The Belgrave and Westminster Suites can be arranged to accommodate anywhere between 10 and 100 guests. It can be hired as individual suites for smaller weddings or combined with a luxurious lounge area to offer even more space to larger parties.

Emma Simon, our Wedding coordinator was fantastic. She answered any questions I had and went above and beyond. Ben and Alastair greeted us on the day and made the day itself run so smoothly. The whole process from start to finish was amazing. All members of staff went above and beyond to make our day special; everything was taken care of so we could sit back and enjoy our day. Our day was just how we imagined it to be.... and more!

Everything worked like clockwork and we were very impressed with every aspect of the service provided. The lady working for Marius on Saturday evening was particularly attentive and greatly added to the success of the more important aspects of the event. The food was delicious too. We were very impressed with the quality of the bedrooms and the complimentary gifts provided with them. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The staff at reception were also friendly and helpful and so were the kitchen staff when storing and cutting the cake. We will certainly come back to The Grosvenor soon for lunch as it will always be a hotel with a special place in our hearts.

Emma Simon; we want to say a massive thank you for all of your help over the last couple of years; you've been absolutely amazing. Cannot thank you enough. The staff on the day were fabulous too especially the man in charge; he was brilliant and on top of everything. We had an amazing day and can't believe it's all over with. Would love to do it all again.

We chose the Grosvenor Pulford for our wedding venue as we thought it was ideal. Unfortunately the staff were not. Prior to the wedding, coordinators advised nothing would be a problem, or too much trouble, however the day before the wedding (quite a number of rooms were booked for bride, family and friends) we were not even met by a coordinator even after asking at reception - everything seemed too much trouble and the morning of our special day staff were evasive, unhelpful, disorganised and dismissive. A catalogue of events caused stress and anxiety. A wedding schedule was completed but not completely adhered to which resulted in the middle tier of our cake having to be binned. Emails were sent and met with staff - to raise our concerns - this was to be looked into, no explanation was giving. A letter was sent to the owner who also gave no explanation and totally disregarded the situation regarding the cake. The letter also stated that now we have got it off our chest she hoped that our negative experience would not deter us from returning to the hotel. This is unsatisfactory and totally unacceptable especially for a hotel that was supposed to have such high standards.

We have been involved in an ongoing dialogue with you regarding your concerns since the date of your wedding in mid-April. Since that date, members of our wedding team met with you in person to discuss your concerns in detail. After this meeting we received an email from you in which you expressed appreciation for the opportunity to meet with them and openly and honestly air your concerns face to face. At this point we believed the matter to be closed, but you then sent a letter of complaint to the hotel owners repeating your concerns, all of which we believe we thoroughly addressed in the previous meeting. The owner responded to your letter of complaint, clearly reiterating our position. Now you have chosen to begin leaving negative reviews on the internet regarding your experience, which we acknowledge you are completely within your right to do. That said, we are completely within our right to respond to these reviews and counter with our point of view. The Grosvenor Pulford Hotel & Spa is proud to have a thoroughly experienced, dedicated and hardworking wedding team who put countless hours into working with couples from the moment they first visit, to the end of their wedding day. We successfully organise and manage hundreds of happy ceremonies and celebrations each and every year, and have a very long list of positive testimonials supporting this. Due to fact we run so many weddings each year, we have robust, proven procedures in place to ensure ceremonies take place calmly and as planned. For clarity, our wedding coordinator is responsible for handling everything up to the eve of your wedding, before handing over to the master of ceremonies on the day itself, which would've been discussed in one of the meetings you had with the team ahead of the wedding. We freely admit that like all businesses errors do on occasion occur. When they happen our committed team work quickly to resolve them to the very best of our abilities so circumstances can move forward in a positive fashion. We don't believe the circumstances that are presented here portray an accurate or fair commentary of the the events of the day, the amount of hard work that went into the preparation of the event from our staff both in the run up to or during the wedding, or the events that have followed. At this point we remain unclear what exactly you believe we should do to remedy your concerns, because as we mentioned earlier, you indicated in your subsequent meeting and emails to the team that they had been dealt with to your satisfaction.

