It was just perfect..
Hi Sophie, I just wanted to say a MASSIVE thank you to you and your staff for making our wedding so utterly amazing last Friday. Everyone has such an amazing time, both me and Simon are still buzzing from the experience and I think many of our guests are too! Please pass on thanks to your chefs, the food was divine and I loved every last bite - my only wish is that my dress had allowed me to have more! My Dad even commented it was one of the best meals he has ever had! The waiting staff were also so friendly and nice to chat to, and would do anything they could do to help out on the day. Just one final thanks to yourself (and Lyndsey!) - you coordinated the day so perfectly and I was so happy that you were there all day to help out. The sweetie table looked so pretty and we both really appreciate the help stacking and dressing the cakes, it took some of the stress out of the preparation on Thursday! Also thanks for putting up with all of my bridezilla moments!! Anyway, I couldn't think of a single way to improve the day, it was just perfect and it wouldn't have been the same without the efforts from all the staff in the Dine team, so thank you!!!!! Best of luck for all your future events, I know you are going to make many, many newly weds just as happy as we were(/are)!

The best wedding day we could have asked for

An unforgettable and special experience
I would just like to say a really big 'thank you' to Sophie and the Dine team for making our wedding day at Allerton Castle absolutely perfect. The venue was fantastic and the service that we received from Dine was second to none. The food was exceptional and there have been many comments from our guests about how much they enjoyed their meals! The waiting staff during the wedding breakfast were so organised and worked well with Sophie in making sure that everyone was catered for. They all worked very hard and were friendly and cheerful throughout, ensuring an enjoyable wedding breakfast. Many thanks to Sophie too for co-ordinating the presentation of Myles' grandmother's 94th birthday surprise. She was certainly not expecting a cake and a 'happy birthday' from a room full of people! The tables and chairs in the Dining Room were absolutely perfect and with Sophie's help and co-ordination with my florist, we got all the stationary, etc, to tie in with the colour scheme and 'feel' of the room. All in all, I look back on that day with wonderful memories. When I look at my photographs the whole day comes back to me and the atmosphere that was in that dining room during the meal, the speeches and beyond, was one of complete and total happiness. Everybody had a fantastic time and we have had many cards commenting upon the whole experience for them too. An unforgettable and special experience which far exceeded what I could have hoped for, and Sophie and the team pulled everything together to perfection. You have a team to be proud of and an excellent Chef, and with a combination like this, I wish you every success in the future.

How wonderful to truly have your dream day...
The venue was superb, and again, on the actual day, with all the things we'd chosen, the flowers, the candles etc, it really felt unique to us and we couldn't have wished for anything more. Chris and I were very keen to have a menu that wasn't just "wedding food" but something we'd actually choose to eat if we were out. What we weren't expecting was for the food to be even better than it was at the tasting. It was delicious. Absolutely exceptional. We've had lots of guests tell us that it was by far the best food they've had at a wedding and it has been a cause of much incredulity that the lamb came out pink for 120 people! Lyndsey was our contact from the beginning. She showed us around Allerton when we visited in March 2011 and was always helpful, lovely and informative. She never showed any signs of being fed up with the level of detail I needed to know about things nor did she ever seem anything but delighted to show us around when we returned again and again. It was also a pleasure to have her around in the build up to the walk down the staircase and she continued smiling right up until the last guests left after 1am. Chris and I really did have the most perfect day. Looking back over the photographs and talking to people about it has been heavenly. How wonderful to truly have your dream day and to feel that nothing could have gone better. Both of our sets of parents have said it was incredible and they can't stop talking about it. Thank you very, very much to your team for everything they did in helping us make our day so very, very special.

Dear Sophie and all the staff at Dine, What can we say… thank you so much for our perfectly magical Wedding Day! Your organisational skills, personal service and superb attention to detail were so greatly appreciated and shone through so brightly on our special day. The food and service were both fantastic so sincere compliments to the Chef, his team and the staff. Sophie, you have been a pleasure to deal with and we had faith in you from day one which proved to be exceptionally well placed, you remained enthusiastic and made us feel special and paid intimate attention to ‘our day’ making it feel truly special and unique. The whole day was perfect
Dear Sophie, Just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you so much for all you did leading up to an on the day of our Wedding. At all points throughout the day you or a member of your team were on hand to help our guests and bridal party and I certainly wouldn’t have known what to do without you! The whole day was perfect and I know that is largely down to the efforts that the castle and Dine staff put in behind the scenes. As you can imagine, Matthew and I invested a great deal of time and effort into the planning our big day and it was wonderful to see it all come together so beautifully. The ballroom looked simply stunning; I honestly can’t imagine a more beautiful place to hold your wedding reception! Every single one of our guests was blown away by Allerton Castle and we have had some wonderful feedback. We have really enjoyed listening to everyone’s stories of the day from all the different perspectives, with one thing in common; from guests to bridesmaids, to pageboys and ushers, everyone had a fabulous time. We are just about getting back to normal now two months on but I have the pictures of our amazing day on my digital photo frame so I don’t get too depressed!
