The Honourable Society of Gray's Inn is exclusively available for weekend weddings, offering a collection of elegant spaces for every part of your celebration. Whether you're planning an intimate gathering or a grand occasion, the venue combines historic architecture with beautiful outdoor surroundings.
Begin your day surrounded by centuries of history before celebrating with family and friends in one of Gray's Inn's distinctive event spaces.
For your ceremony or reception, choose from:
- The Hall – A magnificent oak-panelled space that provides a timeless setting for wedding breakfasts, comfortably accommodating up to 176 guests.
- The Walks – A stunning five-acre private garden, perfect for romantic outdoor ceremonies with up to 250 guests. In the months of June and July, you can book our stunning dressed marquee with space for every part of your celebration.
- The Large Pension Room – An elegant and intimate space, ideal for smaller celebrations of up to 80 guests.
For members of the Inn, there's also the unique opportunity to exchange vows in the beautiful on-site Chapel, adding an extra touch of tradition to your wedding day.
Gray's Inn is available on a dry-hire basis, giving you exclusive use of the venue along with access to a fully equipped finishing kitchen. This flexible approach allows you to bring in your own catering team and create a celebration that's completely tailored to you.

On your wedding day, you and your guests will have exclusive access to the property. The wedding party will have two private spaces to relax and prepare before the event. Faultless!
On the day itself, the team were outstanding, particularly Livia, Vee, and Bobby. When I forgot vases and candles, they couldn’t have been more helpful, and they also took such wonderful care of my mum when she was setting up the day before. The team truly made us feel so special and supported throughout. The hall looked absolutely stunning, and the layout and overall vision I had planned came to life exactly as I had hoped. The food was exceptional, and the feedback from our guests was incredible – we had multiple people tell us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. We are so pleased that we chose Gray’s Inn and genuinely wouldn’t change a single thing.
