Absolutely perfect!! We had the most perfect day (so much so my husband wants to do it again!!) thank you so much to every single staff member - especially Zoe. Not sure if I was quite a bridezilla but I did have lots of questions and anxiety, wanting to ensure the day went as smoothly as possible and all guests were catered for; Zoe was a star. Put up will all of my query’s and resolved them so quickly. Thank you for making our day so perfect , and of course putting up with me 😂🩷 P.S that’s not even mentioning the delicious food or stunning location OR fabulous rooms!!! Love Steph and Ryan x

HH is a wedding destination rather then a venue, Tracy, Zoe and all the team go above and beyond to ensure that your wedding is the experience you hoped for.
The whole team are so welcoming and take the stress out of the planning and the day by being supportive and giving great advice to help things go so smoothly.
We couldn’t have thanked them all enough for making our day so special. Everything was literally perfect and all our guests were wowed by the stunning location, standard of accommodation and catering.

Our wedding day was amazing at Hintlesham Hall! It is so helpful to have so many of your guests able to stay at the hotel and everyone loved their rooms.

The staff are so friendly and professional and helped with planning and providing information. The chef was also great at tailoring the menus for dietary requirements.

So many people said it was the best wedding they had been to and we had an incredible day so would highly recommend for your wedding.

We celebrated our wedding day at Hintlesham Hall and it was perfect. From booking the date in, Tracy was fantastic in helping us to co-ordinate the suppliers and plans for the day. We used the supplier package, which was a big help to us as they were all amazing. We had the exclusive use of Hintlesham Hall for the wedding day, which we loved. Our guests commented on the notice at the gates, that the Hall was closed and entry was exclusively for our wedding. Most of our guests stayed on the wedding night and the rooms were beautiful and our guests kept telling us how luxurious their rooms were, which was great to hear. All the staff were hardworking and couldn’t have done any more, they definitely go above and beyond! Our families and wedding party stayed the night before the wedding and Tracy organised our 10 rooms for 2 nights, so we didn’t need to worry about moving our bags. When we arrived, Zoe was already at the reception and offered to help bring all our stuff in from the car and took note of how we wanted the bits for the wedding day, which was followed perfectly on the day. We decided to have a dinner for our families the night before and Tracy co-ordinated one of the function rooms for us and we had a special evening. We also used the spa services and on the morning of the wedding, they arrived early, to do our make up, they were all lovely. The setting is spectacular, definitely a wow moment as you arrive. This continues with the fabulous gardens and grounds. We had our ceremony inside, another even bigger wow moment, it was beautiful. We would highly recommend Hintlesham Hall our wedding was perfect and we look forward to returning!

From the moment we enquired, to the delivery of our event, we cannot fault the staff the venue the food or the service.
Our celebration was a family and friends get together to celebrate our wedding 25 years previously - every aspect meant we and our guests had a really happy time.
The food was as good for a large number of guests as the day we had the tasting menu for 2- exceptional quality ingredients and generous portions.
Every member of staff was friendly helpful and attentive.
The bedrooms were all wonderful and we were lucky enough to have the Braganza suite which was huge and very comfortable.
We were guided and aided by Zoe whose relaxed, kind, informative manner helped create the perfect day for us.
The cost v the experience of the event feels like very good value for money.
If you are considering this as a wedding / special event celebration you won’t be disappointed.

Me and my wife got married at hintelsham this August (2024) and there was absolutely nothing about that day I can fault, it was literally the best day of our lives and we have hintelsham to thank for that, the staff were very friendly and attentive, the hall was beautiful and a perfect setting for our big day, in particular though Tracy and Zoe were absolute stars and made everything as stress free as possible. 100% recommend this venue for weddings, I can't think of anywhere better!

We had our day in August 2024 and it was perfect. Since meeting with Zoe she has been the most professional and helpful person and we couldn’t have done it without her. Very responsive and accommodating to our needs. We booked the package which was perfect and stress free and value for money. Our guests absolutely loved the day and so did we. I wish we could do it all over again

We have been to Hintlesham Hall many a times now and as a result decided to book our wedding with them. They were excellent from the moment of enquiring, nothing was too much trouble easy to contact and clearly knowledgable and experienced in this field. Our wedding coordinator was Tracy and she was absolutely fantastic, on occasions we had a question when Tracy wasn’t available, Zoe was also very helpful!
A group of 14 of us stayed the night prior to the wedding and we had a lovely private meal in the Justice room. Staff were also extremely accommodating and understanding when we got the time wrong.
On the day, they set up the venue beautifully along with the suppliers in their recommended supplier package (highly recommend this option). I’d left instructions for where I wanted things etc and they followed them to a T. Tracy was great at calming my nerves and checked up on us throughout the morning. The actual day couldn’t have gone better and the comments from our guests echo each other “The day went soo smoothly, all the staff were outstanding, the food was unbelievable” - we couldn’t agree more!!
Over half the guests also opted to stay the night after the wedding too and were blown away by the quality of the rooms and the beautiful breakfast served the following morning. We stayed in Regalia the night before the wedding with our 3 year old son, they set up a z bed for him which was obviously very comfortable as he slept all night - the room was also extremely spacious so didn’t get in the way at all. We stayed in Braganza the night of the wedding and well what can I say we felt like absolute royalty what an incredible room!
The venue itself is in a gorgeous setting, is grand yet feels so homely (so much so our 3yr old asked is this our new home😂) and very well kept with many areas/rooms recently renovated. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and very well kept. The whole place exudes a calming sense of luxury without being pompous. We can’t wait to go back!! Thank you to every single member of staff that made our Wedding weekend better than we could ever dreamed of!

From the first moment we visited Hintlesham we were treated like family. All the staff were so friendly, welcoming and the whole team made us feel so comfortable and at ease. Hintlesham feels like home to us and we were made to feel so special, not just on our wedding day but on every visit.

We had an intimate wedding package and hired the parlour room which was stunning for our ceremony and wedding breakfast. We had the garden room for drinks and coffee after. The hall was decorated for Christmas and we were lucky to have our wedding in that period which made our wedding even more magical. We could not have asked for a better venue, not only is it stunning but the service from Tracy and all the staff at Hintlesham is outstanding. They will go above and beyond to make your wedding special. Would highly recommend Hintlesham Hall for a wedding.

We’re a (much) older couple who have been together for decades and saw the marriage as quite private to us. But we wanted it to be nice. Online research showed that several places claiming to be wedding venues you couldn’t actually get married there, just the party. Hintlesham Hall has a small, but elegant, room, perfect for a cosy wedding ceremony. We booked it and to stay the night before and afterwards. The room, food and hotel was everything you could wish for. What we didn’t anticipate was the amount of love and care and attention we received from Zoe (who acted as witness) and from all of the other hotel staff, not forgetting lovely Ipswich registrars and Jaz who did my make up. They made it really special, and we had the best day.

We chose Hintlesham Hall for our wedding in June, and were so glad we did. The day was perfect and everything went smoothly, thanks to Tracy and the team. We had an outdoor ceremony in the bandstand, which made it so special. All of the food was amazing and all of the guests who stayed over loved their rooms. The hall and grounds gave us plenty of spots to get great photos. The bridal suite is beautiful and it was lovely to be able to get ready in there before the ceremony too.

The whole experience was great and we had no issues at all. Zoe was absolutely amazing and answered all questions we had very quickly. I would recommend Hintlesham and Zoe to everyone considering it.
