We booked our wedding at Crabwall Manor in 2023 for 2025. At the time, the venue was under different management, and to be honest, we were a little concerned. There were moments early on where we questioned if we had made the right decision. Planning a wedding is definitely an rollercoaster and it is hard to feel confident when the people supporting you don’t feel fully present or responsive.
Everything changed when Sian and Ella came into the picture. From our first meeting with them, we felt heard and understood. They made it clear that our concerns were valid and that they were here to help make everything right. That level of care and honesty meant everything to us. We never felt like just another booking. We felt seen.
Ella has been nothing short of phenomenal. Every details meeting with her felt like sitting down with someone who genuinely cared about getting everything just right. She listened to every idea and concern and always offered thoughtful suggestions. Her calm nature made us feel instantly at ease, even during moments where the stress of planning crept in.
One of the things we will never forget is the way Ella welcomed our daughter. As parents, having her feel included and comfortable was so important to us. Ella not only made space for her, but made her feel special. That level of kindness and understanding meant the world to us as a family.
On our wedding day, Ella was simply incredible. She worked closely with Matt, our master of ceremonies, and together they made everything run smoothly. Every detail we had discussed came to life exactly as we imagined it. Ella was always nearby, calm and reassuring, and always there when we needed her. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
Because of her and the wonderful team at Crabwall Manor, our day was everything we dreamed it would be. It was personal, joyful, emotional, and completely us. We will forever be grateful for the love and care that went into making it so perfect.
Crabwall Manor now holds such a special place in our hearts. It is not just the place we got married. It is the place where we felt supported, understood, and truly celebrated.

We got married August 15, 2025- it was absolutely incredible start to finish. Crabwall was the first venue we viewed and anything after that just didn’t give me the same feeling, we fell in love completely! We had meetings with Ella and spoke frequently if I ever had any questions or worries, Ella was so responsive and always made me feel like my views were valued and understood my points entirely.
We found Crabwall was the best value for money for what we got included and it 100% took the stress from discussing our wants and requirements to external suppliers.
We couldn’t fault the staff at Crabwall at all, from the meetings, phone calls, payments, our countless visits to the wedding fayres and menu tasting, we were always treated impeccably!
Our day ran so smoothly and we are so so happy how many lovely comments we’ve had from friends and family about the gorgeous day we had.
Also a huge shoutout to Matt- for supporting us on the day making sure everything went smoothly and making sure my glass wasn’t empty!

I fell in love with this venue back in November 2023- after viewing several venues there was something about Crabwall that had the edge, and with that our wedding was booked for September 2025.
We ended up with a few wedding co-ordinators during our wedding planning, but when we met Ella we knew straight away our special day was in perfect hands!
We ventured to several open days, and at each one Ella ensured it was special. All of our meetings with Ella went smoothly and we knew nothing was too much. Even our menu tasting evening was made special.
After our final meeting, we only had a few weeks to go until our big day, we left everything with Ella and counted down the final weeks.
On the day of our wedding... everything went perfectly. Ella came to me early in the morning and reassured me all was going to plan, I was introduced to Kai- the master of ceremonies for the afternoon, who made me feel so calm and relaxed when i was staring to get stressed. Nothing was too much trouble, no question was a silly question and everything was double, triple checked for us.
If we needed Ella or Kai they were there in a heartbeat but they didn't crowd our day. We then had Matt in the evening, who again couldn't do enough for us. He ensured the rest of our day went smoothly right up until the DJ turned the music off.
Our wedding day was everything we had dreamt of and more, i cant thank the team at Crabwall, especially Ella enough, we will always be grateful for the most magical, perfect day you enabled for us.
We are already planning to come back for an overnight stay just because this place means so much to us!

A truly magical day, thank you Crabwall Manor for making are wedding as special as it can be. From Ella Berry helpings us plan it all to Ky & Matthew on the day of the wedding keeping us calm and making the day run smoothly it was truly a day we won’t forget. Everything was visually fantastic and our guests only had complementary comments to make about the venue and how beautiful everything looked. The kitchen staff catered for everybody’s dietary requirements and all our guests raved about the food. DJ Steve kept the party going all night long with everyone on the dance floor. Me and my wife Dannii have not picked a better location for our wedding and the price of everything was affordable. Thank you all at Crabwall you really made our dream come true.

