After 10 years together, on our anniversary weekend we officially became Mr and Mrs. Thanks for making our dreams come true Whitley (05.07.26)

✨ We had our wedding here at Whitley hall at the beginning of the month. What can I say… absolutely incredible. Our every need was catered for, things couldn’t have gone smoother if they tried.

The whole wedding process from start to finish was great! We originally didn’t want a big wedding and even visited Gretna Green to elope, but once we came to Whitley’s open day our minds quickly changed, we absolutely fell in love. Your team of wedding planners and decorators are extremely knowledgable and made us feel at ease throughout the whole process (and believe me a lot of emails were exchanged in the booking and final details stage- sorry🤣)

The evening before our wedding we checked into the gorgeous queen victoria suite which completely set the wedding mood. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist who we luckily had throughout the whole weekend, she couldn’t have done enough for us which we are incredibly grateful for.

Our wedding host was Joe and boy was he amazing. He made the whole day go so smoothly and stress free. An amazing quote from him that day was “don’t stress- you only stress if I’m stressing and I’m not stressing”
Joe was so lovely and me and my husband kept commenting on how great he was- he was beyond helpful. So Thank you so so much Joe!

I highly recommend the in house styling team Forever yours. They made the room look stunning and even set up the things we brought from home (centrepieces etc) they really went the extra mile for us. Correspondence was so easy with them and we had a couple of meetings with them to go over our every needs. They were incredibly well prepared and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. It took a lot for me to feel okay to step back and let them take control as I’m normally the party planner but they really exceeded my expectations.

The whole staff were so incredible. We did have a small incident where a child became unwell and unfortunately was sick- the staff were straight on it and it was cleaned up in minutes. They repeatedly said it was no trouble and made the situation so much better.

Also… The food was to die for! I’ve had so many people commenting on how incredible it was!

I could go on and on about how amazing this venue is. It was everything we could have dreamed of for our wedding and more. Thank you so much to everyone, we honestly can’t thank you enough

When we walked in we knew the Parker Suite was our venue. The whole experience was fantastic. The day itself was so special and everyone loved the place. So glad we chose Whitley Hall. The staff, setting, food and service were absolutely amazing and it was just wonderful.

We had the most amazing day! Whitley hall you are absolutely stunning the most gorgeous venue we could have asked for! The staff were out of this world helpful and so pleasant and always happy to help with anything you need!
I have to do a special mention to Marie and Laura who helped set all of this up and were so helpful and kept me calm during organising it all!
And the biggest mention is to Joe our wedding manager on the day, he was out of this world helpful and so lovely, me and my now husband couldn’t have praised him more he was genuinely the best.

Myself and husband got married at Whitley Hall on 12/06/26 and could not be happier with the day for a number of reasons.

To begin with, Marie was fantastic from the minute we met her to look round the venue to the continued communication and help throughout our journey in bringing our vision to life. Marie was informative and flexible where possible and went out of her way to accommodate our requests to the best of her ability. We had attended the venue the week before and loved the soup that we both had and mentioned this to Marie as we had selected soup as of starter. Marie went straight to the chef to enquire about whether it would be possible to arrange for this to be catered to for us and to our delight, it wasn’t a problem. Our guests commented on how delicious this was.

Upon collection of our wedding cake it got ruined in transit (the provider accepted liability for this) I was absolutely devastated however my aunty was at the venue and spoke with Callum in the Forever Yours team who saved the day with the “fake cake”. Callum was brilliant and we cannot thank him enough.

Joe was our wedding coordinator for the day and was absolutely fantastic. Joe had a chat with me the evening before to run through the final details ahead of the big day. His organisation, kindness, and genuine care made such a difference and really took the pressure off me and allowed me to fully relax in the morning whilst getting ready as he took care of everything. I especially am so grateful for the hard work and kindness he showed us on our big day.

Liam our bartender was lovely and very attentive to our guests.

The food was fantastic, the service was second to none, the venue was beautiful and we were over the moon with how our the room looked. The atmosphere was warm and professional and the day flowed seamlessly.

Thank you to all involved in making our day so special. It is one that so many people will cherish for a long, long time.

Where to begin. From the moment we booked our wedding at Whitley hall the whole service was second to none. It exceeded any expectations I had and more.
Our day was perfect. Staff went above and beyond and our wedding coordinator Amanda was absolutely incredible. She was so calm, so organised and wowed all of my guests.
Nothing was too much trouble for anyone on the day but most all for Amanda.
The food was amazing. Both our day and night guests were extremely complimentary about both meals.
The venue is amazing and the wedding team styled our venue exactly as we wanted. It looked so much better than I ever imagined, even though not everything was purchased by their in house styling team, they still displayed it perfectly for us.

The staff at Whitley Hall made our wedding day a stress-free amazing experience. Ruby was our wedding co-ordinator and she did an amazing job! she helped with anything we needed and was lovely the entire time. The day ran smoothly, we were so fortunate for good weather and everything was set up perfectly, the food for our wedding breakfast was AMAZING and altogether it was an amazing day. We had the enchanted package and it really was worth it for us and our guests. My husband and I were so happy with everything

From the moment we started planning our wedding to the day itself, the entire team went above and beyond to help us create the wedding of our dreams. Every member of staff was absolutely incredible, and we will be forever grateful for everything they did for us.

