My daughter and son in law held their wedding reception in the marquee set in attractive grounds at Grimscote Manor Hotel.The attention to detail and personal service from Gillian and her friendly staff was excellent.The food at the reception was delicious as was breakfast the following day.We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.Thank you to Gillian and her staff.

A hidden gem - Thank you, thank you, thank you
We celebrated our Silver Wedding Anniversary at the Grimscote Manor on 3rd September and cannot fault it. The marquee looked stunning, the food was lovely, and a great night was had by all. Many of our guests were really impressed and didn't realise that such a fantastic venue was hidden away just off the dual carriageway. Gillian takes away any stress you may have and does a fantastic job of helping you achieve whatever sort of celebration you're planning. Steve and the rest of the staff also help to make you feel that nothing is too much trouble. Thanks to everyone involved who helped to make our Silver Wedding such a success.

fabulous venue very clean
Prior to staying at the venue I viewed it on line. It's exactly as the webSite. Very Clean and the art deco is great. The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The suites are very roomy and decorated and furnished to a high spec. Breakfast was full english and a vast choice of cereal. Fresh coffee. Would recommend this venue to anybody looking to hold a family gathering.

Amazing day!
we had our wedding here on 6/8/11 it was such an amazing day! gillian and all the staff at grimscote manor were brilliant! the venue is lovely and the food was delicious we couldnt have asked for anything more! gillian is so helpful thank you for making our day so special x

fantastic venue
spent friday nihgt to sunday morning for my neices wedding. we were made very welcome by staff .What a fantastic venue for a wedding the marque was beutifully and tastefully decorated the food in the day and night was lovely all the staff could do no more to make it a perfect special day the rooms were very clean and welcomming with plenty of towels and toiletries supplied the breakfast included in the price was very good.I Could not find any fault with this lovely hotel and lovely grounds

Amazing Day for our Daughters Wedding
On 16.4.2011 - Our Daughter & Son in Law held their wedding reception here. The whole day was a triumph. Gillian paid exceptional attention to the detail from the table decorations to the food. The day was completely stress free and thoroughly enjoyable for everyone. As regards to the food, it was excellent and there was plenty for all. The service of the staff in/out the tables was effortless and nothing was too much trouble. A day to remember! A big thanks to Gillian, all the staff, the Magician and the DJ who got the party started.

Huge thanks for our wonderful wedding reception!
Had our wedding reception at Grimscote Manor on a very cold November night after tying the knot abroad. We were out of the country 3 months prior to the event which made things difficult to plan - had to be done mostly over email. Didn't get to visit the venue until the week before! Gillian was fantastic and took all the stress out of it for us though. She's great at planning and has a real flare for decor. The place looked stunning, it surpassed what we had hoped for. Very happy with the venue, lovely marquee in lovely surroundings. We were unlucky, they have a projector to display a slideshow onto a wall adjacent to a bridge in the garden, due to frost we were unable to use it but this would be a wonderful feature. Staff were fantastic too, really polite despite having to run up and down from the main hotel! DJ was great, nothing but good comments from our guests regarding the music. All in all we were very happy, thankyou so much everyone at Grimscote and keep up the good work!

A wonderful night to remember...........
Hi Gillian This is really a very belated thank you for a wonderful time on New Years Eve. We came as a party of eight and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves – first time we had been out on New Years Eve for a long time! Please let me know if you are having another one as we would love to come again. The marquee looked beautiful with the Christmas Trees and those wonderful table decorations. Fantastic Evening for a Great Cause
Came here for there Wedding open day earlier this year, the Hotel is perfect, the grounds and gardens are amazing, what a idillic place to have any function or wedding. This is my 1st time to there annual autumn charity Ball,amazed at the attention to detail that Gill puts into all the setting of the marquee, the decor and the presentation of the whole place when it comes to the food, 5 stars to the staff and gill for such wonderful food, The staff are very warm and welcoming and very helpful I would recommend Grimscote Manor Hotel to all friends and family to have any celebration here. Lets not forget Steve (Gills Partner) who has and always works hard behind the scenes to create such a idiilic setting and grounds. Thanks to you both. Look forward to next year.

WOW what a Fantastic Evening at Grimscote Manor
Another Fantastic Night at Grimscote Manor, Gillian and Steve hosted the 4th annual autumn charity ball - A1 & Superb attention to detail, very welcoming and accomodating as ever! Always a pleasure to stay there and a highly reccomendation to stay, and have any kind of function Superb value for money and impeccable customer service all round service. The setting and marquee was beautiful,food delicious, dancing, disco, live music, lots of money raised for local disabled children and Coleshill town. Thank you Gill and Steve for a fantastic night. look forward to seeing you both soon :-)

Really was the PERFECT day
Earlier this year, two of my greatest friends got married at this beautifully presented venue, from the staff to the ribbons around the chairs all was perfect. It really was the day of anybody's dreams.
