Draycote Hotel is a beautiful wedding venue located in the heart of Warwickshire. Set on a stunning 100-acre golf course with idyllic countryside surroundings, it makes an ideal setting for weddings of any size or scale.

Facilities and Capacity
Draycote Hotel is licensed for civil ceremonies of up to 140 guests. Couples can get ready in our fully-equipped bridal changing room before exchanging vows in their choice of the venue's two wedding suites. Varying in size and style, they suit ceremonies and receptions of all themes and scales. With their modern design and abundance of natural light, they make the perfect backdrop for saying 'I do.'

Our largest suite, The Phoenix Suite, is a beautiful setting for your day, with high ceilings and modern wooden beams, bringing an intimate and welcoming feel to weddings of all sizes.

You'll also find plenty of stunning photo opportunities on the site, with golf buggies available to take you to the best spots. There's ample accommodation for guests wishing to stay overnight, with 49 luxurious bedrooms for a comfortable nights' sleep.

Our Services
Draycote Hotel will provide every service necessary to make your event as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. A dedicated wedding coordinator will show you around the venue, find a package that suits, and plan the day with you. They can also offer you a list of recommended vendors who work with the hotel and can offer you a discount on their services.

As well as your wedding co-ordinator, a master of ceremonies will be present on the day to ensure you and all your guests are in the right place at the right time, and ensure the timings and flow of your day runs better than you'd imagined.

For your reception, the hotel's culinary team is happy to collaborate with you to create your perfect food and drink menu, bespoke to your ideal tastes and cuisines.

Best venue ever

From the moment we set eyes on Draycote we knew it was our venue. It is so beautiful. The moment we walked in and a member of staff (Ian) brought our daughter a colouring pack we were so amazed. Meeting Zoe for the first time and her putting us at ease. We walked away completely in love with the venue and the whole experience of viewing a venue.
All the meetings leading up to the wedding were done on our schedule. We always had a laugh and spoke in great detail about all the details that come with planning a wedding.
The food was gorgeous and generous portions. Changes we wanted to the wedding breakfast were accommodated too.
Zoe and Allan exceeded our expectations to make the most beautiful, perfect and outstanding wedding.

Perfect venue

The best day ever

Megan and Iain were amazing from the beginning noting down everything that we wanted. They talked us through everything in detail for the day. The day itself was fantastic. I stayed the night before and had a lovely meal with my family and Bridesmaids in the resteraunt. Megan and Iain made sure everything was in place and made me and my husband feel so relaxed on the day. We ever forgot batteries for our battery candles for the tables and without even saying anything a member of staff went to the shop and got them. When we came into the room we couldn't believe they were all lit up. It was little touches like that that made the day so special. I really can't thank them enough. A day we will never ever forget.

Stress free wedding!

We had our wedding reception at draycote in July 2022. Megan and Ian made the whole process so easy and really listened to what we wanted and made sure it happened. We never felt like any request or question would be disregarded and were looked after from start to finish! We couldn’t have picked a better venue for our reception and the staff were so attentive - we genuinely felt like nothing was ever too much!

Wedding 28.05.2022

We used Draycote as our wedding venue in May 2022. We could not fault them at all.
As we had been working with Draycote since November 2019 with our wedding date being moved, Draycote were consistent throughout.
Leading up to our wedding, looking at the final preparation and the final details, Draycote were superb, getting it exactly how we wanted it to be.
Our wedding day was what we imagined plus much more!
We would definitely recommend Draycote as a hotel and a wedding venue!

Wonderful Venue

We had our wonderful wedding day here on 4th December 2021, from the initial show around where we knew it was the venue for us to our magical big day everything was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble, they welcomed our endless questions and changes, meaning there was no stress and our day ran seamlessly. Emma was there for all of the planning stages and ensured that every detail was captured, then on the big day the whole team were amazing, there in the background making sure they delivered our vision. Ian especially worked tirelessly to ensure our day went to plan. We wanted our guests to not only enjoy the day but to feel relaxed and that is the exact feedback we had from so many. The food was exceptional, we were welcomed to input to the menu and many guests said it was the best wedding food they have had. Thank you to each and every one of you that was involved for all of your hard work.

August Exclusive Wedding

Thank you so much!! Mia, Snehal, Peter, Kasia and the team! Everyone worked so hard to make our day as special as possible, despite my particular and fussy ways they all truly outdid themselves and no request (no matter how big) they met and exceeded. The food was amazing, the venue was beautiful, the weather was a pain but we worked with it! Just wish we could do it all over again! Thank you to everyone that was involved with the weekend set up, mia for dealing with my 1000’s of emails to the run up to the wedding and Snehal and Peter for looking after us all! My thank yous could go on and on! Can’t wait to come back and have some shots with you all for our anniversary stay.. let’s hope Lee Bannister isn’t in a boot this time!

