What a beautiful and stunning venue. But the staff are a pure asset! My wedding was combined of two different cultural ceremonies with a reception/ party after. The city rooms were alert, professional, hard working and dedicated to making my special day simply amazing. The day from start to finish the staff were all hands of deck, the staff were there to support with our every need. Not sure how the day would have been so successful without them. Thank you for an amazing day, it was perfect. Special thanks to Lianna the wedding coordinator, because of you everything came together. You were just wonderful to work with xx

Jess and the team went out there way to make sure everything was right for our day . From the decor to the music and food, which was amazing the meal and the evening buffet was amazing. Such a lot of choice and plenty . They gave us everything and more to make it a brilliant day . Even had a room there . Our friend also has booked there wedding there because of how happy we were

We always wanted a registry office and the Gilstrap has so much character so it was perfect. We got married on a Thursday at 3pm, the enhanced ceremony and it was really cheap. We could customise with our own songs, readings and promises which was lovely. It's just what we needed. The venue also has the castle in the background, unfortunately we couldn't use castle grounds as there's construction currently but we still managed to get photos at the side and across the river that looks brilliant. Couldn't recommend enough, the registrars are lovely.
