Hodroyd Hall is a beautiful, Grade II-listed private country house in the picturesque hamlet of Felkirk, in West Yorkshire. The earliest reference to Hodroyd is in 1144, and the Hall is steeped in history from its days as a monastic building to the country seat of the Monckton family. Today, it offers a unique combination of country house tradition in a picturesque setting with all the luxuries of modern wedding celebrations. With exclusive hire, we offer a truly unique venue for your special day.
We are currently unable to hold legal ceremonies on site; couples have opted to get married at church or at a registry office previously before having a non-legal ceremony at the Hall.
Hodroyd Hall includes the use of our six beautiful bedrooms for you and your guests. We can seat up to 100 guests across the Orangery and Gargrave Room, host canapes and arrival drinks in our Italian Garden, and host an evening feast in the Courtyard. The beauty of Hodroyd Hall is that it is an exclusive space to make your own for your special day.
For Larger Weddings, our stunning grounds can accommodate marquee weddings with additional space for glamping pods available on request.
Hodroyd Hall is a wedding venue located in Barnsley, South Yorkshire.
