Elmbridge was our dream wedding venue from the beginning and although we tried to book it 2 years in advance, it was booked up already! Much to our delight, a few weeks after our initial enquiry ( after we were put on a back-up list), we got a surprise call to tell us our exact date had become available. It felt like the stars had aligned!!

Everyone at Elmbridge were a delight to deal with from the beginning - namely Dan, Charlotte and Sam who supported us in planning our wedding all the way from Australia. They showed my parents and in-laws around the site on multiple occasions and fielded all our many questions and queries over email and via calls/Whatsapp.

The best things about Elmbridge are:
- Unlike 90% of venues, you can book the on-site Accommodation from Friday until Monday (rather than just one night) and it sleeps a lot of guests!
- Guests can stay in the bell tents and the safari tents all weekend too meaning you can create a festival vibe
- You can stretch the wedding event over 3 days and really make the most of the weekend - we hosted about 30 people at The Chequers Pub up the road on the Friday for dinner, had the wedding on Saturday and then most of the guests came back for a BBQ on the Sunday and we checked out on the Monday at 10am
- The ceremony space outside is gorgeous with the backdrop of the lake and animals all around
- The Tipi is a beautiful blank canvas for you to decorate just how you please and it is lit up really beautifully meaning very little decoration is needed - very rustic-chic!
- There is plenty of seating - tables, chairs, hay bales, fire pits etc and you can arrange the furniture however you like, the staff will arrange it all for you prior to the ceremony using an online form
- Our Coordinator Sam was brilliant - she helped the day run smoothly and managed the bar and staff just as we wanted
- You can being your own booze - which saves a lot of money and you can set up extra cocktail bars if you like
- The grounds-staff, bar staff and cleaners were all lovely - very accommodating, friendly and helpful
- You can set up outdoor games on the lawn and we did a tug-of-war which was hilarious
- Elmbridge felt like home - every guest mentioned how relaxed and fun the wedding was and this was mainly because the venue was so chilled and let us put our own spin on it
- You can engage all your own suppliers, which saves costs and creates a festival feel - Elmbridge are very laid back, friendly and accommodating to all suppliers

I would highly recommend Elmbridge as a wedding venue - we had the best day of our lives and are very grateful that the stars aligned to give us the wedding of our dreams! Thanks guys :D

We loved our wedding experience with Elmbridge Farm. The fact that we could create our wedding exactly how we wanted, made our wedding so special. We had a rodeo bull, food trucks, lawn games and decorated the venue ourselves. Essentially you only pay for the venue as a shell and sort everything else yourself which really worked for us to make it our own. Everyone commented on how they had ‘never been to a wedding like it’. The venue is so beautiful, I wish we could do it all over again.

Elmbridge Farm was the first and only venue we viewed for our wedding... We booked it 2 days after the first viewing! We viewed it in January when the tipis weren't up yet, but we were sold the moment we saw the farm and the beautiful surroundings. We felt at home there right away and it was easy to create the wedding we wanted there. The team are obviously super busy, but do their best to reply swiftly and be flexible where they can. On the day we felt in very safe hands and things went really smoothly. Having our family and close friends staying in the accommodation across the site was perfect, it felt like a little village of our favourite people. The facilities on site are really lovely and well kept. We stayed in the lodges and absolutely loved it (though there aren't enough mirrors so bring more for getting ready! And bring a fan if it's hot weather). We found that the venue do more for you than you expect - they should toot their own horn more as we weren't sure until last minute on some things. Everything was perfect but it would have been good to know sooner so we could relax more :).

All in all, this was the dream wedding! I can 1000% recommend Elmbridge Farm. We will treasure the memories formed here forever and will most definitely return to stay at the accomodation on our anniversary for years to come!

We got married at Elmbridge Farm on the 14th of June 2025 and had the most incredible weekend celebrating with our friends and family. From start to finish, the entire team was amazing - so friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly.

A special shout out to Kate for her brilliant support both on the day and in the lead-up to the wedding. She made us feel so reassured and kept everything running effortlessly behind the scenes. Max was great in helping us with the added touches, including the amazing ice cream bike which was a huge hit, and Dan was fantastic with the lodges.

The venue itself was everything we had hoped for - relaxed, beautiful, and completely flexible. We loved having the independence to choose our own suppliers all with the added bonus of no corkage! The whole atmosphere of the day felt so “us,” and we couldn’t be more grateful.

We would recommend Elmbridge Farm a million times over to anyone looking for a magical, laid-back wedding venue with an incredible team behind it. We would give it 6 stars if we could ⭐. Thank you so much to everyone involved - we’ll definitely be back to stay in the safari tents for our anniversary!

