My wife and I had the most fantastic experience at this wedding venue in Todi, Italy. From start to finish, everything was simply perfect. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food, the stunning fireworks display, and especially the breathtaking views—it truly felt like something out of a dream. The staff went above and beyond for us. Every single person we interacted with was warm, accommodating, and made us feel right at home. The entire process was seamless and stress-free, thanks to their kindness and professionalism. We left with full hearts and unforgettable memories. We already know we’ll be returning to celebrate future anniversaries. This place will forever hold a special spot in our hearts.

We had our dream wedding in villa porta! Not only the place has amazing view but also the food was amazing and most importantly the staff are very kind helpful and supportive in all the steps of planning and organizing this day. I strongly recommend this place, they have thought about everything to make this day perfect for you!

We honestly couldn’t have dreamed of a more perfect wedding venue. From the moment we arrived, everyone was completely wowed by how picturesque and stunning this place is; rolling Tuscan hills as far as the eye can see, breathtaking sunsets, and that classic rustic Italian charm you hope for when planning a wedding in Italy. The venue produces its own wine and the infinity pool overlooking the hills is absolutely gorgeous and made for the most wonderful pool party to finish the celebrations. One of the biggest advantages for us was the on-site accommodation; around 65 guests were able to stay right at the venue in quaint, beautiful rustic apartments. Not having to organise transport for everyone made the whole experience so much more relaxed. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating from start to finish, and there are so many different options for event spaces. We loved having the flexibility to move between areas throughout the celebrations. The cellar was amazing for the after-party and kept the celebrations going late into the night. There’s also a small church on-site for anyone wanting a traditional ceremony, which is such a special option to have. For larger weddings, the adjacent villa (separate from the main venue) is a fantastic bonus and provides extra space and accommodation. There’s also a lovely little Airbnb at the bottom of the hill with even more rooms, plus an excellent restaurant that our guests really enjoyed. Another huge plus is the location, approx an hours drive south of Florence and only five minutes from a beautiful traditional Italian town (Castellina in Chianti) filled with great shops, bars, and restaurants. It gave our guests plenty to explore while still feeling totally immersed in the Tuscan countryside. Every single person who attended our wedding commented on how incredible this place was. If you’re dreaming of a relaxed, beautiful, authentic Italian wedding with stunning views, amazing spaces, and everything conveniently in one place, this venue is truly something special.

Silvia and Alberto were the most incredible wedding hosts we could have ever asked for! From the very beginning, Silvia took charge of the wedding details, working closely with us to bring our vision to life. Her expertise and dedication were evident in every aspect of the planning process for our three-day celebration. On the days themselves, their warmth and welcoming nature made everyone feel comfortable and truly celebrated. Alberto's culinary skills were a highlight, with our guests raving about the delicious food - Especially the pizza which he was kind enough to let the children of our guests help make their own, which just added to their own experience! The venue was perfect, and the surrounding area's beauty added an extra layer of magic. However, we have to mention that Silvia's tireless efforts to ensure everything ran smoothly over the 3 days did not go unnoticed, she was always on hand to make sure everything was perfect. Despite a 3am finish on the wedding night inside the restaurant area - It was ready for breakfast, cleaned up with flowers decorated looking brand new for 9am - She truly is incredible!! As we and our guests had to leave, there was a sense of sadness in the air, a real testament to the unforgettable experience Silvia and Alberto created for us over the 3 days. They truly went above and beyond to make our wedding a dream come true and I cannot give anything less than 5* - We wish we could give more!

From the moment we arrived we were impressed by the professionalism, attention to detail, and the warm welcome we received. On the Wedding day itself, everything ran so smoothly — from the stunning setup of the ceremony and reception spaces to the attentive and courteous staff who ensured every guest was comfortable and happy. The venue looked absolutely beautiful, and so many of our family and friends commented on how perfect everything was. We especially appreciated the staff's flexibility and calm coordination throughout the day — it allowed us to fully relax and enjoy every moment. Their dedication and care helped make our daughter’s wedding day everything she had hoped for and more. We’ll be recommending Nikis Resort to anyone looking for a truly outstanding wedding experience.

We absolutely loved our wedding at Fortezza Alta. It was a fairytale dream wedding. Driving through the Umbrian countryside, the Rocco sits high on top of rolling hills in a picturesque setting. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There is a sense of pride in this beautiful family owned property. Francesca was a delight to work with. She was profession, courteous and helpful with every step. She was accommodating and help make our wedding perfect. Our family and friends stayed on the property in her many quest rooms. The breakfast and hospitality was five star. If you are looking for a rustic, but elegant, garden wedding venue with spectacular views and gorgeous sunsets, look no further. La Fortezza Alta is spectacular. I would recommend it to any bride and groom to be!

A dream location immersed in an enchanting Tuscan setting. The staff was kind, helpful, and qualified. The menu was excellent. We couldn't have chosen a better place for our wedding! Highly recommended!
