We had a wonderful wedding day and Anna and Ronnie and their team were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything ran like clockwork and all my guests absolutely loved everything about the entire day.

We booked this venue back in July 2022 when they were still in the building stages, to some this would have seemed crazy as we weren't able to see the actual end product. We had complete faith in Vicky & Steve and we trusted their vision. All the way through they have been so accommodating, responded to messages at all hours and Vicky even scheduling a call when she was on holiday. No stone has been left unturned at this absolutely beautiful venue, everything is excellent quality and it really shines. Vicky and Steve were amazing with our suppliers; our florist was given access to the venue 2 days before the wedding which isn't a usual luxury! We used; Black Peppermint - Catering Lindsay Betts - Photography Bethany Rose Weddings - Co ordinator Josh Hyde - Videographer Clares Bespoke Flowers - Florist Dj Mark Green - DJ Cakes By Zoe Lincoln - Cake Rachel Bray - Make up Becky Welsh - Hair We cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond on our wedding day, everything ran like clockwork and it exceeded all of our expectations. We really have had the wedding of our dreams and we are so pleased we took the risk! All our love, Mr & Mrs Chandler x

Absolutely amazing team who took all our stress away and gave us the most amazing day. I couldn’t recommend MayDay Retreats enough. We had our wedding here 3 weeks ago and Lisa and her team were truly amazing. All of guests commented on what a beautiful wedding it was and how personal it felt. Food was amazing, staff were incredible and we would of happily of spent double the amount of actually did which we did.

We looked at one venue and it was Scrivelsby Wallrd Garden, we fell in love at first sight. The team were so helpful and amazing on the day and in the run up. Nothing was too much trouble. The venue is absolutely stunning, and having the church just across from the garden was perfect. We couldn't have wished for a more perfect day. 100% recommend.

If you’re looking for a stress free, personal, intimate wedding day that is all about you then this is the perfect venue. I cannot emphasise how straightforward planning our day was with the help of the brilliant Niki Burne. Chris and Johnathan are the most helpful, generous and understanding hosts. We knew we were in safe hands from our first meeting but the care and attention that was provided to make sure that we and all our guests had the perfect day went beyond all our expectations. It was honestly like getting married in the beautiful home of some lovely friends. The Elm Tree is a glorious place, a stunning Georgian house with gorgeous gardens but the thing that really made it for us was the people behind it. It was the little things that really made the day extra special. The super quick turnaround from indoor to outdoor ceremony when the rain decided to stop half an hour before. My wedding flowers on the breakfast table the next day. Johnathan hiding behind a tree discreetly and expertly orchestrating our wedding soundtrack! and a palliative guest having the opportunity to go for a rest upstairs when things got too much. It really was the perfect day in the most perfect setting.

We really cannot recommend Stockwith Mill enough. Kristi and Simon are such lovely people and go out of their way to ensure everything is perfect right from the communication through to being there making sure everything went smoothly on our special day. We were a couple looking for an intimate wedding venue on a smaller budget for a smaller amount of guests. We visioned a gorgeous reception room with wood beams and a neutral blank canvas with a pretty, relaxed outdoor space but we could not find it anywhere! Until Stockwith Mill opened! We are so glad we went to their wedding open day as we found exactly what we were looking for, we actually couldn’t believe it! Kristi was amazing from start to finish. She responded to my emails with the million questions I had, she gave suggestions and she was really flexible with arrangements to suit what we needed, I cannot fault her at all. On the actual day it was just perfect. One of the hottest days of the year and the place looked so beautiful and Kristi made us and all of our guests feel so comfortable and I was at total ease knowing everything was taken care of. We absolutely love our photographs in the grounds - it was so lovely to be in the countryside and local. It really was the perfect place for our small wedding and it excites me to think of how much more amazing it will be for many more weddings as they continue to develop! Our wedding day was amazing at the Beonna it went smoothly with the help of the staff who helped organise the timetable through out the day. The Beonna is a beautiful venue for anyones special day.
