The Manor Rooms is a charming wedding venue located in South Cave, East Riding of Yorkshire. Boasting 1200 acres of farm and woodland, this property is situated near the famous Yorkshire Wolds. With stunning views, guests will be wowed by the beautiful location and all the beauty it has to offer. If you're looking for a lovely countryside escape for your special day, look no further.
Facilities and Capacity
The Manor Rooms has been sympathetically built with luxurious interiors, ticking the box for both rustic and elegant themes. The venue features fabulous chandeliers and lighting, exposed stone walls; bespoke upholstered chairs; a choice of table and seating designs; and a wood floor with underfloor heating, bringing the beautiful countryside to the interiors. With a choice of ceremony rooms hosting from 30 up to 150 guests, you can say 'I do' to the person you love against a variety of stunning backdrops from the Yorkshire wolds or faux living wall with twinkling lights. Once you've tied the knot, The Manor Room's terrace provides the perfect space to pose for photos and raise a toast of fizz to the beginning of your next chapter! As the evening comes to a close, you and your loved ones can sit under the stars and enjoy the Boma outdoor seating area and fire pit, overlooking the fields and hills.

Where do I start!!
As the title suggests, it’s difficult to know where to start with this review because everything was perfect! From the on-site accommodation, to the events team, staff, food, venue itself and the location!
Lisa and her team (special mention to Katy) were just amazing. They supported us and updated us from our first enquiry in 2020, through covid, to finally booking in 2023 and having our wedding last month. I can fault them, nothing has been too much of an ask!
On our wedding day everything was seamless. Everything just happened behind the scenes without a hitch and we couldn’t have been happier or wanted for anything more. The location meant gorgeous photos which tied in with our rustic theme perfectly.
The on-site accommodation meant just a short walk over to the venue for the bridal party and even better at the end of the night- a few steps and you were in bed!
Thank you all for the most incredible day- we are so happy we chose you as our venue and can’t fault a single thing.

Manor Rooms - Smashed it for Us!
Unbelievable service from start to finish.
Lisa and her team at The Manor Rooms went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was as magical as we hoped it would be.
Nothing was too much trouble in the run up to our big day and when our date came around - the team delivered in spades!
The venue looked SPECTACULAR and we were delighted with the food and service provided by Manor Rooms!

Wow! What a venue!
We had the most perfect day from start to finish. The staff here are amazing, especially Lisa who was there throughout the organising and throughout our special day making sure everything was perfect!
The good thing about this venue, is its so beautiful already before even being styled for a wedding. The food is incredible, with a large range to choose from.
The view you get from here is so beautiful, especially sunset.
We couldn't recommend a more perfect venue. We wish we could do it all again!

The most perfect day x
The manor rooms is a perfect location for your special day! The catering is on site and the food was amazing!! The quality was so good and big portions too. The team cannot do enough for you and pay attention to every detail - everyone is fun and welcoming adding to your day being special and stress free. I do feel that the manor rooms are very respectful if you are trying to stay within a budget too which is appreciated.
I just wish I could do our day again!! Xxxx

The most amazing day of our lives
We are still in such a gorgeous bubble after the most magical perfect day!! Everything went amazing!! The venue we fell in love with instantly the brightness, the size, everything being in the one room to keep all guests together, the views, the options of layout, tables, chairs and options of areas to get married. The food was just amazing too, everyone commented on this and how good the food choices were aswell as the quality. Lisa was just amazing from the get go, no matter how many emails or questions I had she was so happy to help. Nothing was too much for her. We’d 100% recommend the manor rooms, our guests loved it. The location was brilliant for our guests too and a huge car park available. We stayed in the cottage on site, aswell as fox & coney, cave castle and travel lodge. So many options around the venue to suit guests.

We cannot thank the Manor rooms anymore for everything they did for our fantastic wedding day.
The day ran so smoothly and everything went perfect. The venue looked brilliant, the food was superb and the staff couldn’t have been anymore accommodating.

The most amazing day 💖
We couldn't of asked for more. The staff, venue, food and setting was perfect...
We staying in the cottage, again
Cannot fault anything. The professionalism and time keeping was outstanding.
The staff are so attentive and have an amazing eye for detail. From the minute we stepped into The Manor Rooms, we knew this was our venue.
The food was delicious and everyone enjoyed their meals. Again the attention to detail was incredible, portion sizes were perfect except the pudding which was huge! If we could do it all again we would choose The Manor Rooms.

The best day of our lives
We had the most day at this gorgeous venue, all of the staff were amazing they kept in touch with us from start to finish with the whole process and we're able to see the vision that we wanted to create for our special day. Having the cottage on site was perfect for us as I was able to stay the night before with my bridesmaids and there was plenty of space for us.

Fantastic, Flexible & fabulous
Wow. Where do I start.
Firstly, I would like to thank EVERY SINGLE MEMBER OF STAFF WORKING THERE! They are clearly at the top of their game and an absolute credit to the whole industry!
From meeting them in person to every single correspondence we had with them they answered honestly, accurately and wanted to do anything to make our day special for us.
They are excellent at responding to emails and do not need prompting. Throughout it all they were flexible to meet our needs. We were able to ask anything and they made everything we asked possible. - even keeping my surprise (@ings_parks_alpacas (Instagram)) from being spoiled by co-ordinating everything from when they were coming to where to hide their van.
Throughout everything they follow feedback and complete everything with perfection. All our guests LOVED all their food - BBQ sharing platter & sharing dessert platter. It was timed perfectly between courses and the pulled pork on the evening, I was told was excellent, I unfortunately didn’t have any as I was so full from all the other food.
We both just can not believe how amazing everything was throughout the whole process and would urge EVERY COUPLE to view. They are just perfect.

Easy and Beautiful
The Manor Rooms is the full package if you want an easy, relaxed and gorgeous venue for your Wedding.
The Venue has everything you need, a cute fairy lite ceremony room, an open space reception which looks beautiful with simple decorations as we need, as the room spoke for itself for us, a balcony chill out area and patio with country scenery for pictures.
The food was astonishing, our guests spoke highly of the quality.
The team made our decision making effortless when organising. The day ran smoothly and we had nothing to worry about. They were all kind and friendly and even kept the youngest kids entertained during speeches!
No wonder they Won Venue of Year 2024!

Best day ever
I can't thank The Manor Rooms enough. Having worked in the wedding industry a number of years ago I feared I'd be picky and hard to work with but no fault was ever made and perfection was consistent throughout the whole process. All our guests praised the food, staff and amazing views. Can't reccomend enough.