May Wedding

I would definitely recommend this venue for a wedding as I got married there yesterday and the staff at Draycote were fantastic they made our special day perfect 10 out of 10 thankyou I could not faulty anything at all I would do it all again and so would my new wife, the hosts and organisers really put them selves out to ensure everything was just as we wanted thanks again snehal, wade and Mia you are diamonds

July Wedding

Me and my now husband! Got married here on 6/7/19 and it was everything we wanted it to be. We met with Mia and had our meetings leading up to the wedding and she couldn’t do enough for us. On the day of the wedding and night before we had snehal and wei look after us and they couldn’t do enough for us and made us feel so special and welcome I was completely at ease in the run up to what was a busy day. On the day snehal, Kasia and wei looked after us so well. The food came out quickly and efficiently and was beautiful. They made sure our day ran absolutely perfect and all to time and for that I cannot thank them enough. The beds were so comfy and spacious and the bedrooms were lovely and spacious too. We cannot thank you all enough for making our day so perfect as without you all it wouldn’t have been and we can’t wait to come back next year for our wedding anniversary! Love Mr and Mrs Tacey

January Wedding

We held our wedding at Draycote in January 2019. It was more than we could of ever expected. The planning that went in to it was immense but nothing was too much trouble for the wedding team at Draycote. Even after our many changes they accomodated us accordingly. There were so many little touches and extras I would have never thought of if it wasn’t for Mia the wedding co-ordinator, she was incredible.
The hotel itself is beautiful and modern but the beams and room shapes made it feel unique. The food is beautiful and this was something all our guests commented on. The hotel rooms are modern and clean and the beds are huge and super comfy! The only downside or fault in the entire hotel I would say was that the ensuites are in need of updating. But this is a very minor issue and should not keep you from booking your wedding here as we were far too busy to admire the bathrooms!

July Wedding

Recently had our wedding here at Draycote and it was perfect! The whole day ran smoothly and the team were brilliant. Everyone had a great time and we got lots of comments about how good the food and canapes were. Great venue for ceremony and reception! Also being able to go out on the golf course to take photos overlooking Draycote Water was great.

August Wedding

We had our wedding reception at Draycote Hotel on Saturday 11th August and I can not praise the staff enough. Mia was so helpful with all the planning and arrangements and Mark ensured everything was set out as I wanted it. They both made sure our day was perfect. Every single staff member was so lovely and helpful to us and all our guests. The venue is stunning, the food fantastic and overall experience 10 out of 10. I have also visited on several occasions for lunch or just a drink and each time the staff have been so friendly and nice. Thank you so much to Draycote and the wonderful staff. Highly recommended!

September Wedding

What can I say other than thank you so much to Everyone from the Draycote hotel for making our wedding so fabulous.
Mia the wedding co-ordinater could not have been any more helpful.
The 3 course wedding breakfast was cooked to perfection, all of our guests commented on how good the food was.The venue is lovely, and has a lovely relaxed atmosphere. All of the staff went over and above to make our wedding run so smoothly. Friendly reception,bar and waitress staff right up the the manager who was so friendly.
Nothing was too much trouble.
The beds are so comfortable and rooms lovely and clean .Fabulous interior and grounds for lovely wedding pictures.
Would highly recommend this venue for anyone planning a wedding.
Thanks again to everyone working at the Draycote Hotel from the 7th to 9th September for making our wedding on Saturday 8th September so fabulous.

September Wedding

We booked the Draycote Hotel as the venue for our wedding on 22/9/18. Leading up to the big day we were in regular contact with the venue, especially Mia, the events coordinator. Any concerns or questions were sorted out in a very professional and timely manner. Any little 'special' requests were dealt with no fuss. we were originally slightly concerned that the venue had been booked for another large wedding reception the night before our big day, but we needn't have worried. The room was transformed overnight with everything laid out just as we had asked. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly from start to finish. It was apparent from the start that the venue is used to hosting large events and everything was done with no fuss. Despite our timings being pushed back slightly due to the weather, everything still flowed seamlessly through the day. All the food was delicious and was served fresh and warm to all 100+ guests. The day went without a hitch from start to finish and that is down to the hard work and commitment from all of the staff, led superbly by Mia and Mark.
If I was going to mention one small negative, the bedrooms, although clean and tidy are a little dated but all of the public areas are very impressive.
I would thoroughly recommend Draycote Hotel if you are looking for a venue for a large celebration. We will now have everlasting happy memories of our wedding day, all thanks to them.
