Hotel Wedding Venues in West Midlands - England

So, after a few decades we agreed to a civil partnership. Having been locals for over 30 years, where to do so? Once we’d agreed we took a walk down the road to the recently refurbished Brownsover Hall. Not too far away and we knew it had shut down previously. But we had heard the new owners had invested heavily in the building and the grounds. Having taken a tour of the building and grounds with the hotel manager, it was clear this had been refurbished with care over a few years. Paying attention to the history of the building whilst providing the modern conveniences we all require. (It’s worth checking the history of the building, architect and occupants before it became a hotel – there’s a lot!) Decision made, why wouldn’t we? We wanted a gothic theme for the day and the hotel did the heaving lifting being designed as part of the gothic revival in the 1800’s. Local friends could easily get there, it is central so not far from anywhere. Even for friends flying in from the US or getting the Eurostar to Rugby. Exceptional location for anyone exploring Warwickshire and local tourist spots. And it is quiet, refined and luxurious. You wouldn’t think that in an industrial town you’d find somewhere like this. To quote from a famous movie “We’re not in Kansas anymore”. The team managed our requirements including alcohol free sparkling wine and various food allergies without a problem or complaint. A tasting evening was arranged and informed the final menu. Fortunately the weather was fine on the day and we could have the ceremony on the lawn in front of the hall, great for photos and general ambience. All managed very well by the team at the hall. Food was universally commended by all guests whether vegetarian or omnivorous. That includes the canapes and the buffet meal provided. Wine also provided on the table along with access to the bar. Great location, the rooms wonderful (particularly the new stable block) and a great space to walk or let kids play outside within sight of their watchful parents. Highly recommended (and we’ve stayed in a lot of hotels). If only the squirrels would join in – they kind of hung out at the back of the property. Think the rabbits were just being shy.

We couldn't of asked for anymore perfect day. From planning our day with us and everything was perfect from start too finish. We finally had our dream wedding. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Absolutely perfect. We were able too enjoy our day so much for we had no worries for the staff were so organised

We had our wedding at Brook Marston Farm Hotel 17th August, and it was truly the most perfect day. From start to finish, the whole team went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. A very special thank you to Nicola, our wedding planner at the venue, who supported me with such kindness and patience throughout the entire planning process. No matter how many questions or worries I had, she was always there to reassure me and guide me, which made such a difference in helping me relax and enjoy the build‑up. On the big day itself, Stuart, our DJ and master of ceremonies, was simply outstanding. He kept the day flowing seamlessly, managed the announcements perfectly, and read the room so well with the music—ensuring the dance floor was always full! He also kept me calm, organised, and reassured every step of the way. The venue and ceremony space looked absolutely stunning—our enchanted garden theme was brought to life beautifully with the help of the team. We had so many compliments from our guests on how gorgeous and magical everything looked. Not only was everything more than we could have hoped for, but the value was fantastic too. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better venue, a more dedicated planner, or a more professional and fun master of ceremonies.

Everything about the Moat House was perfect for our wedding, we had such a fantastic day. The organisation from our first appointment to the day after the wedding was spot on, staff were all brilliant, food fantastic, Lexie was a great MC and wedding planner for us, nothing was too much trouble. The venue were flexible where needed, location beautiful (less weeds in the lake would have made the rowing a little easier 😄😄) I would highly recommend The Moat House

From our first meeting with Sarita, we knew we were in good hands. She and the team were organised, approachable, and incredibly helpful throughout the planning process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they were always on hand to answer questions, offer advice, and make sure every detail was taken care of. When we arrived at the venue after our church ceremony, everything was set up exactly as we’d hoped. The location itself is absolutely beautiful, and the team made the most of it, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere for us and our guests. Everything ran smoothly throughout the afternoon and evening, allowing us to enjoy the day without worrying about the logistics. Sarita and the team worked seamlessly behind the scenes, keeping everything on track while making it all feel effortless. So many of our guests commented on how well organised the day was and how lovely the venue looked. We’re really grateful for all the hard work that went into making the day such a success, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sarita and the team to anyone looking for experienced, professional wedding coordinators.

We got married in June 2026 at Rudyard Hotel. It was a gorgeous setting and we had the weather with us. It was one of the hottest days of the year. Thankfully the venue was had air conditioning in the main function room and plenty of seating outside for those that wanted to enjoy the sun. The staff by where amazing attending to our needs throughout the day / night. From changing the room around and supplying great food and drinks. We used recommended photographer Ian Hancock who had done plenty wedding there so knew the best spots to get great pictures. We choose Rudyard Hotel for sentimental reason but we are so glad we did. Gemma and the events team were great at accommodating our needs and maintained good communication throughout the process. Would definitely recommend all involved.

Perfect venue if you have guests travelling and everything here is sorted so no need to have different venues as you can marry, have wedding breakfast and evening reception all in the same place. The staff were great particularly Kym who was with us from day one. The food was amazing and they catered to our needs perfectly. All of the outside vendors we used had no problems with anything either. All of our guests said how amazing the staff and food was and those that stayed over said rooms were great. Overall our wedding day was perfect thanks to the staff at the Stone House Hotel and we would 100% recommend to anybody

Booked this venue for my wedding, when viewing it I absolutely fell inlove! It’s beautiful inside and out. Jenny is helping with all aspects of the wedding and has been absolutely fantastic. Great value for the money and stunning place!!
