We got married just this weekend and I honestly don’t know where to start.

Right from when we booked, Woodhall has been so attentive. Everyone we spoke to was so helpful and quick with their responses.

Mollie, our wedding day coordinator, she was just incredible. Always happy to help and support us, even when we had some last minute changes, not to mention she was such a joy and a laugh to have with us on the day. I can’t thank her enough for everything she did for us.

Issy was working with us in the evening and again was an absolute joy. Very attentive and prepared for anything, she made me absolutely die laughing when I happened to mention I was feeling a bit shiny and she appeared with a bum bag of solutions to every cosmetic emergency you could have. (My mum still talks about the joke she made about how when you say wine three times in a mirror she appears)
The DJ was amazing and got the vibe of the evening so well and had people on the dance floor all night.

The chef and the waiting staff were absolutely fantastic, the food was divine. All our guest's were talking about how good it tasted and how amazing the presentation and service was (incredibly coordinated and synchronised).

Overall, the day was better than we ever could’ve planned and none of it would’ve happened without all the incredible, hardworking staff, you should all be so proud of yourselves.

I want to end with another special thank you to both Mollie and Issy, it was like we gained another two best friends throughout the whole time, you two were just so cute and amazing, we loved having you guys with us and we will never ever forget you guys!! I wish we got to get a photo with Mollie!! But I will include the selfie we got with Issy as she helped us carry things to our room at the end of the night!

The location was perfect, I've always dreamed of getting married in a Staley home/ manor vibe and it was perfect. Georgia was amazing coordinator for the day made sure everything was perfect no suggestions too small. They recreated our thoughts and designs perfectly for the wedding breakfast tables.

We had the most incredible wedding at Woodhall Manor and strongly recommend choosing Woodhall if you are looking for a bespoke, high-end wedding in the picturesque Suffolk countryside.

From our very first tour visit, we very quickly knew this was the one. The manor and its grounds offer something genuinely unique - a mix of spaces, with something incredibly special about each setting. There is the character of the manor itself, the large grounds surrounding the manor for canapés, the walled garden for the ceremony, the ballroom for the wedding breakfast with its long tables and French doors opening in the summer, and then the surprise of the beautifully styled nightclub room, which is a rare gem for a heritage venue. There's also so many fun little nooks to discover, like the Rock Bar, where we celebrated with a post-wedding drink into the early hours.

Our ceremony by the Dovecote was particularly special. It was quite simply the most out-of-this-world beautiful setting to say “I do”. The atmosphere and surroundings made it feel incredibly intimate and magical, and we were able to create the indoor/outdoor mix we had hoped for, which gave the whole day a wonderful sense of flow and kept the celebrations going late into the night.

We are incredibly grateful to the entire team at Woodhall. Their professionalism and care when delivering a great service really shone through. Co-ordinator Georgia, Customer Journey Manager Leanne, the DJ, Chefs Ben & Mark, the Bar and Catering team, and everyone else at Woodhall Manor delivered such a brilliant service which left many guests commenting on the slickness of how everything ran on the day. We could see the whole team working their socks off behind the scenes, but everything was handled with a smile and without a single issue. Our co-ordinator Georgia gave us complete confidence that everything was in safe hands, allowing us to properly enjoy our wedding.

We also had a large number of external suppliers involved, but the Woodhall team did their utmost to communicate with them, be flexible and work together to make everything seamless. Their willingness to collaborate took a huge amount of pressure off us. This was particularly important because we had quite a few bespoke ideas, and nothing felt like it was being treated as an inconvenience. The Woodhall team were incredibly responsive and accommodating wherever they could help, and this helped us create a day that genuinely felt uniquely ours.

The catering was exceptional. The wait staff were so lovely and professionally trained, with their synchronised service genuinely befitting of a high-end restaurant. The chefs Ben & Mark were brilliant in helping us develop a bespoke menu, hosting us for a private tasting and accommodating our requests. They clearly took pride in creating something personal to us, and the result was fantastic.

The DJ was another highlight. We provided suggestions from our own playlist and he built an exciting mix around them, adding his own choices in a way that worked brilliantly for our guests. He really understood the atmosphere we wanted and created quite a buzz on the dance floor.

The experience continued the following day, with fantastic accommodation and an amazing (and much needed!) breakfast with our guests. It was the perfect way to round off the celebrations and gave us time to relax, reflect on the day and enjoy being together before everyone headed home.

What made Woodhall particularly special for us was the combination of an incredible venue and a team genuinely willing to make things happen. We never felt like we were being fitted into a standard wedding package. Instead, we were able to shape the day around our tastes, our suppliers and our ideas, with Georgia and the wider team helping us bring everything together.

From the first tour to the final breakfast, every part of the experience felt considered, personal and exceptionally well executed. We received a commendable service and would highly recommend Woodhall Manor as the ideal setting for an English countryside wedding.

We recently had our wedding at Woodhall Manor and honestly couldn't have asked for a better venue or team.

From the very beginning, everyone was incredibly attentive, responsive, and supportive. Every question was answered quickly, nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made the whole planning process feel so much easier and less stressful.

On the day itself, everything ran seamlessly. We had an issue with our cake delivery that was completely outside of the venue's control, but the team stepped in immediately, received the cake, and worked their magic to make it look perfect. Their calm and proactive approach meant we didn't have to worry about a thing.

A special mention has to go to Georgia, who was absolutely fantastic. I was surprisingly calm and relaxed on the morning of the wedding, while Georgia was a ball of energy and excitement, ready to get the day started! Her enthusiasm was infectious and brought such a positive atmosphere to the day. At the same time, she was incredibly organised, professional, and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. It was so reassuring knowing she had everything under control, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy every moment. She genuinely went above and beyond to make our day special.

