🥂Drinks Reception
Our charming courtyard makes the perfect setting for sipping a chilled flute of bubbly or glass of summer Pimms and sampling our delicious canapés. Your own private vintage Horsebox bar will be open to serve your guests drinks before and after your wedding ceremony. It is also a great place for memorable photos and that all important confetti shot.

Our Challis suite has been designed with a contemporary feel in mind. It is adorned with mirrors, chandelier lights with light wooden floors and a calming interior. Floor to ceiling windows overlook our French styled courtyard complete with original fountain. The Bar is in the same room, which is high up on everyone's wish list and open until 12.30am.

The most amazing day at a beautiful venue!
We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we first visited, we fell in love with how beautiful the setting is, and it was even more incredible on our wedding day.
The courtyard was such a lovely social space for everyone to mingle, enjoy drinks and spend time together, and the lawn was honestly the most special place to get married. It felt so private and intimate, and made our ceremony feel incredibly personal and magical.
The food was absolutely amazing too! So many of our guests commented on how delicious everything was and kept raving about how good the food was throughout the day. It was definitely a highlight for everyone.
One of our favourite parts was going down to the lake for our photos. The setting was absolutely stunning and made for some really beautiful and memorable photographs.
Overall, the whole day was everything we could have wished for and more. Everyone we have spoken to has commented on how lovely the venue was and how beautiful the setting is, which just goes to show how special it really is.
A huge thank you to Jackie and Julie as well, who were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. Their communication was brilliant and they were so helpful in the lead-up to our wedding, which made everything feel so much easier and stress free.
We will always look back on our wedding day with such happy memories, and a huge part of that is because of this beautiful venue and the amazing team behind it. We couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

From all stages of planning the wedding to the speacial day itself, everything was kept relaxed for us, we had no issues in the lead up or on the day and all the staff looked after us and ensure the day went ahead without a hitch, we loved every moment and cannot thank Jackie and the rest of the cottesmore staff enough

The Koffis
Cottesmore was the first and only venue we looked at and we instantly fell in love , There are lots of options to suit budgets , also with lots of extras included in the package we picked which made planning a lot easier with the help of Jackie and Julie but the communication with all day and night staff at Cottesmore is amazing no job was to big and any worries we had were sorted and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day . Thank you all again

Look no further for your wedding venue!! This venue is absolutely beautiful and so well thought out as a wedding venue. The day ran so smoothly and the staff were so friendly. The service for food and drinks was so quick and no one was ever stood waiting long for a drink and we had over 100 guests. The food was absolutely amazing and commented on by guests. The courtyard is absolutely stunning and was spoken about by all guests. Definitely book the getting ready room as it’s perfect. The venue made our day so perfect. I am so grateful for everything the staff did for us. I cannot recommend this venue enough.

The happiest day of our lives
We honestly couldn’t have chosen a more perfect venue than Cottesmore for our wedding.
From the moment we booked, the team made us feel completely looked after. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail meant we could relax and enjoy every moment, knowing everything was in safe hands. A special thank you to Jackie and Julie, who were always so quick to respond to any questions or queries we had throughout the planning process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their reassurance, efficiency, and friendly approach made everything so much easier.
The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, especially the stunning courtyard and wonderful golf course, which created the most perfect setting for our photographs and for our guests to enjoy throughout the day. It truly has such a special atmosphere.
The food deserves a special mention. So many of our guests commented that it was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. We were also incredibly impressed by how accommodating the team were with dietary requirements. Some of our guests had quite complex dietary restrictions, and every meal was prepared with such care and attention, ensuring everyone felt included and could enjoy the day without worry.
One of the things we loved most was that so many of our family and friends were able to stay overnight. The hotel rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and made the whole celebration feel even more special. Waking up the following morning and enjoying a lovely breakfast together was the perfect way to round off such an unforgettable weekend.

