The most incredible venue and staff! Polly was so on top of everything and the day was completely seamless.
From viewing Holmewood Hall online, we knew that it would be a beautiful venue, but no picture can truly capture how stunning of a place it actually is! Prior to visiting we were debating going abroad to elope, because we couldn’t find a venue that we felt was worth the money. However, upon visiting HH, we fell in love immediately! To achieve that kind of feeling in a venue visiting once in the cold and wet Mid-January really is incredible.
After booking, Polly reached out and let us know that she would be our wedding coordinator for HH, and just, wow! I was amazed that she sent everything that we would need to complete from their side straight away, so that we could start working in the right place immediately, rather than trying to coordinate putting everything together closer to the time.
As it came to closer to the big day, I got more and more anxious about how the set up would go, especially with me being a bit controlling and getting ready elsewhere meant that I wouldn’t be around to resolve any issues. However, my husband was beyond impressed on his arrival – everything at the venue was set up other than the photobooth which I made, which we were informed about in advance. The dining room was completely set up, all of the florals, family photos and other extras were set out where they needed to be and my husband and his groomsmen had nothing to do on arrival except have some drinks and wait!
Upon my arrival Polly coordinated everyone to be in the right place, to ensure that I was not seen prior to my aisle entrance; my bridesmaids getting down the aisle and every logistical part of the day. After the ceremony she led us to the study for our private break, ensured that all the relevant events happened as scheduled, and even accommodated a couple of timing changes due to unforeseen hiccups, which she handled flawlessly!
I could go on and on about how amazing the team at HH were; food and drink service was amazing, all of the staff were on hand to help us in any way when we needed them, the HH DJ was brilliant, etc. but I would be here forever. Go and visit HH for yourselves, and you will honestly fall in love!

Fantastic wedding venue
Fantastic, organised, efficient and well run wedding venue which we would highly recommend to other couples. Beautiful house with period features and comfortable and clean bedrooms. All the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great day, very attentive and helpful. Staffs hard work meant we could really relax, enjoy and have a stress free day. Great food and drinks. Special thank you to Lee and Laura for being excellent wedding Co ordinators.

The perfect venue for your very special day!
My husband and I got married here in June 2025 and could not fault anything. From the very first time we stepped foot into Holmewood, the staff could not do enough. We were given a guided tour to ensure we saw all of the venue and understood the differing packages on offer. Once booked, Lee was a consistent contact for us, always answering all of our questions, big or small and really could not have done enough for us. On the day, Lee & Laura were both on hand and we honestly had the best day as everything was covered and set out just as we had planned. Having left all my DIY's and required set up to the venue, my dreams came to life when I got there, they did everything as I'd hoped and even more! A fantastic team to make sure your day is as perfect as it should be.
The food was absolutely amazing and people commented on this to us. Drinks were plentiful in the package we had and all staff working there were always happy and on hand to assist.
A beautiful venue with great staff and areas to have your special day. I would definitely recommend if you are considering having your wedding here.

Fantastic venue!
We had the pleasure of getting married at Holmewood Hall last week. From the moment we saw the beautiful house and tasted the canapes we knew this is where we would get married.
Lee, our wedding co-ordinator was fantastic and made the contract and all expectations clear from the beginning. Communication was fantastic throughout. We loved the food and the tasting dinner.
On the day, the catering team introduced themselves and ensured that we were happy throughout our meal. It was a warm day and everyone did what they could to keep us cool. Lee and all the staff made us feel completely at ease and made sure everything ran smoothly.

Incredible Venue
We had our wedding at Holmewood Hall in April this year and it was the best decision we could have made choosing this venue. We fell in love with Holmewood Hall the moment we saw it and from our initial contact, viewings, booking, complimentary dinner date and the day itself the staff were wonderful and attentive and the venue is stunning. Everything was so easy and our wedding day was so perfect and smooth we couldn't have asked for more. Big shout out to our wedding manager Lee for looking after us before and during the day, along with all the other amazing staff.
Holmewood Hall's building and grounds are beautiful and really well cared for. We really liked the house layout, especially the large amount of comfy seating areas for guests and multiple bars. We loved that the dance floor was separate from the wedding breakfast room which allowed people to pack out and party on an intimate dance floor or chill out in a quieter area with sofas. The resident DJ Jason was brilliant and really understood our vibe.
We would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful stately home wedding. Thank you Holmewood Hall for allowing us to celebrate the best day of our lives with you.

