Country Wedding Venues in Italy

We celebrated our wedding at Castore in May 2026, and we will always carry that day in our hearts. We also organised our symbolic ceremony on a terrace overlooking Capri, and it was a truly emotional and wonderful moment. The view was incredible, the atmosphere was romantic, and everything was arranged with great attention to detail. The staff supported us from beginning to end with kindness and professionalism, meeting all our needs. The reception was perfect, the venue was elegant, and the food was truly excellent. Our guests were delighted and still keep talking to us about how beautiful the location was. It is a choice I would make again a thousand times.

We got married at Tenuta San Masseo in June, under the arches with Assisi in the background, and it was the most perfect day ❤️ neither of us speak Italian and we don’t live in Italy, but our wedding planner Iuliia was absolutely incredible at taking care of all our needs! She found us perfect vendors in our price range, and was able to accommodate every request we had. Communicative, efficient, and thoughtful, we felt so well taken care of both before the big day and during! Iuliia really helped bring our day to life - our guests can’t stop telling us what an incredible service they experienced. All the staff were excellent, and went above and beyond to ensure both us and our guests were looked after. We’ll treasure this experience forever!

From the moment we first spoke with the team, we immediately felt comfortable and truly heard by them. It was always so easy to share our ideas and plans nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they were always open, kind, and accommodating. When it came to the big day, everything came together beautifully. The attention to detail and smooth coordination made it all feel effortless. As a bride, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing everything was perfectly taken care of, and the day ran seamlessly from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are so grateful to the entire team for making our day so special.

We used Villa Alta as accommodation for our wedding guests in June 2026 and can't recommend the Villa enough. The Villa itself is something of a Tuscan dream - the grounds of the hotel are beautiful and the rooms are all incredibly well kept. We had positive feedback from all our guests. But what really stood out was how the owners went above and beyond to ensure our wedding experience ran smoothly. They helped us organise shuttles to and from wedding events and also extended their hospitality to other wedding guests, who weren't staying at the villa. We are very grateful to the whole team at Villa Alta for making our wedding experience seamless and giving our guests a wonderful stay. Thank you for everything - I can't recommend them enough!

I couldn’t have imagined a better wedding venue, it was absolutely spectacular! I had the best day of my life at Pantanelli Di Vendicari. Luciana and her team were phenomenal from the very start of planning right through to the end. No task was too big for them to handle. Luciana went above and beyond, even helping with visa paperwork and handling last-minute room changes. She kept me updated on everything, constantly checking in and ensuring I was in the loop with any changes. Coming from the UK, I didn’t want the hassle of bringing over vendors. Within 10 minutes of asking, Luciana provided a comprehensive list of hair and makeup artists, florists, and other vendor recommendations, making the process so much easier. The venue offers a variety of areas to use during the wedding, all planned meticulously. The food was outstanding. I’ve never had such delicious wedding food. They catered to allergens and intolerances with no issues. The value for money here is exceptional, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. I can’t wait to return every year now! If you’re considering Pantanelli Di Vendicari for your wedding, I highly recommend it. Everything was smooth, stress-free, and absolutely stunning. The photos are already looking incredible!

Everyone at Tenuta SLV was amazing, really accommodating, flexible and professional throughout the 2 years of planning we did from the first viewing all the way to the wedding day itself. We would highly recommend this venue for an intimate family orientated wedding with natural beauty and charm. Now for the specifics: Accommodation: there was room for all our guests on site each within several apartments that have bathrooms and small kitchenettes (though not all have a fridge) which was good for the day of the wedding when they had to organise their own lunches. Breakfast was provided each day to a good standard, with plenty of variety and good coffee which we brits value over most things! Getting everyone checked in was easy and Alicia was a fantastic welcoming presence on arrival. Food: The food throughout our stay was STUNNING. The pizza party the night before was perfect, a good range of sides with classic pizzas including salads went down a treat, all topped off with a gelato and brilliant wines. The food on our special day could not have been better which started with a HUGE apperitivo board complete with breads, meats, cheeses and veggie options. The dinner was amazing (pork and truffle pasta followed by Veal), well balanced and served quickly and we were so appreciative that seconds were brought round and the guests complimented this element the most. The dessert buffet was by far my favourite element and the range to choose from is excellent. The team work really hard to create culinary excellence, I was just sad it got taken away so quickly and didn't get to have more! The wine selection was more than satisfactory, and when we were informed by our guests that the Rose was a favourite of almost all attendees, the venue kindly provided extra bottles of this throughout our wedding day and during the open bar in the evening at a reasonable rate. Staff: The staff were incredibly professional and helpful throughout the day and while they often go unseen, we would like to commend them for making our day run so smoothly. A special shout out to the resident dog who came to greet us each morning. Flamigna has built something she and the family should be really proud of and we hope the success long continues for all involved.

Non potevamo chiedere di meglio: fin dal primo momento che abbiamo contattato Giulia per le varie informazioni in merito alla location, è stata subito disponibile ed esaustiva nel fornire le informazioni che avevamo richiesto! Abbiamo poi organizzato una visita alla location, in quanto non residenti in Italia e abbiamo capito subito che “Villa le Vigne” era quello che cercavamo per il nostro matrimonio! Giulia e il team, sono stati sempre super disponibili quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di qualsiasi aiuto! Per non parlare del cibo: i piatti offerti erano veramente squisiti e veramente grazie anche a tutto il team del ristorante e della sala! Tutti gli ospiti, sia italiani che non, sono rimasti veramente stupiti ed soddisfatti del soggiorno e del servizio offerto! Grazie ancora! ❤️ Valentina & Thomas

We had our dream wedding at Masseria Agnello. The hosts and staff were very responsive, supportive and kind at all times. They even coordinated the usage of the public spaces directly with the catering. We couldn’t hope for a better and more friendly service. And not to mention their venue…. A paradise of beauty and tranquility.

Had the most amazing wedding at Villa Rizzo! The venue was perfect, the staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them. They turned my fairytale into a reality. The wedding planner they recommended Inventosogni and the team at Villa Rizzo listening to what we wanted and made it all perfect. Thank you so much.

Riseccoli as a wedding venue was everything we needed for a small wedding party of around 40 people. The staff are so lovely and go out of their way to make everything as smooth as possible. The villas that can be rented for guests are spacious and beautifully designed (although definitely rustic rather than modern). Riseccoli put us in touch with Licinia Spataro for planning who was faultless in putting together all the vendors and making the day great. Riseccoli, in combination with catering from Il Sorisso and others made it an absolutely perfect day. The wine is also fantastic! (Review also posted on Wedding Wire)
