We had our wedding at Fanhams Hall on Saturday 11th October and all we can say is wow, what an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. Everything about the day exceeded our expectations and we honestly could not have wished for a more perfect venue or a better team to make it all happen.

From the very beginning, Symphonie was an absolute star. She guided us through the initial meetings and show rounds with such warmth and professionalism. Her encouragement, attention to detail and organisation made us feel instantly confident that Fanhams Hall was the right choice, and she was spot on. Every single detail was considered and arranged perfectly.

On the day itself, Jonny and Claire were simply phenomenal. They managed the entire event with such calmness, precision and care, making sure everything ran seamlessly from morning until night. They were so accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Even when we made a few last minute changes, they adapted instantly and made it all happen without hesitation.

Their commitment was genuinely unbelievable. They were there from the night before, throughout the entire wedding day and still there the next morning, ensuring everything was just right. Their energy, professionalism and kindness made all the difference. They truly made our day feel effortless and special.

For the most important day of our lives, we honestly could not fault a single thing. The team at Fanhams Hall were exceptional, the venue was stunning and every moment was filled with care and attention. We will forever be grateful to everyone involved for helping create the most magical day imaginable.

The most amazing day at Fanhams Hall!

We had our wedding at Fanhams Hall this summer and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very start, our wedding executive Symphonie was absolutely brilliant, so organised, responsive and genuinely invested in making sure our day was perfect. She made the whole planning process feel easy and enjoyable.

A few days before the wedding, we met Johnny, who talked us through all the logistics for the day. He was fantastic, calm, friendly, and professional. On the day itself, he made sure everything ran seamlessly and that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Both he and the wider team went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly.

The venue looked absolutely stunning, the service was impeccable, and our guests were full of compliments.
The only small thing that didn’t quite match our expectations was the sweet cart we were told it would be filled to the brim, but only a couple of jars were set out. That said, it was such a minor detail in what was otherwise a truly perfect day.

We’re so grateful to Symphonie, Johnny, and the whole team at Fanhams Hall for making our wedding day so special. We couldn’t recommend the venue more highly to any couple looking for a beautiful setting and an incredible team to bring it all together. A day we will never forget! ❤️

Fanhams is a beautiful venue and we couldn't have asked for a better place to have had our wedding day. It's stunning, everything flows seamlessly, the staff are lovely, and the wedding food is delicious.

Symphonie, our coordinator was amazing. Having her by our side over the past two years made the whole planning journey so much easier (and much more enjoyable!). Her attention to detail, calm guidance, and endless patience gave us so much confidence along the way, and we honestly couldn’t have imagined the day without her support. Everything came together so seamlessly, and we were able to truly relax and soak in every moment!

Fanhams Hall was the perfect wedding venue! The grounds are stunning, the building is full of character, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Our day was everything we dreamed of.

The moment we saw Fanhams Hall on Hitched we knew we would fell in love with it once we went to see it in person. We cannot think of a better venue to get married at. The building and both its exterior and interior design are beyond beautiful. The gardens and grounds are perfect for photos and for guests to explore. The whole team, including wedding, catering and reception, at Fanhams Hall were incredibly helpful and we cannot thank them enough for making our wedding the most special day.

The staff were so helpful and attentive. Lauren was our wedding manager and she was so lovely and helpful; always quick to respond to emails. The quality of service from Symphonie, our wedding contact for Fanhams Hall, was incredible. She was so responsive and brilliant to work with, answering all our questions and helping us make it the best day of our lives.

We loved Fanhams Hall as soon as we arrived for our first viewing! The wedding was held in The Long Gallery and Great Hall side of the mansion and we loved how much character it brought to the day as a backdrop.

We picked Fanhams Hall not only for the picturesque features but for the variety of choices within their packages.

Having the hotel rooms on site made us feel like the venue was truly our own. This made our experience extra special as we were able to spend the whole weekend with our close family and friends.

They also had a list, full of great suppliers who helped bring our wedding to life and made the planning process so much easier.

From the initial meeting, to the menu tasting and the pre wedding day planning meetings - every step was personalised and tailored to us and they would go out of their way to make wedding journey a true experience you'll never forget.

From the very beginning, Symphonie was so helpful throughout and always gave her best advice when ideas were presented. Rachel and her and her team delivered the day beautifully. Having both girls on the day really kept us calm and reassured us that everything was going according to plan.