We can not thank the team at Holmewood hall enough from the moment we set foot on the grounds we knew we wanted our wedding there . Katie showed us round and explained everything to us, we started our preparations with the team then got to know our wedding planner Lee who is amazing nothing is to much trouble every question we had he answered and put together a wonderful package, the food tasting evening was incredible so hard to pick as all were so delicious. The choice offered was excellent the hospitality staff are amazing so friendly and professional we would recommend Holmewood hall to anybody who asks ,every guest has not stopped talking about how wonderful the day was and this all thanks to the outstanding service achieved by the whole team at Holmewood Hall. We will definitely return for evening events in the future and hopefully some of our friends will be getting married there In the future

A beautiful venue
We couldn't have wished for a more beautiful and helpful venue. Nothing was too much to ask, they set up all of our decor for the day, walked both of us through each step of the day and made sure everything went smoothly. All of our guests have said how stunning the venue was. The ability to stay in the rooms on the night of the wedding was amazing and made everything so easy. The staff at Holmewood even packed away all of our decor overnight to allow for an easier departure the next day. We couldn't recommend them more, worth every penny!

Absolutely beautiful wedding venue
Holmewood Hall was an absolutely perfect wedding venue. The house is stunning, well cared for and beautifully decorated. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Our Wedding Coordinator was fantastic, available from early morning of the wedding and was still there the morning after working for us. The food was excellent, drinks and canapes were amazing and the venue took care of everything for us. We had the most perfect wedding and are so pleased we chose Holmewood Hall. The Gold Room where we had our ceremony is gorgeous. Thank you for giving us a beautiful wedding!

Wonderful and magical venue
I cannot fault this venue at all, the venue itself is breathtakingly beautiful with magnificent rooms and very lovingly maintained grounds. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional and efficient, our wedding coordinator Lee was a pleasure to work with and made our special day run smoothly. If you want a hassle free wedding with breathtaking grounds and the most amazing staff then this is the venue for you.

The venue itself is stunning and the options included in the luxe package covered everything we could've possibly wanted and made planning the wedding 100x less stressful.
The staff were all amazing from start to finish, Katie showed us around initially and then Lee was our personal wedding manager, and they were both incredible throughout. Always on hand to answer any questions and help us through the day once we got there.
We had so many comments from our guests on how lovely the staff were on the day!
A particular highlight though was the food - the tasting evening was a dream and the chef went above and beyond to provide a full vegan menu for us which wasn't limited to only a couple of options.
Again, we had so many non-vegan guests complimenting the food and saying how lovely it was!

Absolutely magical
We were married at Holmewood Hall on 15th February 2025 and I can honestly say that it was the most magical day. We went to visit the venue and instantly fell in love with it but even we were blown away by how beautiful everything looked on the day. All of the staff were amazing - special shoutout to our personal wedding manager, Laura Pike, who was always on hand to answer any questions - she couldn’t do enough for us! The food was wonderful & we had full control over the menu. Would highly recommend this venue, you won’t regret it!

Christmas wedding
This place is simply just amazing 🤩
We had our wedding here on 17-12-24 and it was everything we dreamed of and more. The food, staff, decor were just perfect not forgetting the most beautiful Christmas tree 😍
Our person wedding planner Lee was an absolute god send not just having him there on the day but always being at the end of a phone to answer any questions or worry’s.
If we could go back and do it all again we would and not change a single thing.

Best day of my life!!
Perfect venue for a wedding with guest numbers 60 - 100. Our guests and I moved from each room to a new room throughout the day and every room had a new surprise. The bridal suite was lush and it was great having all our guests staying under one roof. I would 100% recommend this to anyone.

Best day ever!
We got married at Holmewood Hall on 4th October 2024. From the first moment we stepped into the venue and I saw the magnificent Gold room I knew this would be the perfect place for us to get married. We had the most amazing day which was perfectly coordinated by the whole team at Holmewood but especially so by our personal wedding manager Lee. Lee was always quick to respond to any questions we had in the lead up to the day and nothing was too much trouble for him.
We honestly wish we could do it all over again as it was a magical day. We would recommend Holmewood Hall to anyone looking for the perfect venue.