Cottesmore hotel and golf course

Our wedding
We first viewed Cottesmore in January 2024 and instantly fell in love with how modern and picturesque the venue was. We went back for a second viewing and honestly we couldn’t stop talking to all our family and friends about the Cottesmore. So when we went back we booked our date, Saturday 23rd May 2026. The whole process was lovely and Jackie explained our next steps. We heard frequently from Jackie via email and the whole communication from January 2024 to May 2026 was incredible. We got invited for menu tasting and when I tell you the food was incredible it was INCREDIBLE! Since the wedding we have had guests say to us how they still can’t get over the beef! Our final meeting was simple and Jackie went over the final steps and gave us our final invoice. The wedding day was absolutely incredible! The staff were so lovely and we wish we could do it all over again! The whole day ran smoothly and I couldn’t thank the staff and Jackie enough for making everything so perfect! Our guests have said it’s the best wedding they have ever been to and they all raved about how gorgeous and modern everything was!

The most stunning wedding venue ❤️
We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding venue. From the moment we first viewed it right through to our wedding day, the team went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly and ensure we had the most amazing experience. Special thank you to Jackie and Julie for all the help and support leading up to the wedding and on the big day itself, we couldn’t have done it without you both! 🥰
The venue is absolutely beautiful and the courtyard sold it to us the moment we saw it, we could just vision all of our friends and family chatting and having a nice time. Every detail was taken care of and the staff were professional, friendly, and always happy to help with any questions or requests we had. Unfortunately, some of the spa facilities were not working on the weekend of our wedding which some of our guests were disappointed about. The communication was always quick and our questions were answered throughout the whole experience.
The menu tasting was incredible, we were stuck for a few days with what to choose because everything tasted amazing! The wedding breakfast itself was absolutely amazing and we even had guests complimenting the chefs personally! Thank you to the kitchen staff!🥰
Kerry helped us with organising all of the rooms for the night before and the night of the wedding. She was really helpful which made the wedding planning process a lot smoother!
We decided to have the getting ready room for the morning of our wedding which I highly recommend as it’s a lovely area to get ready with all your girls while being closed off from the groom and the rest of your guests. We would recommend a toilet in this room though as you need to go back to one of the hotel rooms which the girls helped me to hide so I wouldn’t see my groom before walking down the aisle.
On our wedding day, everything was organised perfectly, allowing us to relax and enjoy every second with our family and friends. A lot of our guests complimented how stunning the venue was and how wonderful the staff were. We decided to get married outside as the dedicated area was absolutely stunning! The staff set up this outdoor area perfectly and we had the wedding we both dreamed about.
Thank you to Jackie, Julie, Alyssa, Kerry, and all the staff at Cottesmore for helping create memories that we will cherish forever. We would highly recommend Cottesmore to any couple looking for a truly special place to celebrate their wedding day!❤️

Perfect for our special day
Cottesmore was the perfect wedding venue for us and we couldn't be happier with the service. From the moment we viewed the venue, to being the last on the dance floor at our wedding, everything was smooth and extremely professional. Nothing was too much trouble and they catered to various dietary needs with no fuss. The food was incredible and our guests couldn't stop talking about it! Jackie and Julie on the events team have been absolutely wonderful and every question was answered clearly and quickly and they ensured our day was perfect for us. The venue and any additional items were within our budget and a main reason why we chose Cottesmore to have our wedding, everything was very reasonably priced. An incredible venue
We cannot recommend Cottesmore highly enough!! There are genuinely not enough words to describe how incredible our whole experience was with them, our wedding day was quite literally perfect!!
Jackie and Julie are fabulous! They were always so quick to reply to our many silly questions over email and were incredibly helpful! They were there on the day to make sure everything ran smoothly for us, and even came to find us the morning after to check-in with us!
The entire Cottesmore team went the extra mile for us and everyone was so kind! The kitchen team catered for all our allergies and requests for the meals happily, and the accommodation team even went so far as to help reunite us with a teddy we lost in the hotel!

Best Day of Our Lives
Cottesmore is such a fantastic venue to have your wedding at! The grounds are beautiful. There is plenty of lovely hotel rooms for your guests to stay in. Also Jackie and Julie make the planning process so easy! They are superstars! We went for the bbq menu and it was so delicious!! The room itself is the perfect size to fit lots of guests but still have the intimacy you want on your big day! Then in the evening the doors open for the dance floor and whilst still keeping your tables in place. This works great as people who want to sit can still feel part of the party! We would 100% recommend Cottesmore for your wedding!!