Emma Simon seemed to show a genuine interest in our wedding plans and requirements and spent a lot of time explaining our options and costs etc. She answered any questions we had and was very helpful. On the day, everything was well planned and organised. It went exactly how we wanted it to. Everybody had a really good night. Everyone enjoyed the food and there was more than enough for everyone.

Big thanks to Emma for her contact and support in the run up and planning...The bridal open evenings and wedding fayres were also great and the staff there were helpful and supportive. Emma Simon, the Wedding coordinator was fab. She put me at ease and nothing was too much trouble even with the questions I had and the continual changes. The feeling was 'this is your day and you can have what you want'. The room looked amazing; I was blown away and just as planned and asked for. My mum was particularly impressed with reception/reservations who took great care of looking after 'Penny' her little dog. We will be returning again and again! Especially on our Anniversary!

Both Emma Simon and Emma Smith helped us to plan our Wedding Day. Both were a pleasure to deal with and very approachable especially at wedding open evenings which we often used to ask questions at. Emails were always responded to quickly too. I don't think we met Alastair beforehand but as soon as we pulled up we were made to feel incredibly welcome and he immediately provided us with a reception drink. He explained how the day would run and took us aside every now and again to explain what was going to happen next - we found this really helpful. We never felt rushed and the room turnaround was handled brilliantly. All of the staff were so polite and professional. Special thanks to Aaron who gave some words of encouragement to David who left the room to get some fresh air before the speeches! The food was delicious. Breakfast the next day was also lovely. The new refurbished restaurant is superb! We look forward to returning to the Grosvenor Pulford in the future.

From the day Emma Simon took over from the previous wedding coordinator Katherine, she was amazing. The whole day was beyond perfect, in our wildest of dreams it couldn't have gone as well as it did! Alastair was amazing too. Our family fell in love with him and everyone said how 'on it' he was! We have been inundated by guests telling us it was literally the best wedding they had ever been to, The food blew everyone away and the service too; Alastair and the Chef were unbelievable! The turn around and presentation of the room was amazing too. Every time we came in after turn around it was like a totally different room. Everything was perfectly laid out and the room never looked short of perfect. To say we want to do it all over again is an understatement! Thank you, thank you, thank you! The day was literally the happiest of our lives. We will definitely be back to stay MANY times in the hotel -we want to move in!

Emma Simon was brilliant throughout the planning. Nothing was any trouble. Emma, Alastair, Aaron and George really made our day. They all welcomed us and made us feel so special for the whole weekend, not just our wedding day. The venue is perfect, the staff are perfect and the food is perfect.

Following our showround with Emma Smith, her kind words, courteous manner and information encouraged us to make the right decision to book the Grosvenor for our special day. Both Emma Simon and Nia Rostron were extremely helpful and courteous in helping us plan our Wedding day. Both had excellent communication and organisational skills. Alastair made us feel very relaxed on the morning of our Wedding. Throughout our stay Alastair regularly checked in with us to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. The Chef was extremely accommodating in regards to special dietary requirements. All our guests were extremely pleased with the standard of food and service. The Hotel is stunning and has very well kept grounds. All staff are very welcoming and friendly and the Hotel has a very relaxed atmosphere.

The Grosvenor Pulford was the first place we visited. We didn't need to see anywhere else! Emma made everything perfect and easy to organise. Emma was available for questions and helped with everything. Alastair was well organised and made sure everything ran like clockwork. The food was fantastic and so was the DJ! He played all the songs we requested. The function suite was set up perfectly. Aaron behind the Bar is a credit to the Hotel. Fantastic lad, helpful, good sense of humour and a pleasure to speak to. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We had the best day ever - made perfect by your amazing staff, especially Emma and Aaron.
