Chris and I recently had our wedding at the Billesley Manor and I cannot recommend enough! The wedding day went so smoothly thanks to the team, we’d done a lot of DIY and the team helped us to set it all up! We wanted an outdoor wedding and even though the weather was patchy Fran made it work for us - everything was perfect. The wedding reception and buffet on the evening were delicious, our guests had the best time and said it was one of the best weddings they have been to. The rooms were also complimented by everyone. We will definitely be back for a stay soon! Thank you so much to everyone at the Billesley!

We couldn't of asked for anymore perfect day. From planning our day with us and everything was perfect from start too finish. We finally had our dream wedding. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Absolutely perfect. We were able too enjoy our day so much for we had no worries for the staff were so organised

So, after a few decades we agreed to a civil partnership. Having been locals for over 30 years, where to do so? Once we’d agreed we took a walk down the road to the recently refurbished Brownsover Hall. Not too far away and we knew it had shut down previously. But we had heard the new owners had invested heavily in the building and the grounds. Having taken a tour of the building and grounds with the hotel manager, it was clear this had been refurbished with care over a few years. Paying attention to the history of the building whilst providing the modern conveniences we all require. (It’s worth checking the history of the building, architect and occupants before it became a hotel – there’s a lot!) Decision made, why wouldn’t we? We wanted a gothic theme for the day and the hotel did the heaving lifting being designed as part of the gothic revival in the 1800’s. Local friends could easily get there, it is central so not far from anywhere. Even for friends flying in from the US or getting the Eurostar to Rugby. Exceptional location for anyone exploring Warwickshire and local tourist spots. And it is quiet, refined and luxurious. You wouldn’t think that in an industrial town you’d find somewhere like this. To quote from a famous movie “We’re not in Kansas anymore”. The team managed our requirements including alcohol free sparkling wine and various food allergies without a problem or complaint. A tasting evening was arranged and informed the final menu. Fortunately the weather was fine on the day and we could have the ceremony on the lawn in front of the hall, great for photos and general ambience. All managed very well by the team at the hall. Food was universally commended by all guests whether vegetarian or omnivorous. That includes the canapes and the buffet meal provided. Wine also provided on the table along with access to the bar. Great location, the rooms wonderful (particularly the new stable block) and a great space to walk or let kids play outside within sight of their watchful parents. Highly recommended (and we’ve stayed in a lot of hotels). If only the squirrels would join in – they kind of hung out at the back of the property. Think the rabbits were just being shy.

We had our wedding at Brook Marston Farm Hotel 17th August, and it was truly the most perfect day. From start to finish, the whole team went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. A very special thank you to Nicola, our wedding planner at the venue, who supported me with such kindness and patience throughout the entire planning process. No matter how many questions or worries I had, she was always there to reassure me and guide me, which made such a difference in helping me relax and enjoy the build‑up. On the big day itself, Stuart, our DJ and master of ceremonies, was simply outstanding. He kept the day flowing seamlessly, managed the announcements perfectly, and read the room so well with the music—ensuring the dance floor was always full! He also kept me calm, organised, and reassured every step of the way. The venue and ceremony space looked absolutely stunning—our enchanted garden theme was brought to life beautifully with the help of the team. We had so many compliments from our guests on how gorgeous and magical everything looked. Not only was everything more than we could have hoped for, but the value was fantastic too. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better venue, a more dedicated planner, or a more professional and fun master of ceremonies.

We cant thank the Moat House enough for our perfect wedding day! From the second we booked it until the actual day we had meetings and emails to keep us updated and the opportunity to discuss our preferences. The Moat house was a perfect setting for our photographs. It was a very hot day and thankfully the Colin Lewis suite was air conditioned and plenty shady spots outside. We went for the canapés and deluxe cooler option which our guests enjoyed and gave great feedback. The wedding breakfast was everything we wanted from the entrance of our wedding party with tambourines, big shout out to Lexie who ensured this went smoothly and a party atmosphere which we asked for, Lexie was there all day for us to call on for help when needed which was great and reassuring, big thanks to Lexie! The three course meal was delicious, we went for the vegetable soup, braised beef and ale pie and apple frangipane which went down perfectly, one guest commented, best pie they have ever eaten!!( big ups to the chef)A nice touch with the brandy snaps, fudge and strawberry after the meal. We had the bbq for the evening which again we had so many positive comments about the food, its a shame we didn’t have any as we were too busy dancing and celebrating with our guests, they was very accommodating for our band(Fools life, fantastic band by the way definitely recommend) We would definitely recommend The Moat House in every way for a wedding and look forward to going back on our 1 year anniversary. From our first meeting with Sarita, we knew we were in good hands. She and the team were organised, approachable, and incredibly helpful throughout the planning process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they were always on hand to answer questions, offer advice, and make sure every detail was taken care of. When we arrived at the venue after our church ceremony, everything was set up exactly as we’d hoped. The location itself is absolutely beautiful, and the team made the most of it, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere for us and our guests. Everything ran smoothly throughout the afternoon and evening, allowing us to enjoy the day without worrying about the logistics. Sarita and the team worked seamlessly behind the scenes, keeping everything on track while making it all feel effortless. So many of our guests commented on how well organised the day was and how lovely the venue looked. We’re really grateful for all the hard work that went into making the day such a success, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sarita and the team to anyone looking for experienced, professional wedding coordinators.

Kim & Gemma were absolutely amazing, from when we first visited Rudyard we new this was the place for us to get married. It was very romantic, stunning views & we just loved everything about Rudyard Hotel. The team went beyond our expectations, if we needed anything or ask anything they were there for us , the food at the evening buffet was delicious they catered for everyone, the buffet looked & tasted amazing. We couldn't of asked for anything else, our day was just amazing, from start to end, we would definitely recommend Rudyard for any occasion but especially your wedding. Thank you so much Rudyard for your exceptional service. Xx

From start to finish we felt that we were getting looked after booking was easy and the room is fantastic we had food the day before 10/10 on the wedding day nothing was too much trouble and the wedding breakfast was amazing throughout the proceedings Jennifer & her amazing team of staff we’re always on hand and she couldn’t do enough for us she also takes a lot of pressure off you with her organisation and at an amazing price I can highly recommend this venue we spent a day either side of the wedding just to relax and the staff we’re always there with a smile overall this is a ideal wedding venue 10/10

Thank you so much for making it a day to remember, all of the staff were amazing, the food, the DJ, everything was spot on and we wouldn't of changed a thing. All of our guests were also just as impressed.

Booked this venue for my wedding, when viewing it I absolutely fell inlove! It’s beautiful inside and out. Jenny is helping with all aspects of the wedding and has been absolutely fantastic. Great value for the money and stunning place!!
