Incredible venue. The team couldn't do more to make our day so extra special. The food was fantastic and the staff polite and hard working. Stephen our event coordinator was fantastic. Book this venue!

Amazing & Perfect
The day was amazing and could not have gone any better, all the staff at Northcote were brilliant and we can not thank them enough, we did try to Thank some of them as we saw them but we are sure we missed some of them so please do pass our thanks on to them all. We have had so many comments from the guests as to how the food was served; they were all so impressed and had never seen anything like it before and also the fact that the correct food was placed in front of them each time without being asked.

The Best Day Ever
We had a absolutely fantastic day and couldn't have wish for anything more, the organisation and running of the day went smoothly without any problems and the venue looked spectacular, it was everything that i imagined our special day to be. We had great feedback from our guest on the food, it was superb. Our guests even commented on the breakfast and how good the price of the rooms were. A very very big thank you to all that were involved.

Our Wedding - The Best Day of Our Lives
Hi Hannah, We had such an amazing day and are still coming down from the massive high. The whole day went smoothly and was better than either of us could have imagined. I am sure all the planning on behalf of yourself and Oscar contributed to that greatly. Thank you for answering all our questions in the run up to the big day to make sure we knew exactly what was going to happen. If there were any problems on the day we never knew about it. A special thank you to Oscar who ran the day just brilliantly. He made us feel very special and nothing was too much trouble for him or his team. The waiting and bar staff were also brilliant and all helped contribute to making our day so very special. We also received lots of positive comments about the delicious food. A thank you must go out to the chef, who was so helpful at the food tasting in assisting us putting our menu together. We could not have done without his expert guidance. In terms of feedback... I think that you and your team are doing everything perfectly. I know one of my work colleagues who attended the evening reception is getting married at Northcote House next year and on seeing our big day knew she had made the right choice. I would highly recommend Northcote House to anyone considering it for their wedding. It was lovely to have such a grand building all to ourselves and because the bedrooms were so reasonable priced so many of our guests stayed over that the party continued at breakfast. Such a Special Day
Dear Everyone at Northcote House, Thank you so much for making our wedding day special. We had a an amazing time and couldn’t have asked for it to have been better. Everything ran smoothly and we couldn’t have done it without your help. A Wonderful Wedding Day
Hi Hannah - Thank you!! We had a wonderful wedding day (despite the weather!!) thank you so much for all your help and advice. I hope all is well with you. Marcus was absolutly fantastic right from the moment we met him, we had no concerns that things wouldn't run smoothly and when we left on Thursday evening felt we were going to be complety looked after. Please pass on a huge thank you from both of us - we were so glad he was there. (even if he wished he wasn't!!) I want to send in a proper thank you to everyone there who helped to make a truley memorable day so unforgettable and I will forward some photos once we get things sorted - still have to get back onto uk time!! Could not have asked for a better day.
We would like to thank everyone at Northcote House for helping to make our day special. We couldn’t have asked for a better day and it exceeded our expectations. We found the organisation running up to the wedding went really smoothly and helped put our minds at ease that everything was under control and would be taken care of. The final details meeting was really thorough and we found it useful in helping us to prepare for the day. On the day the staff were really friendly and helpful. In particular we would like to thank Stephen, He made sure everything went to plan and all our needs were attended to. We received compliments from many other guests about how well he conducted himself and helped to look after everyone. The food was excellent and well presented and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it.We were also impressed with the level of service from the waiting staff, particularly how all guests on a table were served at once.The chef also met our requests for some slight alterations following the menu tasting which we were really pleased about. Our only disappointment was that the evening buffet was so popular that we missed out on some items whilst we were dancing! All of our guests commented on how wonderful the venue was and how picturesque the surroundings were.The venue was so stunning inside and this was one of the reasons why we chose Northcote House as our venue. Again we would just like to say thank you to you for all your hard work in helping to organise our day.We can’t think of anything negative to say.

Hi Hannah, Feels very strange being called Mrs Young! We've forwarded you the email link to the photos for you to look through (don't think there's one without a big smile on our faces)! Matt and I just wanted to thank you Hannah and Stephen and all the staff at Northcote House for everything...you made our day perfect! Everybody commented on how beautiful the venue was and it provided the intimate setting Matt and I have dreamed off. There is absolutely nothing Matt and I would change so thank you so much for everything. We would strongly recommend Northcote House to any other couple who were looking for a beautiful, intimate and practical venue...with the hotel rooms so near by and reasonably priced it was lovely to see all our guests for breakfast the next morning and re-live the day. Anyway....as always i have chatted away too long and our time is about to expire so will leave you to look at the photos.....but just want to say a HUGE thank you again!! Amazing
We have just returned from our honeymoon - it was wonderful. Thank you ever so much for your help and asistance before and during our wedding day. The whole day went exactly to plan and just how we had hoped and expected it to be - was it Northcote who made sure it only rained while we were inside eating?? Please pass our thanks onto Oscar who was so on the ball. He acted so quickly when a small change had to be made to the seating arrangments as the receiving line was starting. He ensured that both of us were happy the way the day was panning out. Please also thank the evening supervisor/ manager (think his name was Stephen) who we noticed had been working all day bringing food out and was still there at 1am sorting out a buggy for Kelly and the bridesmaids! We have had so many comments from our family and friends saying how beautiful the venue is (inside and out), the quality of the service from all staff, the excellent food, the organisation of the day, the value for money for our quests to stay the night - not one negative comment! We are so happy that the day was so special not just for us but our family and friends also. We shall send you a link to the photos when we have it - hopefully very soon!

Could not have gone better
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you as you probably guessed we have only just got back from honeymoon :) James and I wanted to thank you for a wonderful day on the 18th, everything went so well both you and Marcus did an amazing job and everyone has commented on the great setting and excellent service they received. The only feedback we have is that the day couldn't have gone any better and we were both very happy with everything - is there anyone we can pass this on to? your manager or Marcus' as we really were impressed with how everything was ran.
