From our very first viewing with Lisa we knew it was the venue for us! It had everything we had hoped for and more.

We stayed all weekend with our families/friends/bridal party and the house was such a good space to entertain, all of our guests were so impressed. The bedrooms 😍
We set up the coach house on Friday and the team helped with anything we needed. The wedding itself on Saturday was unreal and it literally feels like a dream, every time we see a new picture or video we can’t believe it’s us or our day.

Robyn you need your own section as you are sooooo good at your job. So professional and attentive and calm and amazing! Nothing was too much trouble or hassle for you, you didn’t stress when our timings didn’t go to plan and you kept me super calm when you knew this bothered me. Thank you so so much! You were also fab in the lead up to the wedding, keeping in regular contact and answering all my many questions.

The whole staff team at Spicer were so good, they were all so kind and genuinely nice approachable people and this didn’t go unnoticed.

The FOOD was UNREAL, so many comments from guests saying it was the best thing they have ever tasted. Andrew what a guy!

I always used to read reviews thinking people must exaggerate, but honestly it was unbelievable!

When we first went to look around spicer manor we were wowed. The house and the coach house are just beautiful. Stacey our wedding coordinator was so helpful with any questions we had and responded so fast. The wedding day itself ran so smoothly and professionally and they really helped make our day special. We are so grateful to all of them especially Stacey, Robyn and Lisa. Would definitely recommend this venue and it will always hold a special place in our heart!

On 27th July, myself and my partner got married in church and had Spicer Manor as our reception. It's hard to put into words how truly wonderful this venue and the staff are that work there are.

From the day our Wedding journey started and we visited Spicer Manor for a viewing, Sarah, Stacey and Lisa were incredible. The attention to detail, quality and care shown was present in everything they have done for us. Nothing was too much to ask of this venue and the beautiful members of staff that worked there.

On our Wedding day, the amount of compliments guests gave us on the beauty of the venue, standard of everything and on how amazing the staff were, was unbelievable. Nannan was well and truly looked after and touched by the care she was shown. My guests that joined after returning from a hospital visit were well and truly looked after on arrival. Myself and my partner were checked on often to check we were happy how the day was unfolding. We were given our own selection of canapes so we didn't miss out. Everything was faultless.

Our special day at Spicer Manor was the definition of perfect. Our photographs are breath-taking. We have the best memories to keep forever. Our love for this venue and the staff will always stick with us.

Spicer Manor was everything we could have hoped for from a wedding venue. The building is set in the most breath-taking landscape which made it so peaceful. The venue is decorated magnificently. The kitchen, living spaces and bedrooms were stunning and helped make the whole wedding feel incredibly special. The Coach House was the most perfect building for the reception. The wood and lights worked brilliantly for our style and décor. I couldn't have been happier with the venue. All our guests were in love with the place.
Sarah and Lisa and the team were fantastic. Sarah and Lisa were so helpful in the lead up to the wedding and on the day the whole staff were so attentive and organised. The food, supplied by Andrew, was magnificent.

Everything we wanted for our weekend wedding, responsive and super helpful in the set-up! Perfect and exactly what we wanted

I don't even know where to start with a review for Spicer Manor, absolutely everything about our experience during the run up to our wedding and during our wedding weekend was exceptional.
We fell in love with the venue the first time we visited and knew very early on that it was the perfect place for us. The views are an incredible backdrop and knowing we had so much on site accommodation at such a high standard was another huge plus. The Coach House where we had our ceremony and reception is beautiful and was perfect for the rustic vibe that I had dreamed of.
Aside from all this, the thing that really made our experience so perfect were the team. There is nothing that is too much, and Sarah the wedding co-ordinator was there whenever we had questions or queries. Choosing a smaller venue like this meant we had a much more personalised experience, and were able to view the venue when we wanted if they had availability, and the staff, especially Sarah and Lisa felt more like friends during the process and are so happy to help with whatever they can. There is nothing they haven't thought of, and there are so many things you can use for decor that are already included in your pricing - another thing that really set them apart from the larger, less personal venues.
Being on site with 30 of our loved ones the night before was amazing, as it really took the pressure off us on the day and meant we had less guests to say hello to, meaning we had more time to just enjoy ourselves.
The waiting and bar staff on the day were also exceptional, so many of our guests commented on how good the table service was.
We cannot thank Spicer Manor enough for giving us the most perfect wedding weekend we could have dreamed of.

Amazing, magical, breathtaking, this place and the people who run it a truly one of a kind. Sarah, lisa and the team are the most amazing people I have ever met, we could not have asked for better. Our special day was made perfect because of you. You helped us make some cherished happy memories to last a life time. From the moment we walked through the doors at our first viewing you made us feel so welcomed. I honestly can not recommend this place enough. We love you spicer manor and the whole team we hope to be back in the future 🥰

As a place to stay and as a wedding venue Spicer Manor is truly beyond compare. Getting the whole place to ourselves was a major selling point for us, unlike a lot of other venues where you could bump into another bride. You can have your closest friends and family stay over before and after your wedding in the most gorgeously decorated rooms. Even if it's raining (like it was on our day) there's still plenty to keep guests occupied in the games and cinema room. We were initially concerned about the fact that you have to use a specific caterer, but once we met Andrew Bradley our concerns evaporated, he created a high quality menu for our day that was far superior to any wedding food we've ever tasted. So many of our guests told us that this was the best wedding they'd ever been to. A lot of this was down to this amazing venue. We can't speak highly enough of the fantastic, attentive staff and owner of this beautiful venue.

On the 17th December I got married at Spicer Manor- wow! You are always nervous when you have booked somewhere in advance, never knowing what it could turn in to, but I can safely assure anyone who wants to get married here, needs to! The intimate setting, with two areas for socialising, the backdrop to the most incredible view, to the amazing facilities- everything was just perfect. Sarah and Lisa who I had direct contact with were phenomenal and put everything in place, right to the last minute where I needed to change some tables! If you are looking for something where you can have your family close by, stay on site to the ceremony, bring your doggy and have the most amazing food courtesy of Andrew Bradley’s catering- this is the place for you!!! I will never ever forget this day/ weekend for the rest of my life.

I cannot thank the Spicer Manor team, especially Lisa and Sarah, enough for what they did for us. My wedding had to be a last minute plan due to sad family circumstances and they made everything so easy. From flexibility on timings of the day, making themselves available when needed, creating a perfect Christmas venue and showing huge understanding and care for our circumstances, which allowed us to create some amazing family memories. The food from Bradley's catering was wonderful, Andrew is such a great guy and made the decision making process so relaxed. The venue is stunning and unique, accommodating weddings of all sizes with comfortable surroundings and I can certainly recommend Spicer Manor for any special occasion, especially a wedding!!

Our day was perfect, can't say more than that really! If you want an exclusive venue with amazing accommodation and a personalised day to suit you then this is the one!
