Chris and I recently had our wedding at the Billesley Manor and I cannot recommend enough! The wedding day went so smoothly thanks to the team, we’d done a lot of DIY and the team helped us to set it all up! We wanted an outdoor wedding and even though the weather was patchy Fran made it work for us - everything was perfect. The wedding reception and buffet on the evening were delicious, our guests had the best time and said it was one of the best weddings they have been to. The rooms were also complimented by everyone. We will definitely be back for a stay soon! Thank you so much to everyone at the Billesley!

We love everything about this place, the gardens, the Charter suite, the food and the rooms. It has its own swimming pool and spa facilities everything about this place speaks volumes.. If your looking for a venue that has it all try Moor Hall!

We had our wedding at Brook Marston Farm Hotel 17th August, and it was truly the most perfect day. From start to finish, the whole team went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. A very special thank you to Nicola, our wedding planner at the venue, who supported me with such kindness and patience throughout the entire planning process. No matter how many questions or worries I had, she was always there to reassure me and guide me, which made such a difference in helping me relax and enjoy the build‑up. On the big day itself, Stuart, our DJ and master of ceremonies, was simply outstanding. He kept the day flowing seamlessly, managed the announcements perfectly, and read the room so well with the music—ensuring the dance floor was always full! He also kept me calm, organised, and reassured every step of the way. The venue and ceremony space looked absolutely stunning—our enchanted garden theme was brought to life beautifully with the help of the team. We had so many compliments from our guests on how gorgeous and magical everything looked. Not only was everything more than we could have hoped for, but the value was fantastic too. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better venue, a more dedicated planner, or a more professional and fun master of ceremonies.

What an amazing day we had for our wedding day at the Moat House. We hd decided that the Moat House was going to be our wedding venue when we decided to get married. The venue is amazing, the staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Would like to say an extra big thank you to Lexie who has been on our journey from day one, given us lots of ideas and helping us make some decisions about what we wanted. The wedding breakfast was beautiful and they provided an excellent service to us and all our guests. Can’t thank you all enough for making our wedding day special and memorable.

We honestly could not have chosen a better venue for our wedding. From start to finish, everything was absolutely flawless. The team’s attention to detail was outstanding - every small element we discussed during planning was executed perfectly on the day. The venue itself was stunning, beautifully presented, and created the most romantic atmosphere for both our ceremony and reception. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our day special. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they handled everything seamlessly behind the scenes so we could simply relax and enjoy every moment. The food was exceptional — our guests are still talking about it! Generous portions, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Considering the level of service, quality, and organisation, it was amazing value for money. We truly feel we received far more than we expected. It was the most perfect day, and we are so grateful to the entire team for making it unforgettable.

We had our wedding day here on friday and the staff were amazing from start to finish. It was the most beautiful day. The venue is amazing and so is the food. The bridal suite has absolutely beautiful views and was also spotless. We also had breakfast yesterday morning and this was also 10/10 if we could of scored it higher we would Cant thank our wedding organizers Kim and Gemma for all your hard work you put into it also.. We will definetly be back for your food and a stay in the near future.

My wife and I booked the Borough arms hotel in Newcastle under Lyme for our wedding. Too be honest it was our first choice. We only wanted a small gathering and this was the perfect venue for us as it was easy for all our guests to get to, we had guests coming from as far as Devon, wales and winsford, so with it being an hotel guests had the option to book rooms to stay the night of the wedding. We had a wedding coordinator who helped us every step of the way in planning our special day. As the Borough arms hotel is licensed to conduct ceremonies there we decided to have our wedding all in one place, so guests did not have to travel to 2 different venues. So we booked the baker room which our ceremony took place. We submitted our song choices for the ceremony which Jennifer kindly put the songs on a cd as the usb didn’t work. On the day we were having flowers, cake being delivered which the staff took care of and put them where they needed to be The baker room was set out with the colours we wanted. Over the road there is a nice area where photos can be taken, sadly as our wedding was in October we couldn’t guarantee the weather, but we did manage to get some decent pictures before the rain came, but if the weather is good it’s a great place to get some nice pictures. After the ceremony we went to the bar area where people had their drinks whilst photos were being taken. Then our guests were ushered into the room where we had our wedding breakfast, the room was decorated beautifully to our colours .my wife and I were then announced as Mr and Mrs, The food that our guests ordered were served table by table which is a great system and it didn’t take long for all the tables to receive their food. We ordered wine for the tables for our guests and provided stickers for the bottles which the staff kindly put on the bottles. The 3 course meal was amazing and good portions, the servers were so friendly and professional nothing was too much trouble for them. After the meal we were served tea and coffee. When all the speeches were done the room was then getting ready for the evening reception. We used the hotels Dj who was brilliant and kept to our playlist. Overall Jennifer and her team made our special day amazing and we could not thank them enough. So if you’re looking for a wedding venue I would recommend the Borough Arms hotel in Newcastle under Lyme. Great service from start to finish.

Thank you so much for making it a day to remember, all of the staff were amazing, the food, the DJ, everything was spot on and we wouldn't of changed a thing. All of our guests were also just as impressed.

Booked this venue for my wedding, when viewing it I absolutely fell inlove! It’s beautiful inside and out. Jenny is helping with all aspects of the wedding and has been absolutely fantastic. Great value for the money and stunning place!!
