We opted for a small wedding and felt that Bamburgh Castle was the perfect setting. We were so happy to find that they could cater for a small wedding, but still provide the same incredible setting and service as a bigger wedding. Our Wedding Coordinator Naomi was so welcoming, responsive and answered all questions we had with no bother. The day was managed perfectly, no hiccups or stress and it was the most gorgeous setting! We were extremely happy with our wedding at Bamburgh Castle, and now we have somewhere stunning to go back to every year to celebrate!

We wanted a small wedding but not merely in a registry office. We were told about Langley Castle by a fellow hiker who had got married there the previous year, he showed us some pictures and when we got home we looked into it.... It's a stunning venue. The cost on a weekday isn't that much more than a registry office plus dinner afterwards, in the grand scheme of it, but you get soooo much more! Our wedding co-ordinator, James, was brilliant from start to end, last minute changes were not a problem. The package included 2 nights staying in the castle itself and evening meal and breakfast each morning. The food is fantastic!! The service brilliant. Oh, and the registrars, such lovely ladies, made it so easy - my husband is badly dyslexic and we had an awful experience with the registrar in Salford when we went to give our notice of marriage, these ladies were the polar opposite! Would we recommend - ABSOLUTELY!! We still think we're dreaming!!

Absolutely stunning, my husband surprised me for our first anniversary. First impretions were amazing it is such a beautiful enterance, the staff were really friendly and showed us to our room. Our room was wow! I did not want to leave it, we had a jacuzzi style bath need I say more... The gardens were gorgeous for a walk before dinner. Service at dinner was excellant, great attention to detail and really great food, just one sad thing is that its over but hopefully we can celebrate there again maybe our 2nd anniversary!
