Beautiful setting for a perfect wedding
We were married at St Augustine's on the 17th September. From start to finish, the day was amazing. The venue is utterly charming and set within beautiful grounds of a private estate. It is all yours for the day! You can get married in the grounds or in the chapel. We definitely wanted the latter as it gave an almost religious feel to our civil ceremony. All of our guests commented on how gorgeous the venue was and many said it was the best wedding they'd been to. The catering is first class and despite our speeches over-running there was no problem with the service of the food. Again, our guests have repeatedly commented on the quality of the food. We thank Liz, Rob and Jonathan for everything they did leading up to and on the big day itself. Victoria, the in-house florist, provided us with the most beautiful flowers, bouquets and additional decoration for the venue and marquee. A fantastic venue and unforgettable day. Wish we could do it all again!

      Excellent service
My friends Jaime and Rachel had their wedding here and it was fantastic. Not only that, but due to various shape-throwing on the dance floor and perhaps a bit too much grog I lost my phone. The venue very kindly posted it back to me upon discovery - what a star! Thanks a million, would massively recommend this venue to anyone

      Amazing Day
We got married at the Priory on 13th August and our day was more than we could have dreamed of. The grounds and settings were absolutely amazing. Our guests have told us that it was the best wedding that they'd been to and commented on how beautiful the venue was. Everything just flowed. The staff were so helpful. We'd like to say a big thank you to Rob the caterer, you did a brilliant job. Everyone was so impressed with the food and HUGE thank you to Frances, who stepped in at the last minute. I had nothing to worry about as you were fantastic! Wish we could do it all again. Absolutely perfect day

      40th Birthday Party
I held my husband's 40th birthday party at St Augustine's Priory, Bilsington Priory Estate, and I can honestly say it is one of the most memorable events of our lives ! The venue oozes history, and you can almost feel its rich heritage; what a wonderfully atmospheric building. The catering team, led by Rob are absolute professionals and Jonathan is a superb chef. The DJ, Steve Semelino is so talented and we can recommend him to anyone who books the venue. This venue cannot be faulted. We wish we had held our wedding here now !

      Outstanding in every way!
We got married at the Priory in September 2011 and could genuinely not have asked for a more fabulous day. The Priory staff are all brilliant. A massive thank you to Liz and Rob for all your support in the lead up to the wedding and for providing such a brilliant level of service on the day. So many guests have thanked us and commented on the venue. Food in particular was a huge hit but the whole day was superb. The staff work seamlessly as a team, and the well looked after building and grounds enthused a relaxed, peaceful and intimate atmosphere, yet with plenty of space to suit the needs and requirements of a wide range of guests. We would highly reccommend this venue on all counts- great staff, great location, excellent value for money and brilliant food. Many thanks to all of you at the Priory who made 24th September the most memorable day of our lives.

Perfect uninque venue with excellent food
We got married in September 2011. We had the perfect day, everything was superbly organised. The food was brillant and nothing was too much trouble for Rob and the chef. All our guests commented on what a lovely venue it was and most had never heard of it before. You can also bring your own drinks without a corkage charge which was a big plus for us and the venue was very reasonably priced compared to other venues.

      Absolutely perfect in every way
As the father of the bride for my daughters wedding on 24 September 2011, not only were we blessed with perfect weather, the Priory was the perfect setting. Beautiful grounds and lovely views, inside the marquee was perfectly decorated and well set out, Rob and his staff were friendly and hard working to make sure everything was perfect, and it was - Rob the food was wonderful - and so much of it - thank you! Being a man I've forgotten the name of the wedding planner (Sheena?) but she was wonderful throughout - as was Liz until she had to drop out due to injury! - Thoroughly recommended in every way!

      A perfect day 24th July
The venue is beautiful and Liz and Rob helped to make it a wonderful day. Lots of guests said it was the best wedding food they had ever had and there was plenty of it!Nothing was too much for the waiting staff who were all very cheerful. Victoria the in house florist produced beautiful displays. We were blessed with one of the few sunny days this summer and have some lovely memories. Thanks to everyone.

      A fairytale wedding
We got married here on August 26, 2011. There could have been nowhere more perfect. Dina is a BRILLIANT organiser - she completely put our minds at rest and made sure everything flowed without a hitch. I'm so pleased she could stay for the evening as well, I hope she enjoyed it all as much as we did! Thank you Dina, you were a star :) Rob the caterer is a consummate professional - and the food was divine! He'll listen to exactly what you want, whether it's an informal hog roast buffet (as we had) or something more structured - you can trust him 100% to make that perfect for you. And the venue itself - well - it's magical. Go and see it yourselves. From the Priory itself, to the marquee, to the gardens and grounds, to the gorgeous views - it's everything we could have wanted and more. Words can't express quite how beautiful it is. All in all, as Mum put it: "It was a fairytale wedding". And it was. Thank you, St Augustine's Priory. This is one very happy bride and groom x

Perfect Venue For Our Perfect Day
This is a beautifull and unique wedding venue. We got married on 1st July 2011. We had an amazing day, everything went smoothly with thanks to Dina, we couldn't of wished for more. Victoria's Flowers were wonderfull. All our guests commented on what a lovely building, grounds and excellant location it was to have for a wedding. We didn't want to get married in a church or hotel, but this is the next nearest you will get to the church wedding without the religion.
