Meet the team
Howard Court has been our family home for over 50 years, so it holds such a special place in my heart. It’s filled with so many wonderful memories of raising our children, family gatherings, and all the special moments we’ve shared here over the years.
Seeing Howard Court transformed into a wedding venue while still keeping all of its warmth and character has been incredibly rewarding. One of the things I love most is now being able to watch other families and couples create their own memories here and celebrate such an important day together.
I love welcoming couples to Howard Court and helping them feel relaxed and at home from the moment they arrive. For me, it’s all about creating a friendly, personal experience and making sure every wedding feels unique to each couple.
Howard Court has been my family home for over 50 years, since my mum Caroline moved into the beautiful famr house so it’s incredibly special to me. Growing up, the stable barns and old cow shed were where my siblings and I played as children, so transforming them into a rustic and romantic wedding venue has been such a meaningful journey for our family.
One of my favourite moments was having my own wedding here at Howard Court - becoming the very first bride to marry in our beautifully converted Old Dairy in 2023. I absolutely love seeing couples create their own memories here and sharing such an important part of our family home with them.
My journey with Howard Court actually started when I got married here in 2022. I loved planning my wedding so much that I started helping out with weddings on my days off and before long, I became part of the team full time!
Now, as Wedding & Events Manager, I oversee the day-to-day running of the venue and love helping couples throughout their planning journey. Having been a Howard Court bride myself, I know exactly how exciting and sometimes overwhelming wedding planning can feel, so I’m always happy to share the tips and tricks I’ve learnt along the way.
