What's more, the hotel offers couples and guests its 32 en-suite bedrooms for an overnight stay. Fantastic from start to finish
We booked our venue 15 months before the big day and communication with Whitley throughout has been absolutely fantastic. From first visiting the venue, we fell in love with the Whitley Suite, and its outdoor area, and knew it was the venue for us. The hotel itself provides a stunning backdrop for photos and really isn’t that far from the main road of Sheffield - though you’d never know it! Everything ran exactly as planned on the day - couldn’t fault a thing. Just wish we could do it all over again. Thank you to the entire wedding team 💚

Perfect day!
Absolutely perfect! The venue itself is stunning, all the grounds are beautiful and well kept! we had our ceremony outdoors and it was intimate and tranquil! Amanda was an amazing co-ordinator - nothing was too much and she was very welcoming and patient/kind. The package we had for our wedding was perfect and very good value, I wouldnt have minded paying more if we had to, as it was just such a perfect day from start to finish. staff were fantastic and the food was amazing. All our guests said they enjoyed themselves and found staff friendly and food great!

Our Perfect Wedding
We recently had the pleasure of celebrating our wedding at Whitley Hall in Sheffield, and we couldn't have chosen a more perfect venue. The historic charm and stunning grounds created a magical atmosphere that our guests are still talking about. The staff at Whitley Hall were nothing short of exceptional, providing impeccable service from start to finish. They were attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that our day was perfect in every way.
A special mention must go to Hannah, who was an absolute star throughout the entire day. Her attention to detail and warm, caring nature made us feel completely at ease. She looked after us with such dedication, ensuring everything ran smoothly, and we felt truly supported. Hannah, you are amazing, and we can't thank you enough for your incredible support!
We also had the pleasure of working with Forever Yours, the wedding stylist and florist based at Whitley Hall. The team did an outstanding job bringing our vision to life. The styling was absolutely beautiful, with every detail carefully curated to match our theme. The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and arranged to perfection, adding a touch of elegance to our special day.
The team at Forever Yours was professional, creative, and incredibly easy to work with. They listened to our ideas and executed them flawlessly, creating a breath-taking setting that exceeded our expectations. We were blown away by the final result, and our guests were equally impressed.

Beautiful and fun wedding
We had a wonderful wedding with Whitley Hall. As soon as we stepped inside the venue the first time we visited, we fell in love. It is a truly stunning building and the wedding suites are perfect. We had the Parker Suite which has a beautiful outside area for our ceremony, complete with a jetty over the water for photos. Being able to use the central grounds for our photos and drinks after the ceremony was amazing!
My bridesmaids and myself stayed at the Queen Mary suite the night before which was lovely.
The staff on the day were amazing, they followed all of my setup instructions to a tee and it looked truly incredible. I couldn’t believe how beautifully all of my decor came together in the wedding breakfast, and the day went so smoothly. The staff put out our garden games so they were ready to play straight away and had umbrellas ready for the rain later on! The food (wedding breakfast and evening buffet) was delicious, and DJ stuck to our playlist that we had sent.
All of our guests had an amazing time and we would definitely recommend Whitley Hall!
A couple of areas to improve:
Only 2 mirrors in the Queen Mary suite for all the girls getting ready - thankfully I checked in at 3pm and told them to bring their own!
When the DJ spoke most of the guests couldn’t understand him but that didn’t seem to really matter.
There was a bit of an issue with us checking into our bridal suite at the end of the night, I don’t know how that’s typically meant to happen but it was a bit faffy! Also we had swapped the usual suite for a different room, it would have been nice to have a card or something in there to make it more special.
I had had a few issues of miscommunication before the day, with different staff giving different answers, and feeling that I was always chasing them up about things without being emailed first. HOWEVER all the reviews reassured me that despite communication issues, the coordinators on the day would pull it out of the bag, and they certainly did.

