Winchfield House

Winchfield House is a stunning venue easily accessible from M3 and A30. Set in beautiful rolling parkland with uninterrupted views as far as the eye can see, it provides the perfect romantic venue for a wedding or a special celebration.

Following a recent renovation, the Grade II house is furnished to the highest possible standard and is now a magnificent home with reception rooms filled with family antiques, glorious paintings and beautiful fabrics that are used to stunning effect. The charming, sunny Drawing Room and Dining Room seat up to 50 for formal parties and receptions and the Drawing Room is licensed for up to 50 guests for a civil ceremony. There is also overnight accommodation for 10 guests in spacious, comfortable bedrooms that are beautifully finished with fine linen and sumptuous fabrics; each has its own en suite bathroom. Winchfield House is a member of Wolsey Lodges.

For a summer wedding, the extensive gardens, with their manicured lawns, natural areas and a carp lake provide a wonderful, photogenic backdrop for a marquee venue and there is ample parking for up to 100 cars.

Catering is provided by Smith & Smith, with Sarah Garwood, who are able to offer the finest quality cuisine designed to meet your specific needs. Corkage is not charged and therefore Winchfield House provides excellent value for money.

      A perfect English country house
      Our reception at Winchfield House could not have been more perfect. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, set in a fantastic garden and conveniently located so it''s easy to get to but so peaceful that you feel you''re in the middle of nowhere. From the start, we were made to feel we were the only people to ever hold our reception there which made it feel so personal and we received just the right amount of help and support, nothing was too much trouble. Our guests seemed to love it too with many of them writing afterwards to say what a wonderful place we had chosen. I can''t recommend Winchfield House highly enough.
