Claret helped us plan everything from start to finish , including schedules , timelines, liaising with our venders and helping us with the little details too. We opted for a package deal and got more than we could have ever imagined , they honestly helped us plan our dream wedding. I couldn’t imagine getting married any where. The venue was set up was so beautifully , and according to the colours and spec we discussed. I can’t thank the team enough for thier seamless efforts to make the day perfect ! All our guests complimented the food and how attentive the staff were. St Ermins is honestly a gem and if you are thinking about getting married here! Don’t hesitate, you will not regret it.

Our wedding reception was held in the Regency Suite. The service was outstanding! Thank you to everyone who helped make the event happen, from decorating the venue to serving excellent food. The wine that was served was truly delicious! A big thank you to Ms Michaela, who was very helpful from the beginning, when we came to decorate the venue, she was there to lend a helping hand, even though it was difficult to find what we were requesting, she didn't mind helping and gave her best, and when we arrived at the reception she even offered food because my partner and I were so hungry, those small gestures really captured our hearts. We would also like to express our gratitude to the servers for their support, and Ms Julie for checking in on us to see if we were okay. Because of the fantastic people at the Clarendon Hotel, we enjoyed a truly memorable stay!

We had the pleasure of working with Lucy as our venue coordinator at the Kimpton, and we truly can't thank her—and the entire team—enough. From start to finish, they helped make our wedding unforgettable. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. One of the biggest draws for us was being able to host both the ceremony and reception under one roof, and the Kimpton offered the perfect setting for that. Each space—from the elegant ballroom to the lush Palm Court—brought its own unique atmosphere, allowing us to create a beautifully flowing day with distinct moods throughout. What really made the experience exceptional, though, was the Kimpton staff. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine helpfulness went above and beyond. We felt so supported and cared for, and that made all the difference. Our day was truly special, and much of that is thanks to Lucy and the wonderful team behind her.