A wonderful day
My daughter and now son in law married on the 7th of June at Whitley Hall and we would like to thank everyone for making it a wonderful day. Amanda guided the bride and groom through the day with care and attention and catered to all our needs. Every member of staff knew their names and made them feel special. The venue and food Where perfect and Jayne who was our florist did an amazing job along with the styling team. We would all like to Thank them for making it a truly wonderful day.

Best Day Ever
We had our day at Whitley hall and it was just amazing from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble! They added all our little extras with no hesitation.
Very responsive with emails and always tried to help best they could.
Special thanks to Amanda who was our wedding coordinator for the day she was fantastic all day and even explained everything to me on the morning which helped with my nerves.
Also big thanks to forever yours for all the venue dressing and our beautiful flowers.

One of the best day of lives!
We cannot thank Whitley Hall enough! They were so welcoming and helpful from the start to the end! The venue/grounds are beautiful. They made us feel very special and comfortable! The staff and the wedding co-ordinates went above and beyond for us! Would highly recommend!❤️

Excellent day and beautiful grounds
we had our wedding at Whitley Hall in the Parker suite, Marie did the organising and she helped and guided us to what we wanted, nothing was too much. the lady that managed the wedding on the day was great, helpful and made sure everything run smoothly.
the grounds are amazing especially for your photo's which made it extra special. everyone that attended said how lovely the day were and how nice the venue was.

The best day ever
I had the best day on my wedding day in 2018 they did a fantastic job was very professional and went down with any problems I would do it all over again here it is a gorgeous place.

Outstanding winter Wedding
We literally only viewed Whitley Hall❤️ and booked our date with the lovely team - from start to finish the team was so helpful with any question or minor changes.
The Forever Yours team was next …. Listened and acted on what we wanted - can’t thank them enough for making the whole room changes look fabulous xXx
The night before we stayed in the Queen Mary - lovely big room, would recommend anyone staying as photos are fabulous for when you are getting ready the following day. Amanda was my coordinator for the day - she was outstanding- loved her - kept calling in to check on us all and catered to our needs.
The wedding ceremony was fab - I did call my husband awful in our vows instead of lawful 😂 but gave everyone a chuckle.
Wedding breakfast was absolutely lovely- everyone commented- well done catering team and waiters/waitresses.
House DJ was great he took all request as was the Photo Booth - great memories to keep.
The bar staff kept us all refreshed through out the day- thank you so much.
Rooms for all and breakfast was lovely. Our wedding suite was great.

Our most amazing Wedding Day!

Best day of our lives thanks to all the staff from Whitley Hall
We discovered Whitley hall in April 2023 and went to see the venue straight away. From the moment we arrived at the venue we knew that would be the place we got married. From the very beginning all the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We live 70 miles from the venue so most of our contact was done through phone calls. Every time I made a call to ask any questions the staff always there to answer and we're so helpful. We hired the venue exclusively and I would highly recommend this made it all the more special to be able to have it just to ourselves. The big day came on the 1st November just 7 months after initially seeing the venue and I can honestly say there is nothing I would change, we had Joe helping us in the morning with making decisions and getting ready he was amazing and went above and beyond as did Hannah who took over from Joe and was talking care of everything for the rest of the day. Hannah was wonderful she even helped when my bridesmaids heel fell off her shoe right before the ceremony she was like superwoman. The room was beautiful thanks to Sarah from forever yours and the rest of the team she got my vision right from the start. The day exceeded my expectations and I can't thank all the team enough for making it so special.

We had our day in the parker suite on the 24.11.23. our wedding coordinator was Joe and we honestly could not of asked for anyone better. He literally made our wedding day with how amazing he was! The venue, styling and every single detail was perfect beyond words!! Thank you Joe and team Whitley for making our wedding day magical.

Our Vow Renewal
Our vow renewal was amazing. The staff made sure everything was how it should be and Calum was amazing he took charge of everything so I was stress free. Communication 10/10 organisation 10/10.
