We had the most wonderful wedding at Hartlebury Castle. We were looking for a venue that had the wow factor but didn’t feel too exclusive. We wanted our 100 guests to feel at home, and it was important that we could decorate it to match our style. Beth and the team did a great job from start to finish, helping us to feel at ease and excited all at once. We loved the feature staircase and couldn’t wait to come down it to one of our favorite songs as we entered for our wedding breakfast. The way they seamlessly turned the rooms around to accommodate all our guests for the different parts of the day was fantastic. We had a live band, a sweetie ladder, a photo booth, lawn games, and so much more—none of it was an issue for the venue. We also had private rooms to get ready in, which made it super special. This venue really is a hidden gem. If you are looking for a place full of charm and beauty with ample opportunities to make it unique and your own, all at a really reasonable price, then look no further. You won’t be disappointed! Additionally, the caterers, Country House Occasions, are truly 5-star. People cannot stop talking about how much they loved the food! Friendly and professional staff. A blank canvas to design. Central location. This is such an awesome venue! It was important for us to have our own catering and the cost and flexibility along with its simple indoor style made this the perfect venue for our celebrations. I cannot sing their praises enough!

Myself and my new wife Louisa got married here yesterday 3rd July 2021. It was better than we ever could have hoped for. All throughout the uncertainty of COVID the team (especially Katie) was remarkably flexible and accommodating. They went out of their way to make the process easy and stress-free even as things were changing right down to 2 weeks before our planned date! We had a very generous food tasting and the menu was extremely good value for money. The food itself was excellent and extra canapes were put on for vegetarians so that they had more variety at no extra cost. The day before we were allowed to come and set up which was great and the staff there - Luke and Esther were both friendly and helpful beyond the normal level. It made the running of the day so much easier. On the actual day everything ran so smoothly, even with the changes that had to be made last minute for COVID (such as table service only and no bars). The venue was gorgeous and there was the added benefit of a nesting duck in the wonderful courtyard!! Nothing went wrong at all and Luke made sure that everything ran smoothly, including pushing the ceremony back a little bit. The venue itself is a converted church/warehouse with wonderful high ceilings and natural lighting. The decor is quite indie with all sorts of different old chairs and amazing art work. The ceremony and food halls are also separate so there is no big delay or hanging around at any time. We just want to say thank you for everything and I cannot recommend this venue and the team highly enough. What you get for your money is extraordinary especially given what other similar venues were charging. These are up and coming places and you should consider giving them a go, as I think they will only become more popular. Thank you so much Louisa and Jade xxx

Me and my new wife had our wedding and reception here and, oh my god it was everything we wanted and so much more. The staff are so friendly and do anything for you and the room we had was clean and perfect. We are going back for our anniversary next year.

Our wedding reception was perfect. I think that the town hall looks impressive, interior also, parking facilities fab, taxi service on the doorstep, all in all a fab day and worth every penny. perfect end to a perfect day!

A fabulous venue if you want an intimate ceremony. We had our wedding in the house itself and it was just beautiful. Leah, the wedding planner is wonderful. So impressed with the venue, it was simply perfect!

When our wedding venue cancelled with less than six months to go, we were devastated. We saw a post from The Angel Hotel Pershore announcing the opening of their new events venue 'The Banking Hall'. From our initial telephone enquiry to the weekend of our wedding the team at the Banking Hall led by events planner Beth Holmes were welcoming, creative, enthusiastic and helpful. Our hope had always been for an intimate relaxed wedding in a location that enabled a family feel. We had the best day, and our family and friends have all commented on the wonderful location and attentive staff. We can't thank the team enough.
