Hotel Wedding Venues in Scotland

My husband and I got married at the Fenwick Hotel back in July and our day was nothing short of perfect. As soon as we met with Chloe, we felt so at ease. She helped us through every step of the planning process. Our day ran so smoothly from the very start, the meal was amazing and bar staff were also fantastic. All of our guests have complimented on how perfect the day was and the Fenwick Hotel will always be a special place that my husband and I will continue to visit. Chloe is a credit to the hotel and we can’t thank her enough for making our day so special. 🤍🤍🤍

Wow where do I even start?! We had our big day at Norton House on 5th July 2025. Everything was absolutely perfect. From the organisation, to the staff, the food, and the operations over the weekend it was everything we ever dreamed of and more. Our Operations Manager on the day, Jillian, was fantastic and everything went exactly as planned, exactly as we wanted it. The guests raved about the staff, venue and food and our day was honestly perfect. The venue was able to be flexible with what we wanted, we even made up our own meal for the wedding breakfast which wasn’t a problem. Our Coordinator, Laura, was friendly, helpful, professional and nothing was ever too much for her. It’s the small things that make such a difference, from being given a highland cow to keep, to reserving a large area at breakfast for all our guests that stayed over on the Sunday, honestly it was incredible and we feel so lucky to have been able to have our big day at Norton House. If you are considering booking this venue for your wedding, do it!! Because I promise you won’t regret it.

We got married at Kingswood on 29th August 2025. From the very first meeting,until our wedding day and after,it has been nothing but a pleasure to have workes with Kingswood planning our day,they were patient,understanding,trustworthy and many many more.I cant fault anything,Dal and is staff were on the ball from day one.Nothing was a hassle to them.I would over and over again recommend Kingswood to anyone wonting to have their wedding(or any event) there. My husband and I held our wedding reception at the Strathaven Hotel in November 2025, and we had the best day ever! From the very first venue viewing to the day itself, Morgan, Lisa and the team went above and beyond to ensure that we had the perfect day exactly as we had pictured it. No query or request was too much hassle during the planning stages, and the team accommodated all of our requirements with such ease! The team were always on hand in the months running up to the wedding, and day itself ran like clockwork. The service, food and drinks were fantastic and all of our guests commented what a fabulous venue the Strathaven Hotel is. My husband and I both feel that we could not have chosen a better place for our big day. Would highly recommend!

My partner and I got married at Lodge on Loch Lomond in October 2025 and it really was the best day of our lives! The hotel and its surroundings are beautiful, our photographs are a complete dream, we are so happy with them. The days its self went smoothly from start to finish, the wedding coordinator and master of ceremonies were fantastic at ensuring everything went to plan and kept us calm along the way. Everything we asked for was achievable and our wedding was just as unique as we wanted it. All our guests have been saying it was a fantastic day, one big party from start to finish, which is exactly what we wanted it to be! Our wedding was held in the McMillan building, which all our guests stayed over in too, which was lovely. Most guests stayed 2 nights and we had a meal in the restaurant the night before for 40 people, which was a lovely little addition to the over all experience of getting married at the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to book their wedding, it is a breathtaking setting to tie the knot!

Our wedding day was great. The package deal suited our budget and was easily adapted to add anything extra we could want. Danielle the coordinator, was on top of everything from the day we booked our date. Checking in periodically and keeping everything moving along. We chose most of the vendors from a wedding fayre that the hotel had hosted. Everyone had such a great day and night. Many guests commented on how friendly and helpful the staff were.

We had Julie and amiee to book and plan the wedding but on the wedding day itself we had Jordan and he was absolutely amazing and we could not fault a thing with him he was so professional and everything was done as we asked and nothing to too much for him to do, we highly recommend The Norwood Hall me and my husband had an amazing day.

They Catred from the most amazing day. A wonderful Venue with alll the ammenities but most important was the outstanding quality of service given. We had a wedding with no problems or drama, just the most amazing day thanks to the wedding team at the Dalmahoy, they helped plan all events and details to a personal yet professional level. Value wise the wedding package was great however the rooms at the hotel were pricey if booked directly. That being said the hotel rooms and wedding suite were spotless. Catering here was outstanding and the function rooms for the wedding were perfect for our special day. The dalmahoy simply put is the best place to get Married in Edinburgh.