From start to finish i could not fault any of the staff at the crabwall manor, Ella done everything in her power to make sure we had no stress at all right through planning the wedding nothing was too much of a ask, constantly going the extra mile to make sure everything was in place and perfect for our day, now on the day of the wedding sian was so calming throughout the morning kept keeping us calm and updated on everything and making sure everything was in place and sorted so we had no stress all morning. Now matt! Wow. I have never met matt in the whole build up to our wedding but oh my he was absolutely out of this world the whole day, i could not be anymore grateful of what he done for me and my wife. Not once did he say no to anysingle question and every single time he blew me out the water with the way he handled our day! I could not think of anywhere else i would like to be married this gets 10/10 from myself and Danielle, even down to the bar staff not one single one of them had a issue with any request we asked of them the whole day/night. Honestly if your looking for a venue then i would million percent recommend the crabwall over and over again! Thank you so so muchn

We can’t thank Crabwall Manor enough for our beautiful wedding day. Ella was absolutely amazing, she was so reassuring and nothing was ever too much for her. All of the staff on our wedding day were fantastic, they all looked after us so well and made sure our day went smoothly. The venue looked lovely and the food was delicious. Matthew, our master of ceremonies was a massive part in our day and is amazing at his job. We can’t thank you all enough for a perfect day.

We then met Ella who was like a breathe of fresh air - she listened to every little idea that we had and wasn't afraid to share her opinion also.
Our wedding day was honestly one of the best days of our lives - and the staff here at Crabwall Manor played a massive role in that.
Matt and Ella were great on the day and managed to make our wedding stress free and fun.
I would like to also mention how on every single visit we have had at Crabwall how we have always been greeted with the best customer service levels from Megan on reception - always helpful and ensuring that we felt valued.
The venue itself is stunning - inside and out.
All our guests complimented how lovely the food was and how the chef adjusted to the dietary requirements that our guests had.

We had our wedding at crabwall manor on the 22/05/2025, from the moment we looked at this place we knew we wanted our wedding here, Elle was so helpful from start to finish any questions I had emailed back straight away, took time out to help us with things for the wedding made us feel so relaxed and everything we asked for was done straight away we was not one bit worried about anything going wrong everything was done to high standard, Elle was not there for our wedding as she was annual leave our wedding was then passed over to Paul he was so helpful the day of wedding gave me a ring before I had arrived to introduce himself made us feel at ease with everything it all ran smoothly if I could have my wedding again I would 100% pick crabwall manor they went above and beyond for us I give them 5 star rating on everything because they really do deserve it! I don’t know if crabwall manor will see this review but I want to say a massive thankyou to you all who work there for giving us the best wedding ever!

We had visited many wedding venues prior to booking Crabwall and upon our first visit we knew this was the venue for us. The communication, wedding packing, value for money, amazing space and grounds all made us confident that we had chosen the right venue. From our planning nearly 2yrs ago to our big day on 2/5/25, Ella, Matt and wider Crabwall team were incredible. Nothing was too much trouble, additional items and changes we requested were easily accommodated. From checking in the night before the wedding until the day after our marriage we were made to feel like the only people that mattered:
We got married outside in the beautiful gardens, our guests loved the garden games, outdoor space, food and service. A huge thank you to all involved, would have no hesitation in recommending you.

We would like to thank all of the staff at crabwall manor for hosting our wedding on 3rd May 2025. It was perfect from start to finish and all of our guests had a fantastic time.
We want to send a special thank you to Ella the wedding co-ordinator who helped us get our wedding back on track after our original venue at Leasowe castle was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances with just over 2 months notice. Emma and I were married at Crabwall Manor in January of this year - and we absolutely cannot fault the venue or the team behind it.

The planning process was forensic in the attention to detail and nothing at all was too much trouble. The layout of the venue over several rooms makes for a really intimate venue where people can find a space and aren't necessarily forced to endure loud music.

The food was absolutely wonderful, and the drinks package was tailored to accommodate our needs - with a large number of our guests being non-drinkers, this was very helpful.

The staff team were incredibly professional, but warm and interested at the same time.

Every single thing about this venue and our wedding day was perfect. It's a beautiful venue and they really do care!
