I held my wedding at The Chamberlain Hotel and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The venue is beautifully decorated and provided such a lovely and elegant setting for our special day. The food was fantastic, and the service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. All of the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt well looked after throughout the day. We’re so grateful to the whole team for helping make our wedding so memorable. Highly recommended!

We has our wedding reception at St Ermin's this summer and choosing it was one of the best decisions we made. The whole day ran seamlessly. The timings were kept, everything flowed, and we never had to worry about what was happening next. A huge part of that was our coordinator, Claret. She was somehow always exactly where she was needed. At one point she stepped in to help cut the sleeves on my dress, which isn't something you'd ever expect a venue coordinator to do, but nothing was too much trouble for her. That moment says everything about how she looked after us. The smaller details were spot on too. The room was exactly the atmosphere we'd hoped for and more! Lots of our guests came up to say how lovely the hotel was and how kind and attentive the staff were, not to mention the delicious food -which made us really proud of the choice. Everything was PERFECT! If you're considering St Ermin's, we'd recommend it without hesitation. The whole team made our day and we'll always be grateful.

We booked the Opus Room for a small, intimate nikkah (our Islamic wedding ceremony), and it was one of the best decisions we made. The venue offered excellent value for money and worked with our budget without compromising on quality. Kristyna was exceptional throughout the planning process. She helped us choose refreshments, recommended trusted third-party suppliers, and met with us several times to make sure every detail matched our vision. She was always professional, patient and understanding, especially when discussing payments. She also went the extra mile by adding thoughtful personal touches around the hotel, making the day feel truly unique to us. On the day, Subi, acted as our personal butler, provided outstanding service. He made sure every guest was looked after and anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask. We’ve genuinely never experienced hospitality like it. The Opus Room was the perfect setting for our intimate ceremony, and the entire team made us feel valued from beginning to end. We couldn’t recommend Hotel du Vin Wimbledon more highly to any couple looking for a beautiful venue with exceptional service.

All the staff on the day were amazing at making sure everything run smoothly and made my day amazing. My only criticism was the disorganisation of the events lady who I had most contact with in the lead up to my wedding, changing things last minute that not thought of before or miscommunication which made the planning quite stressful. But all the staff on the day were absolutely brilliant thank you so much!!!!

We had the best day of our lives on the 8th of September and we would like to thank Katya so much for all her help and efforts in making our wedding day so amazing. Katya, Lisa and Henrik were excellent and it was brillant to have everything run so smoothly. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole day knowing that you all had everything so well organised. Everyone has commented on the venue, paticularly the food and the gorgeous set up of the George V Hall. The reception was fantastic and everyone had a really great time. Many thanks again for all your hard work.

From the moment we visited the hotel and met with the events team, particularly Ella, they were so helpful and professional. The hotel has a number of lovely rooms for parties and they helped us chose the right size room, being the Richmond Room. We particularly liked this because of the fairy lights; dance floor; raised bar area and overall modern feel. We had a fork buffet arrangement and with the room hire it proved a reasonable budget for the 70 or so guests we had. It was a good venue for all ages - young and old. The professionalism of the staff gave us reassurance that all our planning meetings would be followed through and indeed the day was very successful due to the efficient function sheet and the Ops and Reception team on the day. We have had many compliments stating how lovely the venue, food and atmosphere was from our family and friends in the past week since the event. We are so pleased we chose this venue and with such a professional team and we would highly recommend for a wedding celebration.

We had such a fantastic stay at the Richmond Harbour Hotel for our wedding in July 2022. From start to finish the whole team there were so accommodating, professional and personable. The suite was a great size and we managed to get ready there with bride, 3 bridesmaids, mother of bride, photographer, videographer, hair stylist and makeup artist all fit very comfortably in the room. The hotel is modern yet classic, clean and the spa is fabulous. Just be sure to book in advance if you’d like any treatments.

We had simply the most wonderful evening on Saturday at The Chesterfield for our silver wedding anniversary dinner. None of our guests had visited the hotel before & they were blown away with the whole atmosphere, staff, decor & of course the absolutely stunning -looking Royal Suite. This room, with the beautiful candelabra all lit & the chandeliers was perfect for our occasion. The staff were superb, very friendly, efficient & discreet. The food was delicious - every bit as good as it had been when we came for the food tasting (& the french fries were a hit!) Everything that we had discussed in advance - the room to change into, the chair covers, the availability of the i pod dock, the overhead projector & microphone, were provided exactly as we had requested. Thank you to all your team for making this a truly wonderful & memorable evening for us & all our guests.

Our overall experience of Brown’s has been distinguished by the beautiful spaces the hotel contains, but even more by the thoughtful, generous and considerate service throughout. The food and drinks were incredible, the atmosphere absolutely immaculate.

We got married on the 28th June 2023 and had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Crowne Plaza Docklands. We booked this Hotel as it is on a great location by the Royal Docks riverfront which we felt was the perfect setting for our group and couple photo's. The hotel being in East London was easy for many of our family and friends to get too. From the very beginning we were looked after by Tracy (Director if Sales) of the Hotel. She was brilliant from start to finish. We really trusted her knowledge and expertise and she really did offer us the best wedding package to accommodate all our needs. She asked us all the right questions and also advised us on what would work well for our special day. All the planning was handled so efficiently and professionally by Tracy, from the menu tasting to the running order of the day. She also pointed us in the right direction of decorators to dress up the ceremony and reception rooms. She really did take away that added pressure from us so we could focus on other things for the wedding. When it came to the day itself, it was truly amazing. The ceremony, reception room and the lounge area looked the part. Everything was set up to how we wanted and this was highly praised by all our family and friends. The entire day ran so smoothly and we felt we were really looked after. 'Like Royalty'. The food was delicious and looked as good as when first presented to us during the menu tasting. The service staff were super friendly to all our guests. We had the perfect day and this was all topped off with the beautiful Suite that Tracy booked for us as part of the Package. This room had the perfect scenic views of the docks, Canary Wharf and the London )2. If you are really looking for a good wedding venue in East London the look no further. We really recommend you booking at the Crowne Plaza Docklands. Hospitality at its finest!
