The main thing I would recommend to people booking a wedding here is maybe nag and be very specific as we finally went for the menu tasting 5 weeks before the wedding and come the day there was a couple of differences but still enjoyable.
We delivered our decorations a couple days before and they did a fantastic job with them all.
We did have a few hiccups with rooms as with one of our previous wedding planners we did change part of the package to include extra rooms and take a couple of things off as we had family traveling from over sees, but it was all sorted until we went to check in and she gave us a scare when she couldn't find our rooms but all sorted in the end.
The evening reception was a great night they did a great job my only slight critique was the buffet wasn't amazing but certainly not bad. The photo booth was amazing definitely glad we had that included.

Absolutely Fabulous Day
Everything we planned for, with the help of our wedding planner at Crewe Hall (Sarah) and the team carrying out the day, made it so that the day could not have gone any smoother. It was wonderful to be able to enjoy our wedding knowing everything was being taken care of by the team.
So many of our guests mentioned just how beautiful Crewe Hall is and how well-organised the day was, even with some minor changes due to the weather. Any additional changes we asked for during the day were provided for and our master of ceremonies (Tom) could not have been more accommodating.
The food provided was beautiful, going down well even with our fussiest of guests. The sticky toffee pudding in particular was amazing! The food service went so smoothly with those waiting on us ensuring everything went to plan.
The added touch of champagne, chocolates and thank you card to welcome us back to our room after the day had ended, was a very pleasant surprise.
We cannot thank the wedding team at Crewe Hall enough for all your support provided to enable us to create such a lovely day. The level of communication provided was excellent, no matter how many changes we asked for during the run-up to our day - nothing was too much to ask.
The most wonderful day we'll treasure forever!

Wedding at Crewe Hall
At our final meeting around one month before the wedding, Sarah went through the entire day with us in detail, making sure that it was what we both wanted, tailoring everything to our wants and needs. The timings were laid out to us and if anything wasn’t right on our plan, she was quick to alter it so that we knew the day would be as we imagined. She sorted everything from the rooms for the bridal party and groomsmen, making sure that we wouldn’t cross each other on the morning of, to what times the suppliers would arrive at the venue and everything in between.
On the wedding day itself, Sarah checked in with us in the morning and talked us through what would happen up to the ceremony, putting us at ease. The team that did everything on the day made it seem like we didn’t have to think about what was next or what we needed to do, they just made it happen. Everyone was calm and laid back, making us feel like we didn’t need to worry about a thing. The day flowed perfectly from getting ready, to the ceremony, to the photographs, the wedding breakfast and finally, the evening reception!
We both couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day with the most beautiful setting. Our family and friends that attended can attest to this and we would recommend that anyone has their wedding here, because you’ll be in the best hands.

What do you do in your spare time?
In my spare time, I immerse myself in the world of Musical Theatre, including both attending the theatre and taking to the stage myself. If I had the time & the money to go to the theatre every day, I would!
How did you get into this career & how long have you been in the industry?
After planning my own wedding, I discovered my passion for the wedding industry. This newfound love inspired me to take a bold leap and make a complete career change, which turned out to be the best decision of my life!
Since July 2023, I have been working at Crewe Hall, where I have the pleasure of helping couples create their own perfect day.
What is one of your favourite parts of the job?
The most magical moment for me is when I have the honour of escorting the bride to the ceremony room. Standing with her, just before she begins her walk down the aisle, is truly enchanting. The anticipation in the air, the excitement on her face, and the beautiful emotions that unfold in those final moments before she takes her first steps towards her future are absolutely unforgettable.
What do you do in your spare time?
In my spare time, I love spending time with my Fiancé Dennis, we love visiting new places, seeing shows and trying new food! I also love baking and learning new creative crafts like crochet & painting!
How did you get into this career & how long have you been in the industry?
I studied Event Management at University of Derby, and my dissertation focused on the awareness of making weddings sustainable.Since then I have always wanted to learn more about the industry and since planning my own wedding this year it has encouraged my love for being around the excitement of weddings!
I joined Crewe Hall April 2025 and I have loved helping couples plan their big day!
What is one of your favourite parts of the job?
I have had the pleasure of helping couples take their visons & ideas and make them into a reality. Helping them plan a day that reflects them, whilst being able to share their happiness with their close family and friends is something I find really rewarding.
Being able to reassure any stresses they may have, so they are able to enjoy a day that is all about them!
