We had the most amazing wedding day at Holiday Inn Leicester! The Leicestershire Room was the perfect space – elegant, spacious, and beautifully set up. A huge thank you to Emma and Jodie who were incredible from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made sure everything ran smoothly. We couldn't have asked for a better team or venue. Highly recommend!

Exceptional service, very professional, very affordable, beautiful grounds. My day was perfect from beginning to end, food was fantastic, couldn't recommend enough for your special day, kenwick Park and its staff made our day simply perfect. Nothing was to much trouble, Sam and Anita where amazing.

Everyone was absolutely amazing and couldn’t do enough for us, specially Kelsie she went above and beyond nothing was too big to ask her, even down to the tinest detail she was on top form. The food was fantastic from chef Brenton, the recommended suppliers also couldn’t do enough for us. Weddings can be quite stressful but on the day I couldn’t have been more at ease, I am a control freak and didn’t have a single worry. All our family and friends said how fantastic the day was and great location with the nature reserve for photographs too. Beautiful bedrooms for all of our family to stay in and an extra larger room for me and all my bridesmaids. We had the perfect day thank you Village.

We chose Ringwood Hall as not only was it beautiful on the inside but the grounds were perfect too. We knew as soon as we pulled up in the car park to view it for the first time that this place was for us! The price is so reasonable aswell compared to other venues near by. I would also like to say a massive thank you to Oliver our MC for the day as he was great at everything throughout the day.

When my now husband and I went to view Morley Hayes as a potential venue for our wedding day, Carol was great in explaining everything and made us feel so welcome. We knew after that meeting that we wanted to have our wedding day with Morley Hayes. From that first meeting to the day of the wedding, the communication was great and the team were very responsive to my many questions. In terms of cost, we opted for the afternoon tea package for the day and the Morley BBQ for the evening and although the cost for the food and drinks included with these was our biggest outgoing for the day, it was well worth it. The only thing I wish we had asked for was cheese for the burgers on the BBQ, but all of our guests commented on how amazing the food was for the afternoon tea and evening BBQ. The staff were hardworking and couldn’t do enough for everyone on the day. We never needed to worry about anything which was a huge relief. Jane, Andrew and their team were great on the day, ensuring that everyone was where they needed to be at the right time. The only thing I would say is that despite me informing staff the night before that the cool bag containing our cake and Lindt chocolate favours needed to be put out in the morning for our venue styler to put out, this was forgotten. If I hadn’t of had one of my bridesmaids check the venue on the morning then we wouldn’t have known. It is minor but I think I would have been upset if I’d gotten into the room and they weren’t there. We had our wedding outside at the wedding dome and it was beautiful, the sun came out just as I was walking down the aisle and honestly it was perfect. We loved the space in the gardens after which was set up for reception drinks, and we also had photos outside. Morley Hayes has such beautiful places for photo opportunities and our photographer was familiar with the venue so knew all the great spots. The rest of our day took place in the Pavilion Suite which was perfect for our afternoon tea, and also the evening BBQ which was served on the balcony. It was exactly the space we needed for our day. We had the in house DJ (Alan) at a reasonable cost. We had liaised via email beforehand with a general overview of what genres etc we wanted and a specific playlist for our rock/metal/alternative section of the night. Alan was really lovely but I think misunderstood what we asked for and was very keen on sticking to the examples of music we sent (intended it to be more of a guide to what types of music we would like playing rather than a strict list). We had to explain that we were happy for him to play songs that guests had requested as he had told people he had to stick to the playlist. However, this doesn’t take away from the job he did and we would have him again if we did the day again. Our guests had a great night, and there was always someone on the dance floor. Alan finished with “Sweet Caroline” which was absolutely fantastic and ended the night perfectly. We upgraded to the honeymoon suite for the night of our wedding but I think this isn’t necessary unless you’re going to do two nights as we barely spent any time in the room so really didn’t get to enjoy the facilities. Our 6 year old son particularly liked the tv that came out the end of the huge bed we had. There is a beautiful bath in the room too. However, I stayed in a Superior room the night before with my two bridesmaids and the room we had was also really beautiful. Have to mention the staff again. Carol has been so kind and helpful from that first show round, to the details appointment and throughout, as well as the rest of the events team. Jane for leading the day, you were great. Andrew took the wedding party round to the wedding dome in the golf buggy that was decorated with flowers which was a nice touch. Sally and the hotel team were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble when we asked for a few things. Wendy and the restaurant team were so friendly and welcoming when we went for our breakfast (which was absolutely fantastic). The bar staff on the evening (I want to say Ollie and Jack?) of the wedding worked hard and made sure drinks were served in a timely manner and I don’t think the queue for the bar ever really got too long. It really does make a difference on the day when you don’t have to worry about anything because the staff have it all in hand. Overall, there really was nothing negative I can say about the day. We felt so relaxed and were able to enjoy every part of our day (which went by so fast). We only wish the day was longer. If we could do it all again we would absolutely book with Morley Hayes again. Makeney are simply the best our professional wedding venue hosting our wedding. Here was an exclusive event which provided an exclusive venue that has the most professional welcoming seamless organisation I have ever seen one of the things that we really noticed about makeney was that the staff run like clockwork everything got done and sorted without us even noticing it was as if the staff weren’t really there, this only added to the very personal feeling that the venue offers. The venue dresser and the catering were fantastic. The venue dresser captured my vision perfectly and went above and beyond to make sure it was absolutely everything that we wanted. The catering was amazing our guests were overwhelmed with how good the food was we had the gold menu which suited everybody and there was plenty of it to go around this venue offers excellent value for money with the exclusive package. You really do get everything. We didn’t hesitate to book with Nicola when we first met her. She’s so professional she’s heartwarming welcoming and nothing was ever too much trouble for Nicola the whole booking process from beginning to the morning after our wedding was simply seamless and I would do it over and over again. Our wedding ceremony took place outside which is such a stunning place to have your wedding. It had rained a little earlier in the morning and whilst the guests were silent, you could hear the Pitter patter of raindrops falling from the trees surrounding us it was just so gorgeous these memories will stay with me forever. The venue itself is beautiful. It’s really original beautifully furnished and that can host a substantial amount of guest which is one of the reasons why we chose this venue so all our guests could stay over for the night and we had breakfast in the morning and it was just perfect. We cannot thank Makeney Hall enough for the provision of their services and we will be back again not to get married but to have our wedding anniversary celebrations with you we cannot wait to see you again if you are thinking of booking Makeney I would absolutely recommend that you do you will have the most magical day

