We were very impressed with the lovely house and the other amenities Duxford Lodge has to offer for weddings. Lucy and her team were very helpful in arranging every aspect of the wedding we were hoping for. They were always available for meetings, phone calls or emails, and allowed us the flexibility we wanted. We were lucky with amazing weather on the day so were able to take advantage of the lovely gardens. We received a lot of compliments from our guests about how lovely they thought the wedding was.

Early on we had our intentions and requirements in mind so it wasn’t long until we were sat deliberating between 3 venues and ultimately Orton Hall came out on top and we are so pleased it did! The staff were absolutely so professional and genuinely kind to us and our guests and the venue itself was fantastic, we had so many compliments for our choice and shock that it was in Peterborough and no one seemed to know about it.

We had an excellent experience everyone was so helpful from beginning to end. Nothing was too much trouble. There was always someone at the end of a phone or email to help with the planning stages which made the whole experience stress free!

Amazing service and gorgeous wedding venue! I love Hotel du Vin. It’s so elegant and packed with character with genuinely, friendly and helpful staff. We recently got married at used HDV for our reception. We were blown away by the service. Especially Martina who ran the whole show from pre-planning, to setting up our decorations, to right at the end of the night where she was still ever present checking we were all well catered for. There was also Amara who was an absolute delight during the meal tending to everyone’s needs with grace and warmth. There we so many more great people though including the waiting staff, reception staff, bar staff and everyone else!

The Georgian Townhouse is just a beautiful venue with charming character in the centre of Norwich which makes it perfect for all guests to stay while still feeling quaint and intimate! 💒 As soon as we visited for the first time, we knew it was the venue for us. All the staff were so welcoming and friendly and no question was too silly for them. You really got the impression that they genuinely care about making your day as special as possible and this was evident in all the follow up meetings we had too. The venue is really flexible in terms of how you want to decorate it and they really let you make it your own. The food is also delicious with varying options to cater for everyone's needs and wishes and they really help to make sure the day runs smoothly from the vows to the last song being played. Thank you for making our wedding a day we will never forget! 💒

Thank you seems such an insignificant word to really relay to you all just how much we appreciate all that you and your staff did for us over the two days of our stay with you. From the beginning of us organising our wedding you have all been fantastic, but our wedding day with you and your staff was absolutely faultless. Your help and kindness is something both Alan and I will never forget. I for one would not of coped without you and Liam. He is an absolute star and absolutely did what he says he would do. Throughout the day and evening he constantly checked with me and Alan to make sure we were happy and relaxed and needed for nothing. Anything we asked was delivered within seconds and never once did he show that our requests were anything but the norm. He must and should be a valued member of your team he really is a special person. What a fantastic team. Our guests were overwhelmed by the setting and the effort that you all put in to ensure each and every one of them enjoyed our day. And you Avril I cannot thank you enough for all you had to put up with, with me asking stupid questions and getting you to pace the distance? What was I thinking lol and then when my beautiful daughters contacted you to help deliver what they wanted to do for us you went all out to ensure it happened I don’t think many people or places would of been so accommodating and to have my Dad there while I danced to his song will be something I will always treasure and will always be grateful to you for that.

Everyone at the Muthu Belstead Brook couldn’t have done anymore for making our day go without a hitch. You all worked so hard to make everything to detail look just perfect. But a very special thanks really does go to Amy, Vali and Elvis you really did go above and beyond to make sure our day was just perfect. I made all the decorations, from welcome board to seating plan, button holes, confetti, bouquets and a spare one to throw, pumps for myself and my sister to dance the night away, flowers in hurricane vases, to shot favours the lanterns and eucalyptus garlands with lights on. And you really did put everything together just how I imagined it would be and more.

I cannot recommend LHH enough. The staff helped us to arrange a wedding for 130 guests in six months. The pricing was incredibly fair. They were quick to answer emails and also included the DJ within the wedding package which meant one less thing for me to do! The day itself went so smoothy, the staff were amazing and monitored every step of the day to help it run just as we'd planned. The food was absolutely delicious, and many of our guests commented that even the tables at the back at the room got piping hot food. They were also great at accommodating my food allergies (gluten and peanuts) and stopped the sale of peanut products across the entire hotel for my wedding weekend to make sure I didn't have a reaction. They catered to various allergies with great care and no sacrifice on flavour or choice. The Alington Suite is a great space for customising, it really is a blank slate. My only negative comments would be that the bridal suite was incredibly cold due to broken heating, but we were provided with heaters to make it bearable. No problem was too small, everything was dealt with with a smile. 10/10 recommend, they made our day so special.
