be in the evening. Then a lager party obviously booked & the rooms we booked for parent were then changed to single rooms with 2 pillows , son was dumped in a attic type room & the bridesmaids room was not available , she had a taxi home. We left the next morning without saying a word !

We held our wedding reception at the Old Vicarage on 8th May this year, and had an amazing day and evening. We chose the Old Vicarage as we wanted somewhere modern and stylish, and also not too big for our 55 wedding guests. Everyone at the reception commented on how beautiful the hotel is and also how friendly all the staff were. There were lots of small touches that made such a big difference - from the staff greeting us back at the hotel with umbrellas as we returned from the church, staff staying up late until the last guests went to bed (c3am), organising some beautiful flowers at the entrance at their own expense, putting candles everywhere, including in our room as a surprise for when we went to bed, plus a lovely card and champagne. Suzanne, who owns the Old Vicarage, went out of her way to make sure we had an amazing time and it was obviously very important to her to make sure everything went well and all of the staff worked exceptionally hard throughout the day to make sure everything went perfectly. Everyone also commented on how amazing the food was at our wedding breakfast, in particular the lovely canapes and then also the rack of lamb main course and eton mess pudding. Amazing day!

Tissington ngave us a superb venue and the best day of our lives.The Hall is a stunning building but it was Isobel James and the team that that made it our perfect venue. Thnakyou.

We had our wedding reception at Osmaston Park last summer and it couldn''t have been more romantic. The location was exceptional with wonderful views from the pretty terraces. The team at Osmaston park were so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process and they put us in touch with everything we needed to make the day as special as it was. We feel so lucky to have found this hidden gem - Thank you Osmaston!

A wonderful country Manor house with beautiful rooms, peaceful gardens,delicious food and outstanding service. Having celebrated a special birthday in a marquee on the lawn I have very happy memories and will definately be returning.