Wow wow wow ... what can I say about this place. We had a Christmas wedding here and from start to finish we were amazed by how welcoming the staff was and how special we felt. From the day we booked the venue to a year later of having the wedding , Breadsall priory went above and beyond in making our wedding one to remember .From reception , to waitresses and the chief ( who’s food is unbelievable) , the wedding planner, the master of ceremonies, catering staff , bar men .... everyone treated us to kindly and made us feel so special. I want to say a big thank you to Harriett who was our wedding planner , anything I needed or worried about ... she was there sorting it and had the answers , always made the time for us if we needed it and just a great lady all round. and to James , our master of ceremonies. he truly went above and beyond his role , and was great with our two boys who are 3 & 5 spoiling them throughout and entertaining them on the day. The boys loved James and in turn that gave me one less thing to worry about on our big day , knowing James was on hand if we needed him. The guests have all said what an amazing day it was and we are delighted to have chosen Breadsall for our special day. They even went out their way to give us our own private breakfast room and private Buffett for us and our guests the next morning of the wedding. I strongly recommend Breadsall priory if you want a wedding that everyone talks about and no one forgets. Thank you so much Mr & Mrs Barlow Xxxxxxxxx

We had our whole wedding here. From thr moment we started planning till a year later when we got married all the staff where so helpful and friendly. Sain guided us through all the planning and the day and Moany was fabulous at organising and making sure everything ran smoothly. Even had my Hen party here too. The wedding day was fabulous and the food was amazing. Our wedding celebrations started from our booking in on the Friday night all through the wedding day and onto breakfast on the Sunday morning.

The wedding staff and all that was apart of it was truly amazing but on arrival the lady at the desk give us the wrong room when we got that all sorted out the key did not work 3 times the house keeping had to let us in.. we requested a bed and it was not there had to ask 2 times for it and when it arrived it was just left for us to sort it out, they kept locking the Bosworth Lounge room that we was trying to set up, the lovely lady apart of the wedding staff came and sorter it all out for us and made sure we had everything we needed. On the day the Lady at the desk did not show the hair and make artists where our room was, they was left to find it them self. Apart from that the day was amazing the food was amazing the wedding staff was absolutely brilliant.. i would diffenly recommend you get married there it was just the hotel side that let me down a little.

The Priest House were fabulous right from the start. From planning to resolving an unplanned issue on the day itself, they really did excel. Our main thanks goes to Hannah and the manager whose name we forget who stepped in to cover the day and ensure everything went to plan. Hannah was great in organising the grooms and bridal party. We had the best day ever. Its such a beautiful venue for a wedding and we were blessed with the sunshine which helped make our photographs look amazing.
