Beautiful venue and exceptional staff
We recently got married at the Chancery Court Hotel, London. We absolutely loved the venue, the location, courtyard, ballroom and reception area. The hotel had a wonderful atmosphere every time we visited and the staff we worked with were exceptional - super efficient, friendly and just wonderful to work with: we really felt so special on our wedding day, and had confidence that everything was in control thanks to Toni in events. The whole day went so smoothly. We can't recommend the venue highly enough. We want to do it all over again!

Sarah was amazing!
We got married at the Renaissance on the 1st May and I can truly say that it was magnificent. Sarah from the hotel was fantastic and delivered amazing customer service. Everything that we wanted to be done was and it was done perfectly. Can’t recommend the hotel enough.

Our dream day
Getting married at The Chancery Court Hotel was perfect from beginning to end. The service we received was exceptional and the day was magical. The whole hotel is great for photos as it's very grand but warm. The food was amazing and the support we recieved in planning our big day was brilliant. I would do it all again if I could!! Personal thanks to Sarah, if you're lucky enough to have her help as she is just sensational!

Exceptional Wedding Venue and Service
We were fortunate to choose the Renaissance Chancery Court as our wedding venue and it was the best choice. The staff and venue were incredible. Sarah Forrester - Social Events Executive was so proffessional and nothing was a problem. Phone calls and e mails were answered immediately and everything was thought through. The whole team from booking the venue through to the day after were fantastic. The hotel is beautiful providing great wedding photo opportunities too. We had the most perfect day and I would highly recommend this venue for a wedding or event.

Excellent friendly thorough service throughout.
Having booked the Renaissance and initally having a change of staff dealing with our event, we were delighted with the service provided by Toni Gibbs who oversaw our son's barmitzvah on 12/12/10. Toni's service from start to finish was impeccable, as was the food and hotel facilities on the night. Her liaison with our entertainment prior to the event was efficient and it was a pleasure working with Toni and all the staff at the Renaissance Hotel.

Fabulous,romantic and memorable day
We were so happy with the wedding at RHI, London Chancery Court Hotel. It was absolutely gorgeous and guests were impressed by the hotel, the courtyard, the delicious food (hotel's own,)the lovely staff, not to forget the wedding service, the flowers, the music, the "production" etc etc. Guests commented CCHotel was a very romantic setting for a romantic wedding. We selected our own "wedding team" chosen to provide eg production and decoration of the ballroom, flowers, the Band etc and the CCHotel was able to work well with all of them. this was particularly due to the efficiency, good will and thoughtfulness of Sarah Forrester,our Social Event Executive for Chancery Court. It was a fabulous and memorable day.

The staff are very professional at the Renaissance
I felt like my event was important to them as they went the extra mile to make sure that I did not have to worry on my wedding day. The ballroom is spectacular, especially when they dim the lights- it looks magical. The bedrooms are spacious and relaxing and the bridal suite was amazing! Pearl Restaurant was wonderful with a great buffet breakfast. I am so glad I got married there!

Our Wedding At Chancery Court
On July 18th 2010, myself and my wife got married at this magnificent venue. Everything was to the highest standards, from the reception to the catering staff, not one part could be faulted. Sarah Forrester who looked after as was a star and made sure everything ran accordingly. Choosing another venue just wasn't an option and would recommend this stunning venue to any of our friends and family.

Our perfect wedding!
We would like to thank everyone at the Renaissance for an amazing day. A very special thank you to Sarah who made not only our day so special but the whole experience from start to finish. The venue was spectacular, the staff were wonderful and we loved every minute of our day.

A Dream Venue
The hotel and staff were wonderful from the first time we went to see the hotel. The venue is truly stunning and the food was absolutely lovely. All the staff, from the wedding co-ordinators to the servers on the day, were very professional. We had a dream wedding and I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone else for their wedding.

Our Perfect Wedding Day
We had our wedding reception in the Ballroom at the Renaissance Chancery Court hotel on 6th March 2010 and our day was simply perfect. Sarah Forrester was first-class both in the run up to our big day and on our wedding day itself. We didn't have to worry about a thing as she was always one step ahead of us, making sure everything was as planned. The food, service and staff were impeccable. Thank you for making 6th March a day we'll never forget!