Woodhall Manor exceeded all of our expectations, and we're so grateful to the entire team for helping create the most perfect wedding day. Our wedding day at Woodhall Manor could not have been any better. The venue is beyond beautiful, and offers so many locations within it for the celebrations to move through which really helped to keep a flow to the day, and finishing off with the Garden Room which is more like your own personal bar/club was a highlight of so many of our guests.
There were lots of children on our guest list too and the grounds offered so much space for them to run around and enjoy the day as well as the adults!
The staff are so incredibly friendly and helpful and our wedding planners, Georgia and her colleague Nikki, were so brilliant at making sure everything went how we hoped it would, taking into account any personal touches and requests that we had to make the day as personal and special to us as possible.
In terms of food, countless guests have been raving about it! It was absolutely gorgeous and felt more like we were eating top restaurant meals rather than a wedding venue menu.
Furthermore, having the manor to ourselves for the evening and breakfast in the morning was the perfect way to finish the weekend.
We would recommend this venue 100 times over!

From the very beginning, our wedding coordinator Mollie was fantastic—always responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She was so patient throughout the entire process, which made everything feel calm and easy, even in the lead-up to the big day.

On the day itself, the staff were amazing—attentive and on hand whenever needed, but never intrusive. They struck that perfect balance that let us feel completely looked after while still being able to fully enjoy every moment.

The manor itself is simply stunning. It created such a magical atmosphere and was perfectly suited to the size and feel of our wedding. The rooms were beautiful, the meal was absolutely delicious, and the reception room was nothing short of phenomenal—it all came together better than we could have imagined.

One of our favourite moments was ending the night back in the king suite, relaxing in the jacuzzi bath and taking a quiet moment together to soak it all in as Mr and Mrs. It was the perfect way to finish such an unforgettable day.

We’ve had so many of our guests tell us it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to—and we completely agree. Woodhall Manor made our day truly special, and we wouldn’t change a single thing.

We loved how the different rooms were used throughout the day — from our ceremony to the reception drinks, wedding breakfast, and finally the evening disco. It meant we got to experience and enjoy the very best of the manor, with each space offering its own unique character and charm.
The staff were incredible throughout the whole process, especially our coordinator Georgia. Nothing was too much trouble and I truly believe her organisation, kindness and passion lead to this being a perfect day . All of the team made everything feel effortless, taking care of every detail so we could simply enjoy the moment. Their professionalism and warmth really stood out and made us feel completely at ease.
The food and drinks were perfect — beautifully presented, delicious, and enjoyed by all our guests. Every part of the day ran so smoothly, and it genuinely felt like the team went above and beyond to give us our perfect day.

Woodhall manor and its wonderful employees couldn’t have been more amazing for us and our big day.

Georgia was our saving grace throughout this process, she ensured she answered all of my questions - and trust me there were a lot of them - in a quick and timely manner with the most detail she could provide. We had a last minute guest fly in from the states at 6pm the day before the wedding and Georgia made sure to include them as much as the other guests despite the last minute requests. On the day Georgia took care of everything, she really made sure we had no stresses and she was so warm and welcoming making all of us feel a lot less of those wedding jitters you get. Overall Georgia made the experience of planning a wedding much easier than it’s supposed to be so we are very grateful for all her help and support.

All the other employees during our ceremony and dinner were fantastic too, so friendly and were always willing to help with a smile. *they also tolerated our drunk guests very well*

The venue itself will be one we’ll never forget. The outside is perfect for photo opportunities, the rooms are unbelievably grand, clean and comfortable. The main room that attracted us to Woodhall Manor in the first place was the garden lounge, when you look up venues it’s hard to find a place that a “conventional” white and pink wedding. But the garden lounge was more than we could’ve hoped for, it’s beautifully decorated and something we’ll never forget.

Overall, I couldn’t recommend Woodhall Manor enough. If not for the beautiful venue, then the wonderful employees that will make sure you have what you need when you need it. To this day I’ve had our guests tell me it was the best wedding they’d ever been to because of those two points.

Our day could not have been more perfect! Woodhall manor is just stunning and the support through the day was excellent. Jacqueline and Jade made sure everything run as smoothly as possible and the venue/staff were very attentive.

We got married on 17th February at Woodhall and it really was the best day of our lives! The sunshine came out and Woodhall Manor was the perfect venue for our special day.
Jacqueline was our WEM and we can’t thank her enough for everything she did before and during our wedding. She was always at the end of the phone or on email and noted everything we wanted to be included on our day. So many of our guests fell in love with the venue and couldn’t stop talking about the food! The food was incredible and they even adapted the menu to cater for our guests with allergies. The staff that worked on our day were fantastic!

We held our wedding at Woodhall in January 2023 and could not have asked for a lovelier venue. The staff were very friendly and helpful, everyone commented on how great the food was and how much they liked the accommodation. Beth was very organised both prior to and on the actual day, everything ran to schedule which was fantastic, we did not have to worry about anything. It was so nice having the use of the whole venue and ending the night with friends and family in the Rock Bar was just perfect. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I got married here on the 6th April and the day was fantastic from start to finish! The staff were incredible, so polite and always there if you needed something! Big shout out to our wedding coordinator Beth, from planning our wedding to running our day Beth was outstanding! We 100% recommend Woodhall Manor, the lead up to the wedding and the planning is great, cater to any of your needs or wants! Communication by telephone or email is great, always reply by the next day! The food was delicious, all my guest said how nice the food was.
Accommodation was outstanding, the rooms are all beautiful and worth it with breakfast the next day included which was also delicious!!
So we would 100% recommend this venue!!
