It truly was a lovely day, perfect in fact!
I will be writing a proper thank you, but wanted to thank you and all you staff asap for the wonderful wedding that you all organised for Alice and Michael. It truly was a lovely day - perfect in fact. Not a thing went wrong, although I understand Gareth fell in the river Ouse whilst taking photo’s ? !! Oh dear.

It took me all yesterday to sort out the flowers and now our houses are full of vases with the wonderful flowers and bouquets which we all love. The cake was so beautiful and I hope that the family tradition of the photos of the cake not coming out doesn’t happen on this occasion, apparently Gareth heard this story and went back and took even more to ‘belt and braces’ it! I believe our son and his fiancée are hoping that Gareth and Sarah will do their wedding photos as they were very friendly and so hard working all day even though they were meant to be guests. Your staff all deserve a medal they too were very helpful, friendly very good at whatever was each of their tasks. The meal was wonderful. I am sure you are proud of them, but pat yourself on the back for making such a wonderful team.
I will recommend Villiers for any event when people ask my opinion on venue choices. As you know you can even make the weather shine at the right moment.

“The Villiers Town Hall Ballroom and its close proximity to Villiers Hotel (where most of our guests stayed) is extremely convenient and the Ballroom itself both a spacious and well appointed venue for the wedding reception, the wedding breakfast and the dancing to a live band.
The Villiers Wedding Menus and Wine List offers a wide choice of options and the chef is very happy to discuss specific requirements.
Above all, we found that Villiers “added value” by providing considerable assistance with the wedding planning including contacts and coming up with solutions to any problem that arose – their considerable experience in organising events is an invaluable asset.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Villiers.
