First of all, I can’t put into words how stunning the venue is. Beautiful scenic historical building, with original features. The staff were more than accommodating, welcoming and warm. Myself and my husband were treated amazingly. Becky really took the reins and provided us with the most amazing service and Megan couldn’t help us enough throughout the process. Big big thanks to all the staff at Owston, you made our dreams a reality 🩷

We won our wedding here at Grand Villa Heights through the radio. From start to finish organising our wedding was super smooth thanks to Evie our wedding coordinator. The staff were fabulous, from our initial meeting/viewing the venue, arranging a date to the final details everything felt super smooth and easy. We stayed in the lodge the night before the wedding which was beautifully decorated. The honeymoon suite was also absolutely stunning. All of our guests commented on how smoothly the day ran, we had absolutely no stress all day thanks to the staff. John the wedding manager was brilliant on the day, ensuring our day ran smoothly without a hitch! When it came to the evening time a huge thanks to Andy he was absolutely fantastic, he didn’t stop the whole evening making sure our day was special. The master of ceremonies had everyone charmed! He was brilliant in making sure everyone was happy especially us. The food was absolutely delicious, everyone commented on how amazing the food was from the wedding breakfast to the evening Munchies, everything was spot on. The bar staff were fantastic everyone had a drink in their hands the entire day. The whole Grand Villa Heights staff were amazing we can’t fault any of them, they made our day unforgettable, we will treasure it forever. We can’t wait to come back! If you are thinking of booking a wedding here we would highly recommend! The Photo Booth also needs a mention- it was one of our favourite parts of our wedding and the guest book made from it is something we will keep forever.

I would 100% recommend humberveiw for any special event. It has the room, the veiw, the service the good food. Its everything in one.

From the start the communication was great, we had to postpone twice due to Covid-19 and the team at The Village were so accommodating. We were able to make small tweaks to our packages such as swapping items in the buffet etc at no extra cost and the attention to detail was great. Roxana was a brilliant co-ordinator, considering she 'inherited' our wedding which had been through 2 colleagues previously over the years she went through everything with fine tooth comb and it was excellent. On the day Rob hosted our wedding brilliantly, nothing was too much trouble and he even helped me and my husband up to our room at the end of the night with all our cards and gifts which was a nice touch. I would 100% recommend The Village North Leeds for a wedding.

We had our wedding on 27th June 2026 and nothing was a problem for any of the staff Donna & Ian were troopers during the day and despite the heat made everyone feel welcome from the 1st minute guests came to the hotel. The servers were brilliant and the entertainment they provided was exemplary.. I would recommend anyone needing a venue to look at the village hotel Donna was there at 8am and still there at midnight the whole team on the day were a credit

Weetwood hall have been absoloutely incredible. We booked a last minute date and left ourselves around 13 weeks to plan our big day. Rachel who was our coordinater was absoloutely amazing, she was very welcoming from the off and answered all queries very fast. Nothing we asked was too big and she ensured that ourselves and our guests were all prepared to have a brilliant day from food requirements to disabled access. The night before our wedding we then met our wedding hosts Raihaanah and Jo. They were both amazing, they made sure everything ran smoothly, they ensured both myself and my husband had everything we needed and kept us informed of everything that was happening. The day ran so smoothly and truley was perfect and I can honestly say it is all thanks to Raihaanah and Jo. The food was gorgeous, every single guest commented on how lovely it all was from the canapés to the wedding brekfast and the evening buffet. The whole team from booking the venue to having our big day were so good, we never imagined it would be as magical as it was and we are so thankful to the whole weetwood team ❤️

We had the best wedding day we could have imagined! The food was amazing, everything ran seamlessly to time, and the service was spot on from start to finish - all surrounded by so much love and laughter. Tyran, our wedding manager, was quick to respond and full of helpful ideas, an absolute wedding expert. He was flexible on meeting times as well which was extremely helpful for us and work schedules. Mackenzie, the operations manager, kept the day flowing with such grace and humour, always there when needed but never intrusive, he felt like part of the family by the end of the night. Big thanks also to Ed and Sarah behind the bar, who brought so much fun and energy, and to the housekeeping team who went above and beyond moving the bridal party’s chaos from our prep lodge into the honeymoon suite so it was all ready for us. The venue itself is perfect for a more intimate wedding - nestled in beautiful woodland with speckled light, reflections across the lake, and just seconds from the breathtaking Yorkshire views of Surprise Point. The photo opportunities are endless, and the setting feels both magical and personal. We’re so glad we chose local, not only for the wonderful service but also so we can come back and relive the memories. The complimentary spa access for wedding couples the month before the day was an amazing bonus, giving us time to relax together in the run-up which can be a pretty stressful time. We cannot recommend the Chevin Hotel and Spa enough - they didn’t just host our day, they were part of what made it so special. Thank you and lots of love The Reeses 🧡

My daughter got married here in May 2026. We had a fabulous day! In terms of prior-planning, Imogen the wedding co-ordinator is absolutely professional, and utterly charming; Imogen's help made the day flow ultra-smoothly. We chose the BBQ option for the food, as the wedding was mid-afternoon. That went very well. The food was delicious and the atmosphere relaxed. What I like about Gomersal Park Hotel is that it has lovely grounds, and the terrace is a wonderful place, where guests can relax and spread out. The hotel has a friendly, intimate feel, and a good vibe. I would recommend this venue

Bagden was amazing for our wedding day, all our guests complimented how good the venue was. Nothing was too much trouble and everything went to plan, we cannot thank the team enough!

We had our wedding in November and I can’t stress enough how wonderful the staff were from start to finish and to see our dreams come to reality was just amazing thank you to Sarah that was with us all the way through and helped so much on the day she really went above and beyond thank you so much.
