At Unique Occasions, we offer a breathtaking countryside setting with a variety of elegant spaces to bring your wedding dreams to life. Whether you envision a rustic barn wedding, an intimate ceremony under the open sky, or a grand celebration in our spacious Party Barn, we have the perfect venue for your special day.
Civil Ceremonies & Blessings:
Our historic Wedding Barn is licensed to host civil ceremonies, celebrants, and blessings for up to 90 guests. For larger gatherings, our meadow provides a stunning outdoor setting, surrounded by 129 acres of rolling farmland.
Decorated with candles and twinkling fairy lights, the barn creates a magical and intimate space where your guests can witness your vows in the most romantic of settings.
St. Katherine’s Church:
For those seeking a traditional church wedding, St. Katherine’s Church (a beautifully restored landmark dating back to 1207) is just a short walk from our venue. We work closely with the church, and the vicar is happy to discuss marriage plans with couples beyond the local parish. With the church set beside our Garden Cottage and overlooking the Wedding Barn, the church provides a stunning backdrop for post-ceremony photography.
The Wedding Barn & Courtyard Marquee
Our Wedding Barn and Courtyard Marquee offer a charming and versatile space for weddings and other celebrations. The barn accommodates up to 120 seated guests (150 for evening receptions) and is perfect for romantic ceremonies, elegant receptions, afternoon tea parties, or even corporate events.
After exchanging vows, enjoy Champagne and canapés in the Courtyard Marquee, creating a seamless transition from ceremony to celebration.
The Party Barn
For larger celebrations, our Party Barn is the ideal space to dance the night away. With a built-in stage, dance floor, and two bar areas, it’s designed for unforgettable receptions, lively entertainment, and grand festivities. This venue is for parties between 150 and 250 guests.
Camping & Accommodation
Extend your wedding celebration with on-site accommodation options, including:
🏡 Brides & Grooms often spend their wedding night in the Hideaway Hut which is included in the price of the wedding package.
🏡 Luxury stays – The Garden Cottage and Church View Cottage are both just a short stroll from the venue. Both are regularly used for the bride and groom the night before the wedding and for wedding guests on the wedding night.
⛺ Camping & Caravanning – The Meadow welcomes tents, wedding yurts, and up to six caravans/RVs. Enjoy a cosy night under the stars with firepit gatherings, marshmallow toasting, and singalongs! Wedding guests often either hire bell tents or bring their own camping setup for a unique and fun overnight experience.

A perfect venue for a perfect day!
Loversall Farm made my day so special with the most beautiful blank canvas, relaxed approach and attention to detail always. Cannot than them enough! Provided the elegance with a huge party just as we asked for!
As this has not been done before, the team came up with amazing ideas to bring this to life including providing a tractor trailer to transport our guests which was a highlight of the day for all - lots of music and fun.
Nothing was too much to ask. It was important to us to involve our guests and the team were more than happy for us to use all our own suppliers - djs, 2 bands and even our equipment. The team felt like a part of the party and our guests loved every moment. The privacy of the party barn meant we could agree a very late curfew which has us partying until 2am so for anyone wanting to carry on the celebrations for as long as you can they are so flexible to work this out for you!
We had drinks packages tailored to us including creating drinks tokens for our guests at just £5 a token to ensure people got the choice for what they wanted rather than a generic drink to toast which was amazing!
The garden cottage slept my bridesmaids and me before the wedding and was a highlight for me - such a beautiful space to wake up to and made the morning a breeze!
I cannot thank the team enough for all the details behind the scenes that just came through so seamlessly to allow me to enjoy my day stress free.
100% wish we could relive this all over again.

Main point! Our dog Copper was a part of the day start to finish - completely dog friendly and roamed the day like she owned the place with no lead way into the night!!

Amazing day!
Our wedding day was so special having this within the barn and the staff were amazing throughout the day, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. There were plenty of drinks behind the bar and you can even request further drinks for the tables and welcome drinks which was amazing! If we could do our day again I would definitely recommend unique occasions.
Perfect Rustic Wedding Venue
We had the most perfect day last August in the barn setting. Also hiring out the two houses on site for the whole weekend so our groomsmen and bridal party could stay over, which made it an extra special weekend event.
We had waited 20 years to get married, so the pressure was on to make it epic. The team at Unique didn’t let us down.
They are patient, accommodating, and fantastic at keeping the day running on track. They felt like part of the family. We can never thank them enough for the memories they helped us create 🙌🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The best day of our lives!
It was important that our wedding was personal to us and Stephanie allowed us to use our own chosen caterers, venue stylists, florist, entertainment etc so they could bring our envision to life. In fact it was better than we could’ve ever dreamed of! Stephanie and the team were very supportive throughout our planning and incredibly attentive on the day.
I wish we could relive it all over again - I wouldn’t change a thing!
