We held our Daughter's wedding at this hotel on Christmas Eve. The Marygreen Manot Hotel is beautiful and full of chram. But what makes the Hotel is the staff. I would like to say a big thanks to Pepe and Martin who lokked after us and made the whole day to remember. Thank you to the chef who delivered absolutly amazing food, the Toastmaster and DJ who werre included in the package. My daughter stayed in the Honeymoon Suite and it was stunning. Annette the Wedding Coordinator who arrange all the finer details prior to our wedding was very professional. I like to say a big thank you to all the staff.

We recently got married at Mary Green Manor Hotel. We stayed in the wedding suite for two nights and it was lovely and old fashion in a beautiful way. Our families and friends from UK and Sweden stayed for a couple of nights and the experience could not have been better. Lovely and clean rooms, food fantastic and the staff and service was brilliant.
The surroundings are beautiful and the garden well-kept and on top of that we were very lucky with the weather.

I attended a lovely wedding here which was delightful. The food was fabulous and the staff very helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful- I didn't get to see much of the grounds as the weather wasn't great. However, all in all this was a wonderful place for a wedding. I could see many people having afternoon team and it looked very good and hope to return to try that as well!

I got married at the Marygreen Manor on April 29th 2017 and it was amazing.
I stayed at the venue the evening before our wedding and the service was incredible from requesting joining rooms to the helpful staff.
The rooms were great and I would really recommend staying here. On our wedding night we stayed in the Catherine of Aragon Suite which was beautiful. Room service was very prompt and such fresh pastries ... yum! Breakfast the next day was delicious with the staff in the restaurant being superb.
I highly recommend this as a hotel and a wedding venue.
Annette, Jack and Pepe in particular are AMAZING and we cannot thank them enough.
It is a must see

We had our wedding at the Mary Green Manor, Half of the Guests stayed there before and on the night of the wedding day. The organisation and professional attitude of the staff was fantastic, Nothing was too much trouble. All in all, we had over 100 guests. The rooms were clean, beds very comfortable, the bathrooms modern. The Mary Green Manor is a real Tudor hotel and the old is blended very well with the modern. A lot of the rooms are off the courtyard garden which is well presented and kept. We had approx. 15 children of all ages in our party and beds and cots found for them all. We felt it was an ideal situation for the children because we knew it was a safe environment for them. The Breakfast ranged from full English to continental and had everything you might want. The lunch and evening meals were also very enjoyable and well presented.
We didn't have the afternoon tea but we did see many brought for guests and non-residents and it was spectacular, we will certainly be back to try that out. The restaurant at the Mary Green manor is beautiful
and is a must see. We could write a book about our wonderful experience....
Finally, we would like to thank all the staff for their effort and have to mention the General Manager, David Lee, the Night manager Annette and receptionist, Kinga, in particular for all their effort.
Please visit the Mary Green Manor you won't be disappointed. We weren't and everyone is still talking about the wonderful experience they had. Thanks again to all the staff you are a credit to yourselves and your business.

Fantastic Venue, Amazing Food

Myself and my new husband booked our wedding with Marygreen, they offered the best service and the best deals! I could not if asked for a more perfect wedding day. From before the wedding, during and after Marygreen were extremely helpful. Our wedding day was so special and everybody commented on how fantastic the venue was. Our toast master was fantastic and made sure that the day went smoothly, our food was amazing and beat all of my expectations, our guests complimented Marygreen on how fantastic the food was. The whole atmosphere of the day/evening was fabulous, the DJ that came with our deal was brilliant and had everyone on the dance floor and then the buffet food was amazing again and above my expectations. The rooms were big and great size. If you are looking at having dinner, cream tea, staying for a weekend or booking for an event such as a wedding I could not recommend this place highly enough, absolutely outstanding, one of the best places I have visited and stayed at

Our wedding ceremony and whole day took place at the Marygreen Manor . The attention to detail and the willingness to go the extra mile ensured that all 67 guests had a wonderful time. The barman was very obliging and allowed nervous guests who were going to speak to see the venue rooms the day before; the night porter provided sandwiches for hungry guests around midnight. The food was excellent. once again . We would definitely think of the Marygreen Manor for future special occasions.

On Friday 27th May we had a wedding reception for our daughter at the Marygreen Manor Hotel. The staff and management were very helpful. They were extremely professional and organised, leaving nothing to chance. (Even putting the fresh flowers in an air conditioned room overnight). I would highly recommend this venue, it was brilliant!
perfect venue for us

Ok, so planning a wedding is stressful and complicated my husband and I got married 15th August 2011. Marrygreen Manor was fantastic, professional and helpful from the initial enquiry to after the wedding checking out after a lovely night at the hotel and breakfast. They helped with order of the day, drinks and food planning, music and everything you could think of. The package we had was incredibly reasonable but the planning and service on the day no less attentive. The staff were all amazing on the day and dealing with the endless queries we, and my parents who were a big help, had for weeks before. The day ran incredibly smoothly and everyone had a lovely day with thanks to their efforts - they are obviously very experienced with the whole wedding planning business. They were great with catering for a guest who needed gluten free food and making an elderly relative comfortable.
The actual venue is beautiful, an old tudor hotel with great original features, old wooden beams etc and a lovely garden – all very photogenic and romantic. It was great having somewhere for guests to mingle about both inside and in the gardens. Lee and I spent the night of the wedding in one of their suites which had a living room area and four poster bed. The suite was also great for finishing off all the girly hair and makeup preparations before the wedding. Thank you so much to all the staff for their help. Rachel Merritt
