We had the most magical wedding day at Mapperley Farm, we couldn’t have wanted for anymore from them. Rosie and her team were incredible, kept in contact with us from start to finish and was always there to answer any questions we had. There was a little hiccup on the wedding day regarding our DJ not bringing his lights and Rosie stepped in to help solve this straight away without us even knowing it had happened! This venue is extremely reasonably priced, and is 100% worth every single penny. Your wedding day can be tailored to how you want it, without any restrictions in place that we had seen at lots of other venues we looked at. This meant that all of our dreams could come true on our wedding day, it truly was incredible. We would recommend this venue to anyone, especially having your ceremony down in the woods as this was really really magical xxx

We chose Ringwood Hall as not only was it beautiful on the inside but the grounds were perfect too. We knew as soon as we pulled up in the car park to view it for the first time that this place was for us! The price is so reasonable aswell compared to other venues near by. I would also like to say a massive thank you to Oliver our MC for the day as he was great at everything throughout the day.

My son James and his beautiful bride Katie had the most incredible wedding on 21st Sep 2024. Even the sun came out for a wonderful service outside. The venue was perfect and all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They made it a truly magical Friday & Saturday for everyone. Thank you all so much for an incredible weekend. Perfect ❤️

We got married in the Sherwood Suite, it was absolutely beautiful. Our wedding coordinator Jack was incredible in making our day run so smoothly. Everything was just perfect

On Saturday 27th December 2025, we had our wedding at Morley Hayes in the Mill Room. It was absolutely amazing from start to finish, the events team were brilliant and were quick to respond to every question I had, they put me at ease and I put my full trust in them. It ran like clock work and they did everything I asked, the toast master was wonderful and made sure it ran smoothly, she was waiting for us on arrival and she just mad my day extra special. The food was great and the confetti bombs, sparklers and snow machine finished it off perfectly. I would get married here over and over again, the Penthouse suite was free in our package and I did not want to leave, the view was lovely and the bottle of champagne was a perfect touch. We look forward to renewing our wedding vows here in the future.

My daughter had her wedding here on Saturday, from start to finish it was fabulous. Room looked stunning, food was spectacular, both day and night. Special mentions to all staff who were polite, attentive and professional. A special mention must go to Holly who ensured the room looked as stunning as it did! Thank you so much!

Makeney Hall was the most fantastic venue, right from us booking and me emailing with many, many questions, all the way to the wedding day and the morning after! We booked the exclusive-use package and it was amazing! All of our guests have since said what an incredible day it was and how fantastic the venue was. The food was amazing -my only issue was that I was so full from our wedding breakfast, I didn't get to try all the BBQ evening food -my parents have since teased me about this as they said the burgers were the best they'd ever had! If you're thinking about booking Makeney, do it!

We had our Wedding at Osmaston Park on Saturday 26th August 2017 and it was an amazing day at the most beautiful venue! The weather was stunning, the views breathtaking and the whole experience for myself, my husband and our guests was just incredible!! Everything about the venue was perfect and our wedding suppliers helped make our day even more special with precious memories to share and remember for years to come! X

Wow wow wow ... what can I say about this place. We had a Christmas wedding here and from start to finish we were amazed by how welcoming the staff was and how special we felt. From the day we booked the venue to a year later of having the wedding , Breadsall priory went above and beyond in making our wedding one to remember .From reception , to waitresses and the chief ( who’s food is unbelievable) , the wedding planner, the master of ceremonies, catering staff , bar men .... everyone treated us to kindly and made us feel so special. I want to say a big thank you to Harriett who was our wedding planner , anything I needed or worried about ... she was there sorting it and had the answers , always made the time for us if we needed it and just a great lady all round. and to James , our master of ceremonies. he truly went above and beyond his role , and was great with our two boys who are 3 & 5 spoiling them throughout and entertaining them on the day. The boys loved James and in turn that gave me one less thing to worry about on our big day , knowing James was on hand if we needed him. The guests have all said what an amazing day it was and we are delighted to have chosen Breadsall for our special day. They even went out their way to give us our own private breakfast room and private Buffett for us and our guests the next morning of the wedding. We got married at Donington Park Farmhouse on 29th July 2025 and would highly recommend this venue. Firstly, the venue is absolutely stunning. We loved the open square outside, along with the variety of beautiful rooms available for the ceremony. So many of our guests commented on how gorgeous the venue was, which meant so much to us. The staff were brilliant. Alicjia and the team were fantastic at communicating, and nothing was ever too much trouble — even down to small details about the food. They really helped make our day feel personal and special. We would highly, highly recommend this venue — we truly loved it! Andy & Abi Glossop
