This 15th-century medieval estate provides you with a unique opportunity to host a fully exclusive wedding in the privacy of the countryside. While the estate specialises in smaller weddings, it can host celebrations with up to 130 guests. For couples dreaming of a truly luxurious and intimate occasion, the castle can accommodate up to 28 guests for an overnight stay. In addition to weekend celebrations, The Upper House Estate also caters for one-night wedding celebrations and midweek weddings, perfect for couples seeking an intimate, ceremony-only experience. The estate offers a choice of two stunning spaces, both fully licensed for civil ceremonies—select an indoor ceremony within the spectacular Medieval Great Hall, or exchange vows outdoors at the Solstice Tower, overlooking the breathtaking Kinder Reservoir.

If you wish to spend your celebration on the grounds, the venue has two large bespoke tipis available for use for a wedding feast. The Upper Estate House is partnered with Vanilla In Allseasons, who can provide your wedding catering on the day. For a truly tailored experience, they can offer you signature drinks and bespoke Kinder Cocktails from their fully stocked bar. Their wine cellar contains over 75 wines which can also be ordered in advance for your celebration.
