Hotel Wedding Venues in East – England

We were very impressed with the lovely house and the other amenities Duxford Lodge has to offer for weddings. Lucy and her team were very helpful in arranging every aspect of the wedding we were hoping for. They were always available for meetings, phone calls or emails, and allowed us the flexibility we wanted. We were lucky with amazing weather on the day so were able to take advantage of the lovely gardens. We received a lot of compliments from our guests about how lovely they thought the wedding was.

From our first meeting with Ryan the senior conference and events coordinator everything was handled with complete professionalism. On the day I was greeted by a lovely gentleman who got me drink while I waited to see the registrars, he also gave me a very interesting rundown on the history of the hotel including the arch which was once part of Fotheringhay castle. (Alas I can't remember his name.) My fiancée was greeted on arrival by the same gentleman, I believe, who was again very helpful and very courteous. Everything we requested for the service was perfectly catered for. After the service, we went into the garden for photos. Where canapes and drinks were served the canapes were very good quality and every comment everybody commented how much they enjoyed them. We then went into the great room for our wedding breakfast, I cannot praise highly enough quality of the food and the service so much so all of our guest commented how lovely the meal was. We would like to take this opportunity to once again thank every member of the staff who went way out there were way to make our special day so perfect I couldn't recommend Orton hall highly enough.

Perfect food, staff are amazing and our wedding went without a single problem

Amazing service and gorgeous wedding venue! I love Hotel du Vin. It’s so elegant and packed with character with genuinely, friendly and helpful staff. We recently got married at used HDV for our reception. We were blown away by the service. Especially Martina who ran the whole show from pre-planning, to setting up our decorations, to right at the end of the night where she was still ever present checking we were all well catered for. There was also Amara who was an absolute delight during the meal tending to everyone’s needs with grace and warmth. There we so many more great people though including the waiting staff, reception staff, bar staff and everyone else!

Morston Hall proved to be the wedding venue of our dreams, exceeding every expectation from start to finish. From our very first inquiry, the level of service was nothing short of exceptional. A special mention must go to Jenna, the in-house wedding planner, who was absolutely invaluable throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail and dedication ensured that every aspect of our special day ran seamlessly. She was always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and bring our vision to life. The culinary experience was outstanding – every dish was beautifully presented and delicious, earning a well-deserved five-star rating from us and our guests. The ambience of the venue created the perfect romantic atmosphere, with elegant surroundings that provided a stunning backdrop for our celebration. We cannot recommend Morston Hall highly enough for anyone seeking a truly perfect wedding venue. The combination of exceptional service, exquisite food, and beautiful setting made our day absolutely unforgettable.

The Georgian Townhouse is just a beautiful venue with charming character in the centre of Norwich which makes it perfect for all guests to stay while still feeling quaint and intimate! 💒 As soon as we visited for the first time, we knew it was the venue for us. All the staff were so welcoming and friendly and no question was too silly for them. You really got the impression that they genuinely care about making your day as special as possible and this was evident in all the follow up meetings we had too. The venue is really flexible in terms of how you want to decorate it and they really let you make it your own. The food is also delicious with varying options to cater for everyone's needs and wishes and they really help to make sure the day runs smoothly from the vows to the last song being played. Thank you for making our wedding a day we will never forget! 💒

Thank you seems such an insignificant word to really relay to you all just how much we appreciate all that you and your staff did for us over the two days of our stay with you. From the beginning of us organising our wedding you have all been fantastic, but our wedding day with you and your staff was absolutely faultless. Your help and kindness is something both Alan and I will never forget. I for one would not of coped without you and Liam. He is an absolute star and absolutely did what he says he would do. Throughout the day and evening he constantly checked with me and Alan to make sure we were happy and relaxed and needed for nothing. Anything we asked was delivered within seconds and never once did he show that our requests were anything but the norm. He must and should be a valued member of your team he really is a special person. What a fantastic team. Our guests were overwhelmed by the setting and the effort that you all put in to ensure each and every one of them enjoyed our day. And you Avril I cannot thank you enough for all you had to put up with, with me asking stupid questions and getting you to pace the distance? What was I thinking lol and then when my beautiful daughters contacted you to help deliver what they wanted to do for us you went all out to ensure it happened I don’t think many people or places would of been so accommodating and to have my Dad there while I danced to his song will be something I will always treasure and will always be grateful to you for that.

Everyone at the Muthu Belstead Brook couldn’t have done anymore for making our day go without a hitch. You all worked so hard to make everything to detail look just perfect. But a very special thanks really does go to Amy, Vali and Elvis you really did go above and beyond to make sure our day was just perfect. I made all the decorations, from welcome board to seating plan, button holes, confetti, bouquets and a spare one to throw, pumps for myself and my sister to dance the night away, flowers in hurricane vases, to shot favours the lanterns and eucalyptus garlands with lights on. And you really did put everything together just how I imagined it would be and more.

I dont even know where to start! We got married at Letchworth Hall Hotel on Easter weekend, with many of our guests and ourselves staying for the whole weekend. From the minute we checked in to the minute we left everything was perfect! All the guests who stayed said there rooms were spotless, so comfortable and would definitely be back! Not forgetting the rooms they gave us for our bridal suite - beautiful! The venue were so flexible with all my requests during planning and took care of the whole set up of the day at every part. We didnt have to worry about anything! The food was insane, we had pizza for canapés (cant tell you how many guests have said they need to go back for more pizza at the hotel), a lovely 3 course meal and burger bar for evening. The team at Letchworth Hall went above and beyond to help make our day absolutely perfect and we couldnt be more thankful. Everyone was so friendly and professional and made every part of the day seamless! We cannot fault a single part! The most beautiful venue with the most wonderful team who gave us the most magical day.

Alice at Milsoms is absolutely lovely and amazing. Shehelped make our day so special and flexible to our budget. We wanted a small and intimate ceremony with our close loved ones and friends. We achieved that and so much more. The team were amazing and arranged all my decorations I had prepared myself which made it even more personal and special to me and my now Husband :D. We also got to play our own music which made our wedding breakfast even more lovely listening to the songs that made us think of eachother over the yearsof being together. It really was beautiful. The food and drink were absolutely delicious, everyone said how amazing it all tasted so compliments to the amazing chef. Such high quality all throughout the day, they really couldn't have done it any better. I just wish we could do it all again! Can't wait to return on our anniversary and celebrate with you again for years to come. Love the Bonds ❤️