Wow where do we even begin?? As soon as we visited Fanhams for the first time we fell in love and it was hard to view anywhere else after! The gardens are so beautiful and maintained so nicely and we could really picture our day there from then on! The whole planning process was made so easy by Lauren who answered thousands of emails from me, a million questions and nothing was ever too much. She explained everything in such great detail, always got back to me if she was away from her emails and made me feel like everything was under control at all times. Our menu tasting in February was spectacular, we met the chef and got to tweak certain things on the menu for our day which was great. Fast track to our wedding weekend! We had a pre wedding event on the Saturday night which was held in the oak room, and as if it wasn’t enough that Fanhams had a wedding that day, they still provided a fantastic dinner and service to 55 of our guests in the oak room, we had so much fun and the food from the bar menu was spectacular. Now, our wedding day.. it was genuinely the best day of our lives. Every little detail was covered, the staff were INCREDIBLE the venue was beautiful, the food is insanely good, everyone couldn’t do enough for us and even with difficult guest requests or language barriers our family members were so looked after and for that we are incredible grateful. Rachel our wonderful manager went above and beyond on the wedding weekend and is an absolute asset to Fanhams. Nothing was ever too much, she was ALWAYS one step ahead of us ensuring we had a drink to hand, any stress was eliminated quickly, any issues were dealt with without me even knowing and she even went out of her way when her shift finished to drive to the church we got married at to find a missing ring (you have no idea how much this meant to us). Rachel is the definition of somebody who loves their job, cares deeply about people’s happiness and is a reflection of what Fanhams Hall is. Every single one of our guests adored Rachel and her team on the day, the food was complimented immensely, the drinks flowed constantly and the whole order of the day was so smooth from start to finish, again a reflection of Lauren’s planning, Rachel’s event management and Fanhams as a whole. I could go on forever at how incredible our experience was, we are SO grateful we found Fanhams and if anybody is considering it for a venue and needs an extra push, this is it! You won’t find a better venue, people, food, gardens, rooms, service or views. If I could re live the day over and over again I would!

Our wedding planner Lauren was incredibly accommodating and responded to any questions immediately. She provided a fantastic service from start to finish.

The staff on reception were all friendly and helpful and our wedding coordinator Claire on the day was incredibly professional and made sure the day flowed seamlessly.

Fanhams Hall was the number one choice for me and James, from the moment we spotted it. It’s got all of our favourite qualities, from historic beautiful buildings to stunning gardens and grounds.

The staff there are also amazing! They worked so hard behind the scenes that they made it look effortless and seamless. Lauren supported from day one and was amazing at answering all of our questions and concerns.

Rachel and her team managed our day. And she brought energy and fun (even providing suggestions, bringing out glow-sticks to the Vengaboys couldn’t have gone down better - amazing fun).

The day ran smoothly, there wasn’t a single thing for us to worry about. The food was incredible, and they catered for everyone’s dietary needs with alternative dishes which were just as good.

I can’t recommend Fanhams Hall and the team there highly enough.

Our original venue let us down at the last minute and we were so lucky that Fanhams Hall happened to have availability for our date. Symphonie in the Weddings Team was outstanding - professional, responsive, courteous and kind. I cannot recommend the venue and the team enough (organisationally on the run up, and Rachel leading the team on the actual day). Everyone was helpful and genuinely tried to support us and our guests. They far exceeded our expectations and the day itself was magical - everything went to plan, the staff were excellent and we cannot speak more highly of the venue, with the most stunning gardens. We're booked to go back for our anniversary already. Huge thank you to the staff, especially Symphonie, for making our wedding day so special.

We picked Fanhams hall over 2 years ago. From the moment we walked in we knew it would be the most perfect wedding venue. Since booking the interaction with the team was fabulous they always invited us to the wedding showcase days which are so dreamy and who wouldn’t want an excuse to go see their dream venue again?! Lauren was absolutely wonderful in the run up helping with all of our queries and when she was out of office we still always got a reply! Meeting Claire a week before the wedding as our on the day organiser was so lovely and any stress we had in the run up to the big day just went away. On the day we didn’t need to worry about a thing, everything was so seamless and went off without a problem. All of the staff at Fanhams hall couldn’t do any more to make our dream day come true. We had our wedding at Fanhams Hall on 30th June 2024. Our day was perfect. We would wholeheartedly recommend the Fanhams Hall to couples which are looking for the place for their wedding. Symphonie was brilliant in helping plan for the day, and Rachel, the Event Manager, and her team couldn't have done more. The food was also amazing. All guests thoroughly enjoyed the day.

Upon seeing Fanhams Hall we knew it was going to be the perfect venue for our special day. The grounds are beautiful, and the old side of the hotel is just gorgeous. The Long Gallery for our ceremony was just magnificent!

Lauren was a fantastic support in planning our day, reassuring us, helping with ideas and making any changes required throughout the process.

On the day Claire and Rachel were amazing, everything ran so smoothly, and nothing was too much trouble. The food was brilliant, and again commented on by our guests for the quality, and all dietary requirements were catered for with ease.

We couldn't recommend this venue highly enough, all our guests were extremely complimentary of every little detail.
