The venue is perfect. A magical setting on the edge of a small lake and surrounded by woodland. It is so peaceful. The tipi is perfect and is kitted out with everything you need. It offers so much flexibility to really personalise the venue.
The ability to bring your own alcohol and select your own caterers is great for both the budget and make the day your own.
Finally the owners of the venue Dan and Amy and the people who work there are so accommodating. Couldn’t recommend enough!

We had the most perfect wedding reception at Elmbridge Farm (a long time coming, as we booked them back in 2018 before Covid meant we had to postpone for a year!).

On top of the usual wedding stress, Amy & Dan had to navigate a particularly challenging Covid year full of miserable, anxious and stressed couples (us being one of them), difficult for every business but especially a brand new one! We appreciate how calm they kept, how professional they were through the adversity, and for keeping positive when all our wedding plans looked like they were slipping away.

Elmbridge Farm is just the most beautiful, relaxed venue. The scenery, woodland and lake all add to the serenity, and the blank canvas of the tipi makes your creativity run wild!

Amy & Dan were much more relaxed about our supplier choice than other venues - we were not made to choose a certain supplier (although they did give us recommendations) and we never felt like we were being forced into a decision. Because of this, we felt we could create a completely unique wedding that felt so personal to us.

What really stood Elmbridge out from other tipi venues was actually the pathways, permanent wooden flooring, toilets & nearby accommodation - the tipi doesn’t just look plonked in a field, the settings and tipi fit together perfectly and has been well thought out in terms of heel choice and making our guests feel comfortable in navigating the venue!
Instead of having to hire portaloos in like every other outside venue we looked at, Elmbridge has its very own renovated, permanent bathrooms, with beautiful cottages perfect for a bridal party a 3 minute walk away. We felt we and our guests had the best of both worlds: an outdoors wedding, but with indoor comforts!

I’d recommend Elmbridge Farm to couples who are after something different, are willing to put in the creative work, and want to give their guests an experience, not just a standard wedding! Thank you Amy and Dan, for the last 2.5 years - it’s been a blast!

Every single part of our day was absolutely incredible, and so much of that is down to the wonderful team at Elmbridge.

They were super flexible with letting us do whatever we wanted with the venue, and being that we both work in the food and drink trade, that was super important to us.

All of the communication from the team was spot on and the day was a huge success. Our friends and family are a rowdy bunch and they dealt with them all wonderfully. Sam was a godsend during the day itself and everyone commented on how beautiful the venue was.

Without a doubt, the right choice for us.

We would highly recommend this venue for a wedding. We had the best day at the most beautiful place. The staff at Elmbridge Farm were so attentive and great! If you are looking for a relaxed, beautiful venue Elmbridge is the one for you!

As soon as we viewed Elmbridge Farm, we knew without a doubt that we had to get married there. It was so different to anything else we had seen and perfectly suited the relaxed vibe we wanted. Apart from the stunning surroundings, the no corkage and unrestricted suppliers sold us the venue. Unfortunately we had a very very rainy day which meant we had to have an indoor ceremony and reception which was our plan B. But this didn’t take anything away from the day. We got married looking out onto the beautiful lake and the ceremony felt very intimate. The only thing to consider is the noise restrictions - we had several saxophonists refuse to take the booking due to this. We did eventually find one but they had to play quietly. If you are looking for something you can truly make your own, then Elmbridge Farm is the perfect venue. They are super flexible and relaxed! Despite having a rainy wedding day, we had the venue all weekend which meant we got to enjoy it in the sun with our close friends and family. Having it all weekend makes it great value too!

Elmbridge farm was the perfect venue for myself and now husband to celebrate our wedding. The location is stunning especially if the weather allows an outdoor ceremony.

As you pay for the venue on its own and then find your suppliers for your food/decoration you can make your wedding your own and personalise it as much as you want.

Also for an additional cost there is lovely cottages onsite to stay with friends and family during your wedding weekend. You can see horses roaming and fisherman on the lake. It is very tranquil.

Our experience was fab!!!

