Cockliffe Country House was everything we could have hoped for and more. From the moment we booked, the communication was excellent and the whole team made the planning process feel so much less stressful. Anna, Andrea and especially Ellie were absolutely incredible. They were always available to answer questions, offer advice and help us navigate all the little details that go into planning a wedding. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their experience and knowledge gave us complete confidence that everything was under control. On the day itself, everything ran seamlessly. We were able to relax and enjoy our wedding knowing that the team had everything in hand. They were professional, organised, accommodating and genuinely cared about making our day special. What really stood out was how effortlessly they made everything look. You can tell they know exactly what they’re doing, and that level of expertise is priceless when you’re planning one of the biggest days of your life. We cannot thank the team enough for helping create such a wonderful day. If you’re considering Cockliffe Country House as your wedding venue, book it- you’ll be in the very best hands. ❤️

We had our 20 year vow renewal at the Double Tree by Hilton Nottingham on 2nd May, right from the beginning of inquiring to book Fiorella has been fantastic. She listened to what I wanted and didn’t want and made it happen. She kept in touch with me at all times and made the whole experience a good one. Kris was the man in charge of our day and the night before he allowed us to set the room up how I wanted it and was so lovely. On the day he came to fetch me from my room and made me feel at ease. He handled the whole day professionally. The room looked amazing. I’m so glad we had our celebrations here as we’d had our wedding here 20 years ago. Everything was organised and the staff was brilliant. I was sad after it was over as they all made it so special. All the guests said how great it all was. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone considering booking for their wedding.

Thank you stephen and the gang for making us feel so at home ,& welcome for our 2 night wedding stay. Food & atmosphere was the best, we coudnt have wished for a better day from start to finish.

We had our wedding day at Ruddington Grange in August 2005 and cannot praise the team there enough. They catered for our every need and made the day run seamlessly. Food was superb, definetly recommend the Fillet Steak Beef Wellington - a taste that will stay with me forever. For excellent food, pleasant surroundings and attentive but discreet service you can ask for no more.

My daughter had her wedding here on Saturday, from start to finish it was fabulous. Room looked stunning, food was spectacular, both day and night. Special mentions to all staff who were polite, attentive and professional. A special mention must go to Holly who ensured the room looked as stunning as it did! Thank you so much!

From the very beginning, Chloe made us feel so welcome and looked after us brilliantly when we first viewed the venue and throughout the booking process. She was always so helpful, friendly, and reassuring, which made everything feel so easy and exciting from the start. On the wedding day itself, Laura truly took control of everything and made sure the whole day ran seamlessly. Having someone so organised, calm, and attentive meant we could completely relax and enjoy every moment without worrying about a thing. Nothing was too much trouble, and we genuinely felt so well cared for throughout the entire day.

Woodborough Hall could not have been a better wedding venue for us. We must have visited every venue in Nottinghamshire and nothing really clicked with what we were looking for. Then we came here and it was perfect - exactly the cosy but beautiful venue we wanted, which would work well in both the rain and sunshine. We opted for the ‘twilight’ wedding which had everything we wanted: a later ceremony, less formal food and straight to the disco! In the run up to the wedding Jenny, Abigail and the team were absolutely brilliant, answering every minute, anxious question we had with outstanding friendliness and professionalism. On the day itself they were so supportive and wonderful, making the wedding run smoothly so that we didn’t need to worry about anything and could just enjoy the day. Also did I mention the food?! It was absolutely incredible, especially considering there were quite a variety of dietary needs to accommodate. A month later people are still mentioning the grazing boards to me!! It was a brilliant day at a wonderful wedding venue and if we could, we’d do it all again here every year!

What can I say, geetha and her team at colwick hall are absolutely incredible, they made our day everything we ever expected and more, from the moment we booked the venue right until the day of the wedding nothing was ever a problem and communicated effortlessly. We had the best day of our life's and would like to send our biggest to the team for making that happen. Would absolutely recommend. Food was amazing and every guest said how beautiful the food was. Where do we begin with the Cosy Club, Nottingham? Shelly was absolutely faultless in her support, time and attention to detail! From the first time we met Shelly, she understood the type of couple we were and what we wanted our wedding day to be…filled with love and laughter. The set up of the room was just idyllic and perfect and something we didn’t have to worry about as we trusted Shelly 100%. The food was outstanding with no complaints received! The Cosy Club offered that special vintage feel that both my husband and I absolutely love. Shelly had a plethora of supplier recommendations which we can say we utilised. If you’re looking for a venue with an extra special touch and great service, look no further!
