If you are looking for a venue that is unique in every way then you have found it. Royle Forest not only prides itself on our beautiful photo opportunities within the forest but also boasts the best celebration set-up you could hope to find with “The Forest Bar” as the centrepiece of your party we guarantee to get your guests on our kick ass dancefloor.

Every square inch of our venue has been hand-crafted by our team onsite to ensure it is of the highest quality and fits in with our overall goal of standing out from the crowd.

At Royle Forest we do things differently to other venues, not just unique in style we have also designed our service to be as flexible as possible. This means no strict formats for your day meaning you can get as creative with our venue as you like and all for one price, leaving just a few details for you to arrange!

C E R E M O N I E S

We are fully licensed to hold ceremonies, meaning if you have a Registrar, you will be able to officially say "I do" in the forest! Your ceremony at Royle Forest can be flexible and you can choose to have a Registrar, Celebrant or even a friend or family member to lead your ceremony on the day.

If you would like to view the venue in person, our season runs from April until October. Outside of our season, when the tipis are packed away, you can arrange a video call with a member of our team.

L O C A T I O N

Royle Forest is tucked away deep within a magical 200 acre forest on the border of Derbyshire and Stafforshire. Our address is Royle Forest, Caldwell Road, Drakelow, Burton Upon Trent, Derbyshire, DE15 9TU.

P R I C I NG

Because we do things different we have one price only and this is for your whole setup at great value. Leaving you only a couple of things to organise. Included is:

- 5 tipis including whiskey tipi and a catering tent

- Ceremony area. With seating and canvas roof

- Tipi courtyard with firepit huts

- Statement 'Forest Bar'

- LED infinity dancefloor with grand golden disco ball and DJ booth

- Whiskey snug tipi to relax in

- Food courtyard. For evening and informal food service

- All tables and chairs

- 5 firepits in total and all logs needed for the night

- All fairy lights and festoon lighting throughout the tipi's

- Generator and diesel

- Toilets (including accessible toilets and baby changing facilities)

- Hard standing car park

- Bar staff and Wedding Coordinator on the day

- In-house planning service

G I V I N G . B A C K

The cherry on top to make you feel extra special. When you book with us you get the following;

1. Beer Tasting Session: A beer tasting session on us with at our micro brewery we have partnered up with, which you get to choose a beer to have on draft for your day.

2. Memory Box: A handmade box with your initials, wedding date and our logo burnt into the top. It's full of goodies and you can then use this as a wedding memory box.

3. Plant 30 Trees: We donate part of your wedding package to plant 30 trees! This is our way of giving back to the environment.

4. Personalised Sign: For your day we bespokely make a sign with your names and an arrow burnt on to help guests know where they are going. You get to keep this as a keepsake after the wedding.

With limited weddings a year, we look to offer a personable experience with our family team. We do not want to be a conveyor belt of weddings and want to make sure you have the day you deserve!
