Fantastic day
Phil Catering Manager and his team worked so hard throughout the day to make it so special. We chose this venue as it had a relaxed atmosphere about the place, nice friendly people and most importantly they were willing to work with you in terms of want we wanted from our special day. You can choose your own wedding breakfast menu which is better than being given a set menu option by other venues. We actually offered two options to our guests and felt it worked far better than just one option. Everyone we spoke to on the day and afterwards said how much he or she enjoyed the food, service and variety of drinks available. All round brilliant venue.

We could not of asked for a better day or location.
A1 could not fault anything perfect location, service and excellent food. We would recommend WCGC to anyone and all our guest commented on what a great time they had. Philip Terry was very helpful and ensured that the day ran smoothly.

My partner and I recently attended a wedding up at WPGC and it was a truly amazing event. The venue was beautiful, and along with the food being exquisite, the staff really made it a day to remember! My best friend had the wedding she always wanted and i would not consider anywhere else for my wedding day.

the best day ever
I would like to pay a huge thanks to all concerned at Woodcote Park for their professionalism in arranging my daughters wedding day last month. I was involved in all of the meetings leading up to our day and nothing was left to chance. The day itself ran like a dream and the management team, whilst never intrusive, always seemed on hand when required. If you are looking for a Wedding Venue then this place will seriously take some beating.

Superb in Everyway!
Philip Terry and his staff could not have been more helpful and professional in their service on our wedding day. In particular Paul was excellent and made sure everything was just so. The food was superb and all was done to ensure that everybody had a great time with many of our guests commenting on how lovely the venue was. It really was 5 star service and excellent value for money! Well done Woodcote Park and thank you.

Fantastic !
This venue is amazing! Very good value for money & fantastic service. Our guest loved having the option of selecting their food before the event and we had lots of comments that it's the best food they've ever had at a wedding. I can not recommend this place highly enough ! All the staff are friendly and efficient, especially Phillip Terry who exceeded our expectations every time. Book this venue and you are guaranteed an excellent day!

Superb!
The team at WPGC were excellent for our wedding from start to finish. We booked them way in advance but they kept in touch continually and made us feel very important. On the day Philip Terry and his staff could not look after us better. The most fantastic day -helped by WPGC! also very very reasonable if you are on a budget!

Fantastic Wedding Venue
We had our wedding reception at Woodcote on 1 Sept it was a truely fanastic day. Philip Terry the catering manager is brillant, he organises the day to perfection. All our guests have said how great the venue was especially the meal. I would highly recommend Woodcote as a wedding venue.

Top Class Service
We had a very good feeling about Woodcote Park from the very first time we visited to have a look at the venue. The setting is beautiful and the staff made us feel very welcome which isn't always the case at other Golf Clubs. Philip Terry and his team looked after our every need all the way through and we received nothing but compliments from our guests, especially about the food that was served. Philip was very pofessional in his approach and everything ran like clock-work on the day. We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather and the gardens were a lovely setting for our special day. We also feel this venue is extremely good value for money - in summary 10/10!!

Quite simply fantastic
Phil and the staff at Woodcote ensured that our wedding reception was perfect in every way. From our first meeting, 10 months before the wedding day, nothing was too much hassle for them. There was a wide selection of food and wine to choose from and it was quite superb. Wedding food tends to be a little bit bland, but our guests had nothing but compliments to pay. The staff were friendly and helpful, while Phil oversaw everything with a calm and professional approach that made us feel relaxed and confident that everything was always under control. The value for money you get from a reception at Woodcote is quite simply fantastic.

Exceeded all our expectations
We found woodcote park golf club just by chance and was blown away by whole place. Beautiful setting, Great value, Great Food, Great service, Professional Staff, Space for children to play and move about. What more can I say. After a lovely ceremony at the church it was a perfect ending to our wedding. Everyone commented on what a lovely time they had. If you are looking for a venue then look no further.

Beautiful location hidden away.
We had special requests for the catering team as we wanted to include some Thai dishes. We were nervous prior to the day but we need not have worried at all. Paul and his team of Chefs did us proud and Mark with his ever willing bar team who resemble "Girls Aloud" provided great service to the early hours. The reason we chose Woodcote Park was the attitude of the management team who were not intent on making as much money out of us as possible, but in ensuring we had the best day possible within our budget. I wish more venues adopted this attitude and I wish Phil and his team the very best in the future.
