Wonderfully Happy Day at Highfield Park
I can't believe that a whole week has passed since our wonderfully happy day at Highfield Park for Nicola and Tom's wedding. What a beautiful setting and welcoming place - it felt more like a big home than a commercial enterprise and that means a lot! In the planning and organising during the months preceeding the Big Day you were so patient and encouraging, thus helping us over any little quibbles and questions and never was there any pressure or hard-sell - just much needed support and reassurance and great effort to meet our own personal needs for which many thanks. On the day itself, Ash led the proceedings immpeccably and respectably without being overbearing or outspoken but always there should we have needed him and one step ahead throughout which gave us great confidence and ensured that the celebrations went smoothly and everyone was looked after. In the diningroom, led by Kelly, your staff were efficient and courteous and in-cinque with each other working as a team to serve the meal HOT and fresh from the kitchen to the guests at each table. The food was delicious - it's quite a feat to get so many chickens cooked just right keeping them tender and moist and the vegetables al dente and not soggy as one so often finds at these big functions - the soup and cheesecakes were also much appreciated and I didn't spot most people left clean plates - well done to the chef!. Breakfast was also good! The accomodation was was comfortable and clean too. So, all in all, we really couldn't find fault with the place and ask you to extend our appreciation and thanks to you and all the staff at Highfield Park, Best wishes, Caroline and Philip.

Settling into Married Life
Our wedding day was amazing, we had the best day and still can't believe how lucky we were with the weather! A lot of people commented on what a lovely venue Highfield was and we were very happy with how the whole day went. Everything ran smoothly, the staff were very friendly and we were well looked after by Martin and Ashley. Hannah and I were very pleased that we chose Highfield for our big day and would definitely recommend you to others. Thank you for helping to make our day soo perfect.

Words of appreciation
I would like to thank all the staff at Highfield Park for the wedding of Peter and Karen last Saturday. The service provided by the waiting and the bar staff was second to none and everyone was professional and very friendly. It seemed that nothing was too much trouble. I know that the serving of the top table last in true military fashion and the synchronised serving was a special wish of Peter’s and this was carried off very well. A particular mention has to go to the head chef Tom Dell who coped with my difficult dietary needs very well. Many of the guests have since commented on the happy atmosphere and several have said that it is the best wedding they have been to. It was a cosmopolitan mix, and whilst black and white can make grey, in this case it created twinkling stars. We would like to thank you all for helping to make it such a special occasion for us all.

highfield Park definitely deserve a Thank you
Highfield park definitely deservers the biggest thank you. The service was amazing, as soon as we arrived from the church it was a relaxing atmosphere. Throughout the dinner it was great and very precise, & then in the evening it was great behind the bar and everyone making sure things were going smoothly. Katie Marie did a great job in helping me organise everything and it was lovely goming to meet her and discuss things for the big day! Ashley did a great job on the day keeping me calm and making sure there was everything there if we needed it. I am so glad we chose Highfield Park as our venue for the wedding, it not only looked fabulous but it was the exact day that I wanted including from the staff, to the rooms, to the food, to the location. I can not say thank you enough for all that you have done! I would happily recommendthis venue not only for the hotel but because of the staff.

Thank you to you all for the very special day we had a Highfield Park last Saturday, 3rd September 2011. From the moment we came through the front entrance before the ceremony to the time we left the following morning everything was perfect. Everyone was so courteous, professional, welcoming. Sorry its late....
We had the most amazing day and would like to thank each of you at Highfield for helping us to make it soo special. Katie Marie and Ashley did a fab job in making sure everything was exactly to our liking and the day ran smoothly. Nothing was too much effort and when a minor problem arose they quickly and calmly resolved it for us. We had so many comments from friends and family on how beautiful the venue was and how well the day had been organised – thank you!
