Amazing! Everything was so perfect. Venue is gorgeous. staff are lovely, big shout out to Lauren, who was brilliant, everything we needed she was there, so attentive.

When we were looking for wedding venues there we so many that were similar in many ways until we found Rushpool hall, it had everything we wanted and much more. From the moment we booked it to the actual wedding day and beyond every staff member we dealt with were amazing and very helpful. Charlotte made sure the day ran smoothly even with little hiccups, she made sure me and the bridesmaid were relaxed and very calm all morning and kept me right all day. The food was amazing and we have had many of our guests comment on how good the food was. The venue itself it stunning there was absolutely nothing i would complain about, only being that the day went so fast. All in all we would do it all again due to how amazing the day.

Amazing fairytale venue with so many different areas for photos inside and out. So many people commented on how beautiful it was. There's a dedicated getting ready room for the bridal party on the morning. We did a lot of our own decorations and they were really helpful with this - we just provided photos and they set these up for us when they turned the room around for the meal. The team there are used to running weddings so very professional and really take the stress out of organising the day. It's good food and the bar prices are surprisingly reasonable for a wedding venue. We had 60 day guests for the ceremony and 120ish for the evening and this felt like the right amount to feel full but not crowded (although they also have a bonus undercroft bar for more space in the evening which we didnt use.) For us it was the perfect venue.

Rushpool hall was amazing in every single way. The perfect venue for our perfect day. The food was amazing, the service was amazing, the venue was amazing. Could not recommend more. We had cosy open fires lit and Christmas decorations everywhere.

don't know what to say! Rushpool Hall, Charlotte and all the team made my wedding dreams come true! From start to finish it was amazing! Even with torrential rain, flooding and high winds I wouldn't change a thing! Charlotte was my wedding mary Poppins and solved every tiny hiccup! The food was amazing, the staff were so friendly. We had the intimate package and it was just perfect. Everything was taken control off I didn't have to think of a thing. I would recommend this venue to anyone and if I could relieve all over again I would do it in a heartbeat! Thank you Rushpool Hall!

We had the most beautiful day we could’ve ever wished for at Rushpool Hall, Shelby went above and beyond to make sure we were all sorted and everything went so smoothly! We couldn’t have picked anywhere better for our day. It was beautiful, special, magical and everything we would’ve ever wanted!

Myself & my now husband visited Rushpool in 2023 and instantly knew this is where we would be getting married! The staff on the day- Shelby in particular, were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us! If I could go and do my wedding all over again, I would and I'd still choose Rushpool Hall. The overall experience has been sensational, and team are really lovely. Phoebe is a credit to the team and couldn't have done more for us.

Our wedding venue couldn't have been better, even though there was torrential rain for the entire day, our special day at Rushpool Hall was without fault.
The entire experience from start to finish was perfect. Phoebe, our wedding coordinator, and her colleagues ensured that every detail was spot on - the venue, the quality of the food, the organisation, the timings...everything was 100%.
Every guest had words of praise about the venue, the staff and the food & drink!
The cost was extremely good value for money, something you'd expect to pay 3 or 4x more for the high standards that Rushpool Hall delivered.

We had an amazing day. Food was lovely, day ran smoothly, Courtney was amazing. The grounds are outstanding.
The only point we’d like to point out is our cake was melted so we didn’t get to keep it, would’ve been nice to have kept it or tried it.

Perfect venue and staff were amazing. Day went so smoothly. Only one little down fall was the night food, potato wedges tasted like they were reheated however it didn't stop anyone from having an amazing time overall

Rushpool Hall is the most stunning wedding venue. We had our wedding here on 28th June 2024 and it was the best day ever. All the staff were amazing throughout the day and night. Our coordinator left the week before our wedding so we were assigned Charlotte and Shelby for our day and they were amazing.
We had a few things go wrong the morning of the wedding which shouldn't have happened. First one being the reception staff checking guests in from 12.30pm when we were told explicitly that check in wasn't till 3pm. This meant that while the whole bridal party was upstairs getting ready, guests were running all over the building going to their rooms and having to be stopped going near the bridal suite and the suite upstairs where the groom was getting ready.
Secondly was while Me, my Dad and bridesmaids were waiting to walk into the ceremony, a couple pulled up and walked into the building. They were told to wait outside till after I'd walked into the ceremony. I'm assuming to either book the venue or have their final details meeting. I do know Rushpool arrange meetings on a morning, even on someones wedding day, but to arrange a meeting while the bride is waiting to go into the ceremony and even during someone's ceremony is just not professional! No such meetings should be taking place after 12pm on someone's wedding day in my opinion. This was a massive let down for me about the venue.
Over all though the rest of the day was perfect.

The most perfect wedding venue, nice and intimate on such beautiful grounds, all the staff were so helpful throughout the booking process and were very responsive with all my numerous phone calls, Charlotte was the best wedding co ordinator who helped me day run so smoothly and she exceeded our expectations doing everything and more to make our day perfect, the night porters were so lovely after the wedding saying if we need anything to let them know and all the staff were just so amazing! The most perfect wedding, it felt so magical as if it were a fairytale!
