As the title suggests, it’s difficult to know where to start with this review because everything was perfect! From the on-site accommodation, to the events team, staff, food, venue itself and the location!

Lisa and her team (special mention to Katy) were just amazing. They supported us and updated us from our first enquiry in 2020, through covid, to finally booking in 2023 and having our wedding last month. I can fault them, nothing has been too much of an ask!

On our wedding day everything was seamless. Everything just happened behind the scenes without a hitch and we couldn’t have been happier or wanted for anything more. The location meant gorgeous photos which tied in with our rustic theme perfectly.

The on-site accommodation meant just a short walk over to the venue for the bridal party and even better at the end of the night- a few steps and you were in bed!

We had the most amazing day ever thanks to the wonderful Manor Rooms! From the moment we saw the venue last August we knew it was the one! It has everything you need in one place! A beautiful separate ceremony room and a stunning reception space, alongside breathtaking views!

The team are amazing! From the first enquiry the communication was faultless! It's fair to say we had very little clue on where to start when planning a wedding and Lisa, Katy and the team made it as stress free as possible! No question was a stupid question and nothing was ever too much to ask!

The day itself could not have gone better! Everything was seamless! There were times I panicked I hadn't done enough but I think that was down to the team taking care of everything and making it seem so effortless! It meant we really could just enjoy our special day! We felt this place really was a hidden gem with many of our guests having not been before, leading to lots of them giving us numerous compliments about the stunning venue and staff on the day! The food was insane and another huge selling point for us! Not only is it all handled on site by the venue meaning one less supplier to find but the taste and presentation is exceptional! We had canapés and the two-course wedding breakfast - the butter roasted chicken supreme was delicious and so elegant for a summer wedding! The team themselves made sure the bride and groom were fed first and ensured canapés were put aside for us to have after photographs - personal touches like these really instilled how perfect our choice of venue was!

We used the on-site accommodation for the night before and night of the wedding. It made the morning of the wedding run so smoothly, and you're only a few short steps into the venue and then into bed after all the dancing! The Kettlethorpe cottage is perfect! The cottage is spotless and has plenty of space, mirrors and showers along with beautiful decor creating the perfect backdrop for getting ready photos!

Inevitably when planning a wedding you have to consider your budget - we couldn't believe the value of the Manor Rooms! To have everything we needed rolled into one amazing package, at what we feel was a fraction of the price of other options, was truly exceptional! We feel so incredibly lucky and grateful to have celebrated our wedding here and would recommend Manor Rooms to anyone planning to get married! Thank you to the team from the bottom of our hearts! We cannot wait to come back and celebrate more amazing milestones here in the future!

We had the most amazing wedding! From the minute we viewed The Manor Rooms right up until we collected our decorations after the wedding, the wedding team have been amazing (special mention to Katy). Katy was super organised and helpful in the lead up to our day, communication was excellent and nothing was ever too much to ask!

On the day - Katy & Karl made sure everything ran smoothly and was under control, they made it seem effortless and calm! All of our guests commented on how friendly, welcoming and efficient all of the staff were.

The food was insane! We had canapés, roast beef and white chocolate cheesecake, then later we had the pies! Again, all of our guests commented on how incredible the food was, some even mentioned it again on our audio guest book!

We just had the most amazing day and are so grateful and lucky to have been able to have it at The Manor Rooms! Again, we would like to say a huge thank you to the whole of the wedding team, and staff!

We had the best wedding day ever on Wednesday at the Manor Rooms, Drewtons. From the initial booking to the event all of the staff, (esp Katy, who brought most of the wedding together and communicated throughout to us) were amazing. The venue is beautiful. The guests were blown away by The spectacular views , the room. The mezzanine library, the garden and the ceremony room. It is an hidden gem that is becoming more well known and popular by the day and we can see why. We feel soLucky to have held our wedding at such an amazing venue. (That in comparison to other options was excellent value). We were very lucky with the weather and our guests played garden games overlooking the fields. . The food was excellenf . The canapés absolutely stunning and all the guests commented. The rest of the meal was delicious and the beef cheek has been commented on by everyone as delicious. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff and everyone did everything in their power to make the day so special for us. The cocktail hour was a big hit with the guests too and many guests were partaking. We had the best ever day and cannot recommend The Manor Rooms enough for a rural style wedding in a beautiful East Yorkshire location.

The Manor Rooms is such an incredible venue. The place has been designed with such care and love. It has a fantastic aesthetic, and beautiful surroundings.

We absolutely loved our experience with the Manor Rooms, Katy and Lisa were so friendly, helpful and approachable. They were great at answering questions and always responded quickly.