The venue itself completely stole the show. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful and perfect it was, and that is a true reflection of the hard work, care and dedication of the amazing team behind it.

Our wedding day ran flawlessly from start to finish. Everything was perfectly organised and timed to perfection, allowing us to relax and enjoy every single moment without any stress or worries. Knowing we were in such capable hands meant the world to us.
One thing that perfectly sums up the level of care we received was when the team remembered to book our extra night for us after we forgot. They were absolutely right – we definitely needed it after such an incredible day!

Our wedding day will remain in our hearts forever, and we cannot thank the team enough for making it so special. If you’re looking for a venue with outstanding staff, exceptional organisation and a truly beautiful setting, we couldn’t recommend it more highly.

I can not sing the praises of this venue and it's staff loudly enough. Our day was perfect from start to finish.

We initially went for the cheaper offer for semi-exclusive use of the venue, however we opted to go for fully exclusive and it was the best decision we made as it gave ourselves and our guests full range of the venue.

The forever yours team attached to the venue sorted our decorations, my wedding parties hair and makeup up and floristry, so all I had to do was tell them what I wanted and they made sure it was perfect.

Our wedding coordinator, Amanda, was incredible and helped the day go so smoothly, our children loved her as well which just helps a busy day go even better.

I would 100% recommend Whitley for anyone who hasn't got the huge price tag and are a busy couple who have no idea what they are doing; as the team will more than help and meet all your expectations and more.

There was only one negative given by my attendees and that was related to the drinks at the meal as the wine wasn't left on the tables which meant, even though some didn't want their wine, it couldn't be distributed to those who were but it's nothing grand scheme!

From the moment we saw the place we fell in love with it, and booked our wedding there and then. Leading up to the wedding, the staff were so professional, understanding and catered for all our needs.
On the day we were greeted by our wedding manager, who was first class, walking us through every step of the day. We felt son comfortable and made to feel so special.

Couldn’t have asked for a more special day! Amazing staff, stunning venue, and such a magical atmosphere. The wedding planner covered every single thing — including so many things I’d never even have thought of. Thanks to everyone at the venue, my wedding day was absolutely perfect. 10/10!

Our wedding was on Sunday 10th May at Whitley Hall and it was the perfect venue. We just want to say a big thank you to Amanda (wedding manager) and also Marie our wedding coordinator who made the day run smoothly and nothing was too much trouble for any of them and also the rest of the staff two who were just brilliant all the way through.
Also, the flowers were amazing too from forever yours.
So thank you to all of you for making it a special magical day because it truly was.

It is a gorgeous venue with great staff! Photographs beautifully. There were only some tiny issues with guests being overcharged rooms and a misunderstanding that we weren't having a cake cut, all resolved though and the cake knife was already out so not really an issue at all. I recommend emailing in as they are so responsive and answered all my questions quickly, and I asked a lot of questions. Very flexible to what you want for your wedding and any changes you might make, lots of packages to suit everyone, delicious food and a decorating team can be found on the same. I highly recommend this venue!

From start to finish, our day was absolutely superb. Myself and my bridesmaids arrived the day before, where we were greeted with smiles and fuss. Nothing was too much trouble, despite the 100s of questions.

From the getting ready room, to the bridal suite, Whitley was clean, tidy and cosy; we had so many compliments on the quality of the rooms, from guests to makeup artists and hair dressers.

The morning of our wedding, was like something of a dream. Amanda who was the wedding manager put my mind at ease, and nothing was too much trouble for her. She was there, but left us too it.

The venue decor, the food, even the buffet- WOW WOW WOW. Drinks were flowing, and everything was perfect.

They went absolutely above and beyond for me, my guests, our family, and my husband. We can not thank you enough, and if we could give 6*s instead of 5, trust me we would. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, it’s a dept we will never be able to repay.

Our advice as newly weds? Get married at Whitley Hall 🤍

Where do we even start. We got married at Whitley Hall on 24/04/2026 and from start the finish, the entire team were amazing. They were so accommodating of everything we wanted as a part of our wedding. We had constant communication and if we ever wanted to be in touch in regards to anythinf they were always happy to help. The staff were so friendly and really did make our day feel so special. We cannot recommend Whitley Hall highly enough - we just wish we could do it all over again!

Married April 2026

We had the most wonderful wedding day at Whitley Hall and it really is such a beautiful venue. The grounds and rooms were decorated so nicely and created the perfect atmosphere for our day.

We were especially grateful that the team supported our decision to go ahead with the outdoor ceremony even when the weather looked uncertain beforehand — it meant a lot to us and made the ceremony feel extra special.

There were a couple of small disappointments on the day. The flowers we had arranged to be placed along the aisle weren’t there as expected, and there were also a few mix-ups with some of the pre-chosen menu orders. However, aside from this, the staff really couldn’t do enough for us and worked hard to make sure everything else ran smoothly.

A very special thank you to our coordinator Ruby, who was fantastic throughout the process and on the day itself. She was calm, supportive and organised, and we really appreciated everything she did for us.

Overall we had such a lovely experience and a truly memorable wedding day at Whitley Hall, and we’re very grateful to the team for helping make it so special.