We took a huge risk on this venue when we first came to view it 3 years ago as it was just plans and visions of what it could become. We knew we wanted a tipi wedding but couldn't find the right location to have one, until we met Dan and Amy at Elmbridge. They stood before us with an incredibly scenic farm which has multiple lakes and beautiful woodlands and sold us a dream which finally came true on 26th August 2021.
They have created something truly special at Elmbridge, providing a package like no other! You get the breath taking views of the fishery, beautiful giant tipi hats with real wooden flooring and actual pathways leading around the venue. The trees and walkways are lit up with fairy lights which is absolutely magical at night. The toilet block is pure luxury, especially compared to other tipi venues which often provide a portaloo or two. They also have several stunning cottages on site which were such a pleasure to stay in the night before and night of our wedding. It really helped us soak up the whole experience and feel at home with the venue. On top of all these wonderful qualities Elmbridge has to offer, we were given the opportunity to get creative, decorate the venue ourselves and choose our own suppliers. This was one of our favourite aspects of the wedding as we had full control over our plans with complete support from Dan and Amy. It also meant that our wedding was so personal to us and that no two weddings would be the same.
So if you are looking for a unique, scenic and relaxed wedding then Elmbridge Farm is the place for you! Our guests were completely mind blown by the venue in all its entirety. A wedding they won't be forgetting any time soon.

We had our wedding here on the 14th August 2021 and the word spectacular is completely underselling it! It is a must have! The views alone are enough to make you fall in love with it, however the ceremony overlooking the lakes just makes it perfect! The ceremony was beautiful and watching my bride walking down the aisle especially with the views was just made of dreams!! The tipi itself is something else, you will not be disappointed especially with the terrace area where our canapés were served! Both Amy & Dan went to every effort to make this day everything me and bride hoped for and more(Even going out to get a special ingredient that a guest had asked for to make an unusual shot) Honestly they are the nicest people and just made our wedding day do perfect, nothing was too much trouble for them , you certainly need them! All the guests were just in awe at how amazing and beautiful everything was! Everyone says to you your wedding is the best day of your life and it certainly is and this is down to having it at Elmbridge! Our wedding day was something out of a dreams and I cannot thank Elmbridge enough for everything! We got married at Elmbridge farm in July 2021 and had the most perfect day. Amy and Dan were so incredibly helpful and their flexibility let us create the bespoke day we wanted. They really helped the build up to the day be as relaxed as possible despite the ever changing covid restrictions!

The venue itself is absolutely stunning! Complete with a lakeside ceremony area, trees full of fairy lights and even a brick built toilet block! Although Elmbridge Farm is a relatively new venue you would never guess as the entire day went so smoothly from start to finish. We cannot recommend them enough if you are looking for a relaxed yet beautiful setting for a wedding!

Could not recommend Elmbridge Farm enough, Amy and Dan were great right from when we first booked in 2018, to having to postpone due to Covid and finally having our day on 17th July 2021! They were so accommodating, professional and great communicators the whole way through. What a gorgeous venue, if you’re considering booking my only advice is do it!

Amy and Dan were fantastic from start to finish! We viewed the venue back in February 2019 when they were still in the building phase, but we fell in love with the surroundings and their dream of turning it into the most beautiful venue. As a new business, Amy and Dan were really hit hard by Covid but they continued to communicate with us all the way through and made rescheduling a breeze. They were able to pull all the guidance together and make it so easy for us to understand and worked closely with us throughout the entire planning process. On the day, Amy and Dan were on hand to iron out any creases and with their team made it a day we will remember forever. As I found out I was pregnant the week before the wedding, they even helped me keep my little secret by making sure I always had a mocktail in hand so that our guests were none the wiser. They really did go above and beyond. Being so close to where we live, many of our guests couldn’t believe that they didn’t know it was there and remarked on what an amazing location it was, a lovely little hidden paradise.

We held our wedding at Elmbridge Farm in August 2019 and it was our perfect day!

Amy and Dan were so lovely and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. They'd had a tipi wedding themselves, so were able to give us great advice and offer suggestions that we hadn't even thought about ourselves. Amy also suggested some great local suppliers who helped with our flowers and our catering - her local knowledge was a huge help.

We had the best day - Elmbridge is a stunning location, with beautiful lakes and woodland - all of our guests were blown away. Thank you so much for everything Amy and Dan!

Amy and Dan have created an incredible venue which completely wowed not only us but also all of our guests. The site was beautiful, unique and we loved being able to personalise it in our own way, with the vendors that we wanted. The couple themselves are kind, thoughtful and patient (which is great as I was not the most chilled out bride!), answering all of our questions, last minute panics and then running the days smoothly. They're calm, friendly professionalism meant that we were able to relax and enjoy the day knowing that we were in their safe hands. Incredible venue and team. Thank you