I knew exactly what I wanted when it came to a wedding venue and was reluctant to budge on many things and Elmbridge Farm was absolutely perfect. The tipis are so beautiful and the wedding was exactly as I pictured it. All my guests were so impressed with how beautiful the venue is and it was something completely different to what they were used to. The team were also very responsive and everything was very easy to organise. I really appreciated all the planning tools on the website which made everything very simple and straight forward.

The venue is perfect. A magical setting on the edge of a small lake and surrounded by woodland. It is so peaceful. The tipi is perfect and is kitted out with everything you need. It offers so much flexibility to really personalise the venue.
The ability to bring your own alcohol and select your own caterers is great for both the budget and make the day your own.
Finally the owners of the venue Dan and Amy and the people who work there are so accommodating. Couldn’t recommend enough!

As soon as we viewed Elmbridge Farm, we knew without a doubt that we had to get married there. It was so different to anything else we had seen and perfectly suited the relaxed vibe we wanted. Apart from the stunning surroundings, the no corkage and unrestricted suppliers sold us the venue. Unfortunately we had a very very rainy day which meant we had to have an indoor ceremony and reception which was our plan B. But this didn’t take anything away from the day. We got married looking out onto the beautiful lake and the ceremony felt very intimate. The only thing to consider is the noise restrictions - we had several saxophonists refuse to take the booking due to this. We did eventually find one but they had to play quietly. If you are looking for something you can truly make your own, then Elmbridge Farm is the perfect venue. They are super flexible and relaxed! Despite having a rainy wedding day, we had the venue all weekend which meant we got to enjoy it in the sun with our close friends and family. Having it all weekend makes it great value too!

Every single part of our day was absolutely incredible, and so much of that is down to the wonderful team at Elmbridge.

They were super flexible with letting us do whatever we wanted with the venue, and being that we both work in the food and drink trade, that was super important to us.

All of the communication from the team was spot on and the day was a huge success. Our friends and family are a rowdy bunch and they dealt with them all wonderfully. Sam was a godsend during the day itself and everyone commented on how beautiful the venue was.

Without a doubt, the right choice for us.

Elmbridge farm was the perfect venue for myself and now husband to celebrate our wedding. The location is stunning especially if the weather allows an outdoor ceremony.

As you pay for the venue on its own and then find your suppliers for your food/decoration you can make your wedding your own and personalise it as much as you want.

Also for an additional cost there is lovely cottages onsite to stay with friends and family during your wedding weekend. You can see horses roaming and fisherman on the lake. It is very tranquil.

Our experience was fab!!!

Amy and Dan were fantastic from start to finish! We viewed the venue back in February 2019 when they were still in the building phase, but we fell in love with the surroundings and their dream of turning it into the most beautiful venue. As a new business, Amy and Dan were really hit hard by Covid but they continued to communicate with us all the way through and made rescheduling a breeze. They were able to pull all the guidance together and make it so easy for us to understand and worked closely with us throughout the entire planning process. On the day, Amy and Dan were on hand to iron out any creases and with their team made it a day we will remember forever. As I found out I was pregnant the week before the wedding, they even helped me keep my little secret by making sure I always had a mocktail in hand so that our guests were none the wiser. They really did go above and beyond. Being so close to where we live, many of our guests couldn’t believe that they didn’t know it was there and remarked on what an amazing location it was, a lovely little hidden paradise.

We took a huge risk on this venue when we first came to view it 3 years ago as it was just plans and visions of what it could become. We knew we wanted a tipi wedding but couldn't find the right location to have one, until we met Dan and Amy at Elmbridge. They stood before us with an incredibly scenic farm which has multiple lakes and beautiful woodlands and sold us a dream which finally came true on 26th August 2021.
They have created something truly special at Elmbridge, providing a package like no other! You get the breath taking views of the fishery, beautiful giant tipi hats with real wooden flooring and actual pathways leading around the venue. The trees and walkways are lit up with fairy lights which is absolutely magical at night. The toilet block is pure luxury, especially compared to other tipi venues which often provide a portaloo or two. They also have several stunning cottages on site which were such a pleasure to stay in the night before and night of our wedding. It really helped us soak up the whole experience and feel at home with the venue. On top of all these wonderful qualities Elmbridge has to offer, we were given the opportunity to get creative, decorate the venue ourselves and choose our own suppliers. This was one of our favourite aspects of the wedding as we had full control over our plans with complete support from Dan and Amy. It also meant that our wedding was so personal to us and that no two weddings would be the same.
So if you are looking for a unique, scenic and relaxed wedding then Elmbridge Farm is the place for you! Our guests were completely mind blown by the venue in all its entirety. A wedding they won't be forgetting any time soon.