On the day everything went smoothly thanks to them. We felt like the day was always under control and everything was in hand - it really helped us just enjoy our special day.

They communicated with all the vendors and ensured everything was prepared for us, they were flexible with how the day would flow, adapting to our requests.

This venue and the team are absolutely outstanding! We got married here on 17.04.25 and from our booking 2 years prior to the date itself the team have been fabulous. Not only are the venue and grounds breathtaking but we knew instantly that we had made the right choice booking our wedding here; the team are extremely responsive and professional but equally lovely people. We didn’t have a wedding planner but honestly if you get married here everything is taken care of down to the very last detail and our day ran seamlessly. We mainly spoke with Katy and Lisa during the planning stage and they honestly know weddings down to a tee. As the bride I had absolutely zero stress they had it all covered.
Our wedding day itself was honestly the best day of our lives. The team work incredibly hard and the service and attention to detail is outstanding. The venue was kept spotless throughout, the waiting staff deserve a special mention for their service and all of our guests commented on how efficient they were. Another special mention to the chef and kitchen team, we didn’t think it could get any better but the food! Wow is all we can say! We had canapés for our drinks reception and a two course wedding breakfast- the food was delicious, plentiful and presented beautifully.
As a bride and groom it is easy to forget to eat and drink with a lot going on with photos/chatting to guests after the ceremony but Katy was there ensuring we had canapés and drinks. This is only one of the many small touches that we really appreciated to make our day extra special and this didn’t go unnoticed by us or our guests.
Value for money wise we are extremely happy and would have paid double for the level of service and wedding we had. Myself, my husband and all of our guests can’t stop talking about what an amazing day we all had. We would do it all again here in a heartbeat!

We got married at The Manor Rooms in March and truly could not have asked for a better day. From start to finish, the entire experience was flawless.

Katy was incredible in the lead-up to the big day – always on hand to help, reassure, and guide us through the planning process. On the day itself, Katy, Lisa and Carl were fantastic, making sure everything ran smoothly and that we could just relax and enjoy every moment.

The food was absolutely amazing – we’re still getting compliments from our guests about how delicious it was! The venue itself is stunning, and the new addition of The Orangery along with the new entry and pathway is just beautiful. It adds so much to an already gorgeous venue and made the whole atmosphere feel even more special.

I originally fell in love with the Manor Rooms, therefore we booked it. However just weeks prior to my wedding day, they decided to undergo ground works! I was absolutely devastated by what I saw, to the point I was trying to find another venue weeks before my big day!
The weeks running up to my wedding day were completely ruined with constant checking on the progress, going to visit the site, I was an absolute nervous wreck as it wasn't what I booked. I really do wish I was informed of this decision as I honestly would have moved the date.
The barn itself is beautiful, however as you can appreciate 1st impressions are also very important.
In which a few of my guests did comment on this.
On my wedding day I noticed all the unfinished groundwork but I put a smile on my face.
The day itself was beautiful but unfortunately my memories are overshadowed with all of the stress and anxiety running up to the wedding.

We had the most perfect day from start to finish. The staff here are amazing, especially Lisa who was there throughout the organising and throughout our special day making sure everything was perfect!
The good thing about this venue, is its so beautiful already before even being styled for a wedding. The food is incredible, with a large range to choose from.
The view you get from here is so beautiful, especially sunset.

The manor rooms is a perfect location for your special day! The catering is on site and the food was amazing!! The quality was so good and big portions too. The team cannot do enough for you and pay attention to every detail - everyone is fun and welcoming adding to your day being special and stress free. We are still in such a gorgeous bubble after the most magical perfect day!! Everything went amazing!! The venue we fell in love with instantly the brightness, the size, everything being in the one room to keep all guests together, the views, the options of layout, tables, chairs and options of areas to get married. The food was just amazing too, everyone commented on this and how good the food choices were aswell as the quality. Lisa was just amazing from the get go, no matter how many emails or questions I had she was so happy to help. Nothing was too much for her. We’d 100% recommend the manor rooms, our guests loved it. The location was brilliant for our guests too and a huge car park available. We stayed in the cottage on site, aswell as fox & coney, cave castle and travel lodge. So many options around the venue to suit guests.

What can I say the manor rooms will not disappoint such a gorgeous venue from the decor to the food to the location!

They go above and beyond to make your day so special I cannot recommend this venue enough you will not regret it! One of our guests were that impressed they booked an event later in the year at the manor rooms!!! So many compliments from other guests too saying it was the best wedding they’d been too. To the staff you are warm, friendly and accommodating… our day wouldn’t of been complete without you THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts
