Our experience with Thief Hall has been the absolute best. It is such a beautiful venue, in an idyllic location no matter the time of year. We got married on New Year's Eve, 2025.
Everything about the process was fantastic. Communication with the team was great throughout the planning process, the team of wedding co-ordinators are experienced, warm and friendly and work so hard to ensure everything in the run up and on the day goes smoothly. The team were fantastic at listening to what we wanted for the day and supporting us to bring that vision to life.
The attention to detail was absolutely amazing, every single scenario had been thought of and planned for and the extra little touches in the bridal suite and in the accommodation were incredibly thoughtful and so appreciated by us and also by all of our guests. We were so grateful to have on-site accommodation especially as we had guests travelling from all over the country. Also - to the brides - the glam room is incredible and such a beautiful way to start the day getting ready in such a gorgeous, well-set up hair & make up room, it makes such a difference. They literally have thought of everything! It was the perfect venue from start to finish and if we could do our wedding all over again, I wouldn't change a thing.

Thief Hall was the most amazing wedding venue and I feel so lucky that we found the venue and the team that make it so special. Our wedding was absolutely magical and the Thief Hall team supported us so much in co-ordinating the day, confirming all the details in the weeks/days before the wedding and we couldn't have done it without them and can't recommend this venue and the wedding co-ordinators highly enough!

From the moment we arrived at Thief Hall, we knew it was the place for us. The venue itself is surrounded by rolling hills which are absolutely stunning all year round. We got married in November, and even on the early dark nights the shining stars made for a beautiful setting. The team are 10/10 in every way you can imagine. They genuinely care about your wedding, they are not a business looking to make profit, they want what is best for you. They helped us with every decision we made and were not afraid to tell us cheaper ways of doing things. We went with every supplier they recommended as they really have a great list of people to recommend! Our highlight was the fact we were able to arrive on Thursday and didn't have to leave until Monday - there was absolutely no rushing! Everything was organised and relaxed and we had the best weekend.

It’s hard to put into words how good this venue is and the people that run it. They made it the best day of our lives. Perfect location but the people make it.
The accommodation was perfect as we have family from all over.

If you are considering a stunning wedding venue with in an amazing location, beautiful views, excellent facilities and staff who go above and beyond to ensure you have the best day then you NEED to book Thief Hall. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more and the staff were so organised, everything ran smoothly and we did not need to think of anything on the day or the days leading up to the wedding as the team had everything covered. The team take all the hard work of planning a wedding out and leave you with all the fun. Honestly cannot recommend this place enough.

Thief Hall a beautiful wedding venue with amazing coordinators who made our entire weekend so special and memorable! Something we will never forget. Nothing was ever too much trouble! Everything was seamless! Would definitely recommend to all future couples, this venue is just perfect.

I would strongly recommend anyone considering booking Thief Hall as their wedding venue to go ahead - you have no idea of the wonderful experience that awaits. All the team want to go above and beyond to make sure the whole weekend is as special as possible for the wedding couple and their guests. I cannot overstate how much our stress levels were reduced knowing our wedding was in such caring, expert hands. All the little touches over the entire weekend had us and our guests constantly saying to each other how amazing everything was. Choosing to have our wedding at Thief Hall was truly the best decision to get our married life off to an amazing start.

We viewed one other venue to Thief Hall, with a similar set up but the difference between them both was unreal. One was about themselves, the business and what you can't do. Thief Hall is about making you feel like your family and what they will do.

The setting of this venue is absolutely stunning! The accommodation is first class with absolutely everything thought of and catered to for all your guests. The surrounding farms and the beautiful picturesque skyline made for some amazing photos. I can't even put into words how amazing the staff were either they absolutely made our day the best day of our lives in fact the best weekend of our lives! They solved any issues which arised before we even got to know about them which ensured the day around smoothly and perfectly. I won't spoil the secret but there are some finishing touches that this venue provide for couples which you would not receive anywhere else and our super personal and make the experience extra special. Our children and our dogs were made to feel like royalty as of course where we and every single one of our guests complimented the beautiful venue the extra attention to detail and the coordinators fantastic efforts in organizing our special day with us. Jess - you will forever hold a place in our hearts for everything you have done for us ♥️. When we were looking for our wedding I really didn't think we would find somewhere as beautiful as this which ticked every box and even until the wedding weekend we still didn't realize just how special this would be thank you to the staff. Honestly if this vennue is on your shortlist then just book it! We got married here last weekend and it felt like the south of France. Picturesque countryside and stunning scenery. The vennue itself is gorgeous and if you’re looking for somewhere where at least 50 people can stay for 2 nights with hot tubs then it’s perfect! The staff are amazing at what they do! And they go above and beyond in providing an incredible service!

From start to finish, our experience with the team at Thief Hall has been exceptional. From booking our date, to the final preparation meetings, no question or worry has ever been too small for them - they have always responded so promptly and took everything we wanted to include in our wedding onboard. On the day, the coordinators went above and beyond and were fantastic at organising our day, without shepherding our guests - they kept the calm and the joy that we wanted from our wedding day. We would reccomend them to any couple after a venue that they can make their own, but with a helping hand from an amazing team all the way.

Wow - we booked on a viewing day to start the ball rolling with our wedding planning with no intention of setting a date or choosing a venue for a while but we walked away that day having secured a venue we fell in love with. Hannah and the Thief Hall team were incredible from day one, they supported us with every step of the planning and were so fast with communication, no question was ever left unanswered. I was never stressed planning our wedding and that was thanks to their organisation and forward thinking. On the day they were supportive and took care of us like we were family, nothing was too much to ask and every guest felt cared for. It was a completely wonderful experience with constant thoughtful surprises and special touches. The venue itself was perfect with incredible views and the chance to make your wedding completely unique. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

We cannot put into words how amazing this weekend has been and how amazing this venue and the team are! We fell in love with the venue at first sight, but what sealed the deal was the flexibility, how much support was given and how much it felt like there was no limitations on what we could do!

From last minute changes, getting Josh out of the hot tub and into his suit on time, to Hannah running to raid my suitcase for some knickers when I changed outfits, there wasn't a single thing that was too much trouble for the team here! The million little things that I never would have thought of, but made the day so much better! Bringing canapés to the woods so that we had some, throwing all the foam glow sticks and cowboy hats to our guests, getting ALL the photos and making the best Tik Tok's honestly, I could sit all day long and write about how amazing the guys at Thief Hall are! Our guests have NOT stopped raving about the setting and the cottages, with their amazing little touches!

We had the best time in the most beautiful setting - anyone considering Thief Hall as an option, just book it - you wont regret it!!!!

The venue is so beautiful and well located. The mmix of inside and outside space works so well to create your own perfect day. They are super flexible too.
Being able to choose our own suppliers was a huge bonus which meant the day was tailored to us.

The accommodations was amazing too and out guests loved all the extra touches.

The stand out feature is the staff and teh attitude. No question was too silly, no request too much. The staff were genuinely excited about our day and the planning.
The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and they work tirelessly to set up and make our stay restful and special.
They communicated with all our suppliers making sure time matched up and the day ran smoothly. They couldn't have done anything more.
The 4 day hire was such an important bonus, I have no idea how people manage to be in and out in teh same day. This place is a real gem.
