From the moment we stumbled across Stables Wedding Farm on Google, I knew we had to get married here! From enquiry to wedding day and beyond, Mark and Debs have been sensational. They have been with us through every step of planning, always eager to help. They have a beautiful 'something borrowed' catalogue which was great to look through and we used some of those things for our tables and to decorate around the venue. Mark and Debs make Stables Wedding Farm so personal to each couple, something that we didn't find when looking round other venues. The venue is nothing short of stunning, (we were lucky enough to have a sunny day but I know it would have been gorgeous in the rain as well!) and the farm animals make great guests! The bar is well priced and had a range of great cocktails. My husband wanted a local Leicester beer which they were also able to accommodate and have in a keg at the bar. A lovely touch was that the night before, Mark and Debs did a 'walk through' video of the venue as we'd set it up, meaning that we could see all of our efforts in a video before it was bustling with people. They were also super accommodating not only to us, but to guests regarding parking, getting a golf buggy up the hill (useful for disabled guests but also such a fun way to get up to the venue!), and to our band for getting set up before the ceilidh kicked off! We got the venue 48 hours before our wedding, which meant we could decorate in good time to avoid any pre-wedding stress. We stayed in the Hobbit houses with the hot tub the night after, and we didn't need to clean up until late the following day, which made the day after our wedding so much easier. If you are booking a wedding in the next few years - message Stables Wedding Farm ASAP (they are so good they're getting booked up!!) - you'll have the best day ever and you won't regret it!

The whole team at lastdrop from the very first minute to the last few seconds where outstanding they should all be so proud. A special mention to Jacqueline Mia Troy the head chef. Nothing was every to much trouble at all. They was resolving issues before they had happened. Try was so accommodating in alternative dishes for dietary issues with in Our guests. A truly beautiful seting for any wedding. the grounds outside were amazing with a full rose garden and a amazing backdrop of autumnal colours set off the photographs perfectly. The reception the the Ballroom was perfect, the glazed conservatory framed the top table and a gorgeous grand fireplace opposite were just beautiful.

We had our wedding here on 31.05.2025, the whole day went perfectly and was everything we wanted! The venue looks amazing and the food was enjoyed by everyone. Dawn ensured everything ran as smoothly as possible and was amazing on the day, even down to remembering everyone’s names making them all feel included and valued. I just wish we could do it all over again!
