We honestly cannot thank Jodie and the whole Kingston team enough for the most perfect wedding weekend. From the very first viewing to the farewell Sunday breakfast, everything was magical. The venue is breathtakingly beautiful, with immaculate gardens, cozy cottages, stunning barn conversions and a jaw dropping main house. A walled garden, dining marquee, circus tent yurt, and basement nightclub complete the astounding options on offer (all of which we used! ) Together it made us feel like we were hosting a festival or reunion party as well as an amazing celebration of love. Each space gave us the most incredible photos and joyful bridal party and guest experience. But what truly sets it apart is the staff. Drinks are served by smiling hosts, as behind the scenes transitions happen without anyone noticing. It’s incredible! Jodie is relaxed, accommodating and unflappable,nothing is too much trouble and she ensures every detail happens seamlessly. We were happy to take her advice and she preempted our every whim and made the entire lead-up completely stress-free. On the day, it felt like we truly owned the whole estate, there are so few rules but everything ran with guided precision, whilst feeling entirely relaxed and natural. It was the hottest weekend of the year but Jodie subtly adjusted speeches and timings to keep the guests in the shade and drinks flowing. Days earlier we’d also found England was in the World Cup quarter finals and, undaunted, Jodie set up a beautiful barn as a late night viewing option for some of the guests. And guests are still talking about how delicious the food was. The burrata starter, pasta course and chicken were exceptional and the abundance of dishes at every offering was astounding. Guests will NEVER be hungry here!The guest rooms were beautifully presented and 92 family and friends stayed for 42 hours and had the most perfect mini break. The views and scenery and seclusion are heavenly. Another 40 guests joined us for the whole of Saturday and were equally blown away by the venue. We truly wish we could do it all over again and would not hesitate to recommend this incredibly special place. Top tip - Do use Kingston’s book of recommended vendors to start your research. Despite being based in London we found it so helpful to be guided on local contacts and found our baker, musicians, makeup artists, florists, and photographers who knew the venue well and what worked best. Utilize the expertise of these tried and tested collaborations and the day takes care of itself! It was brilliant, members of staff make sure that on the day you have absolutely nothing to worry about but having fun and celebrating.

We couldn't have been happier with our choice of Pynes House. The venue was the perfect size for our wedding of circa 80 guests. The support offered prior to our wedding day was invaluable in shaping the day that we wanted. The whole team are so friendly and knowledgeable offering their advice on what they feel will work best for you and your vision. The on the day co-ordination was seamless, we felt so relaxed and completely in safe hands.

My husband and I recently got married at Churston Court, and as the venue’s very first wedding since opening, it exceeded every expectation we had. We got engaged in September and visited the venue in October. Even though renovation works were still underway at the time, we instantly knew it was the perfect place for us. Jamie, Jodie, Gareth, and the entire Churston team were an absolute pleasure to work with; friendly, organised, efficient, and genuinely dedicated to bringing our vision to life. We celebrated over two days, starting with welcome drinks the evening before, followed by the wedding itself the next day. Although it rained on the morning of the wedding, the team went above and beyond in the lead-up to the ceremony to make sure we could still have it outside in the walled garden - and thankfully, the sun appeared just in time for us. The variety of both indoor and outdoor spaces allowed us to make full use of the entire venue. We held welcome drinks in the bar, our ceremony in the walled garden, the drinks reception on the terrace, and the wedding breakfast under a stretch tent on another terrace. We also enjoyed a cocktail hour on the back terrace, next to the beautiful space where we later held the reception. We had family and friends travel from all over the world to celebrate with us, and everyone commented on the exceptional quality of the venue and the experience as a whole. Many of our guests said it was THE best wedding food they had tasted, and just the whole day and vibe was immaculate. We are incredibly grateful to the Churston team and for the genuine friendships we’ve built with them over the past seven months. We will remain in contact with them - Churston Court will always be somewhere that we return to to relive the happiest memories that were made there. It is just magical!

My wife and I had our wedding here and it was fantastic. The grounds are beautiful, the food is great, and we have never come across such a professional and friendly team in our lives. It really was the best day we could have imagined, so thanks especially to Beth, Ian and Mark for everything!
